I really don't think The Void Stares Back was worthy of the title "Grandmaster" quest. It wasn't that long.. the boss fight (while harder than most I suppose) wasn't particularly challenging. The quest was great, and lots of fun, but I don't see what makes it grandmaster at all! And about the first article.. I never really thought about those auto-grouping rooms. o.O Why on Earth don't people use them?? xD I hope people start to now, I sure want to!

I think a lot of people are missing the fact that it only has one less strength point bonus than berserker ring. That's why I bought it.. Then sold my zerker for 4m or whatever it used to be. :P

I only read the first page.. But I got TWO raven eggs from MTK. I promise you, you can get them from MTK. I've never gotten one from normal wcing.

Well I stopped paying attention to this thread cause I got my answer... then I saw it was 2 pages long. :P Btw.. *ahem* I'm a female. Irl too. :P

Reporting offensive names can occur at any time if I remember correctly. Definitely not... I tried. :P

No I found his NAME offensive. His name wasn't just [insert female body part]. It was quite a bit more explicit than that. And if you payed attention to what I was saying, the biggest problem wasn't that his name was offensive, it was that I wasn't allowed to report him simply because he hadn't said anything, which is really illogical and pointless for an offensive name report. How about YOU grow up, read past the first 2 lines, and stop looking for free post count? The title of my thread wasn't even "OMG offensive names r offensive??" It was about the report feature..

That's interesting... Sounds just kinda like another Oktoberfest or something like that, where they'll hold community events. I haven't participated in any yet, and I don't kinda don't think I will in future. :P

RC'ing is always an option, though I'm not sure if that's quite as good as it used to be. Killing dragons for (especially) bones, but also for hides is pretty great right now I think. Greens are probably fastest, but also probably the most crowded. You could try killing metals if you want to try your luck for other drops as well. :)

I'm not sure I'll be able to get either anytime soon.. But I've heard that rapier is better than CLS? I was looking at the rewards page today in the KB and CLS's stats are all much higher than the rapier. So which one's actually better? My guess is that rapier must be somewhat faster than the longsword? Right now though, I think I still favour the longsword. :P Just want to hear some peoples opinions on which is better and why!

Yeah I've seen this complaint in other games, where death sounds don't sound like death sounds apparently. But I'm pretty sure it can't get much more accurate... Please tell me how the two are supposed to sound different. :P

I do like the new sounds, they're much more in depth then they used to be. :D However the tin can sound totally doesn't match my fally shield, which if I had to guess, is made of wood, or my cloth dagon'hai robes. :P If they're putting this much effort into changing it in the first place, maybe they'll also put forth the effort to make the sounds relevant to what we're wearing in future? :)

Finished the event! I definitely liked the spider puzzle, and trying to talk to the Zabeth guy. :P And the brooch is awesome, reminiscent of the easter ring. :D The new sounds are GREAT! Unicorns sound like freaking horses. :D

I just turned on the music for todays halloween event, and Fanfare started playing.. That music takes me back. :D I used to kill cows to that music.. I'd get 1k, turn them into hard leather, craft them into bodies, then sell them all back to the general store. :P Then one day I realised I could sell the hides for 100 each! That was like 100k each time! And I could get even more if I tanned them first! Aah what simple times. :)

You'll get more exp AND profit with deaths at 81. Currently 2 astrals add up to 356, one death is 361, and there's the chance of multiple deaths.

I definitely like the point in the first article where he says that bots are not good for the economy! I don't know where people get that idea from.. I also like how he points out that the highscores will always be consistent. :) The economy in this game is a scary, complex thing. o.O I will never understand it. :P About the second article: I also enjoy questing! I have a quest cape. :D However I barely remember any of the storyline from the earlier quests I did.. I've considered starting a new account to do a bunch of the quests over again on. But there's just so much to do on my current account, I don't have time for it! Oh well. :)

Darn kids these days need to learn some respect! Whatever though, I'm sure eventually his name will get caught, or changed, or banned, or whatever Jagex does in that situation. What really bothered me is the inability to report in that situation? :S The "What is your level ... " idea is a good one. :D

"For that rule you can only report players who have spoken or traded recently." Wth, why? I tried to report someone who had a name I found rather offensive, involving female body parts. (I am female. :P) Seems AWFULLY pointless that someone has to talk before I can report them for their offensive name?

I usually range them, just for the range exp, but I'm pretty sure melee is faster! Especially if you bring a cannon. :D

Well I believe everyone has thoroughly disagreed with the OP.. So I'm not sure what to add. xD If I wasn't playing RS I'd probably be playing a different game. I read as well, quite a bit! Fictional books that offer no learning. :D But it's not like that means I'm not achieving things in real life. I'm in my second year of university, going for a 4-year degree Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. After my third year I hope to be able to get into my universities internship program. Rs does not equal unachievement. :D

I do believe there's some sort of law where people under 13 can't share their personal information anyways, isn't there? While it sounds almost like a good idea, I think there's too many unknowns, and dangers that people start to think of. Not sure what the answer should be.. Didn't WOW try to do this recently, and then they backed down upon getting obliterated by public opinion? :P
