It's definitely different. You can get Blastoise, Charizard.. or Clefairy. And even if you get Clefairy, you're not guaranteed a blackout. :P

Really? I've never had trouble with Creative's drivers.

You may be able to pick up a wifi signal when the bus isn't moving.. but once it starts moving, you'll lose the signal and you'll be internet-less. I'd have to suggest an mp3 player (not an iPod.. do your research). That or, get your reading done on the way to school. It's a good way to pass the time.

I'd personally save the $200, get some more money, and purchase a newer laptop. There's not much you can do with a 450mhz laptop with today's programs anymore :x

My computer personally still has 512MB :x I'd say if you are either 1) doing a lot of high end stuff on your computer or 2) planning to upgrade to Windows Vista, get 2GB. If not, 1GB should be fine.

Most of the graphics people are at the Gallery. You could try there if you're wondering how to manipulate an image. :)

The requirements for Runescape are low. 300mhz and 64mb of RAM, I believe?

Eh, personally, I believe that stat is equivalent to basic algebra. I don't understand why people think it's so hard! (I did have trouble in calculus though, hehe) Stats = get formula/procedure, plug in number, get answer. :mrgreen:

Audacity is a good sound program. It's a bit more complicated, but you can use it to edit/record sound files. :) http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ As for videos, I'd try Windows Movie Maker, since it's already on your computer.
