I'd definitely recommend IE View. It lets you load the site you're viewing in Internet Explorer. It's useful for those IE-only websites. Maybe it's just that I'm lazy.. but it's definitely useful! :)

Well, that could work, but unfortunately my friend with the best computer is at camp in Wisconsin and won't be back until September (Dalcyte). My other friend with a good computer has been out of contact for like 2 weeks, and my third friend with a good computer, lives an hour away from me, and that's just too much time to just go there and fix my website. It doesn't have to be a "great" computer. Any regular computer will do.

The bestbuy computer looks like a good computer that's within your budget. I don't see any reason against it. :)

I suggest you post a hijackthis log in the Tech and Computers Forum. You may have some kind of spyware or other malicious files on your computer.

Your monitor should be fine. You'd probably want to upgrade to a better one if you want a bigger one, or if your current one starts having problems.

Well I haven't played Counterstrike in a while, but I'm sure it will be able to. http://compreviews.about.com/od/budgetd ... onB110.htm I looked up the computer on google and it said that it lacks a PCI/AGP slot for upgrading your video card. :? It also states that the onboard video has 64mb of video memory, which isn't enough, if you're looking to play the newer PC games :) From what I see, this computer is able to do basic tasks (word processing, CD/DVD burning, etc), but it's definitely not a gaming computer, which I'm assuming you're looking for. If you could include more information: your budget, what you'd be using this computer for (gaming, work, etc?).. we could help and find a computer that better suits your needs.

The conversions and numbers are easy. The hard part is visualizing a kilometer. :P

THe thing is -- the metric system IS easier and simpler. You multiply/divide by 10 and tada. But you have to remember, Americans were taught the.. other system. I can visualize "one mile", but I can't visualize "one meter" or "one kilogram". I'd personally love it if America would go metric, but it'd have to be a transition. They'd have to slowly ease everyone into it, or else it'd fail (like the 1975 act).

Getting CD keys here is illegal. I would not try third party sources either, since they compromise your computer's safety.

I personally sell everything on Amazon. ebay may work better with iPods than my Creative Zen, since they're more popular. I still like selling off Amazon better though; you make more money. :)

I thought iPod video only took .mov?

Have you tried installing it on another computer? That'd tell you if the problem involves the CD or not.

I'm thinking that you don't have the latest version.
