Open the file in paint, and press ctrl+w. Just put in 50/50 to shrink the picture 50%, 25/25 for 25%, etc. :) I think imageshack has a resize feature before you upload the image, no?

I play my friend a lot. No extremely cheap legendaries, just normal pokemon. :D Charmander, Chansey, Jigglypuff, Krabby, Venusaur, and Porygon would be my team. Any pokemon past #151 does not exist in my mind.

You dont have to change the file type. Just right click the file, select Open With.. -> Choose Program. Choose the program, check "always use.." and tada. Or you could do it the long way, but eh.

If you're using firefox, try clearing your cache. Tools -> Options -> Privacy I had a problem once where I couldn't access.jpg files for some reason..
