Comparing Fire Cape and Dragon Gloves
I think you are the one not reading. What people are saying is that you cannot compare two completely different pieces of armor at all. It doesn't make any sense. Using your logic, the Fire Cape should be the best piece of armor in the game as it's most likely the hardest item to acquire. It should give better defense bonuses than the Rune Plate. Hell, it should give better attack bonuses than the Dragon Long. After all, completing the fight cave is unarguably harder than completing Dragon Slayer or Lost City. So the Fire Cape should be stronger than both the Rune Plate and Dragon Long. Right? You're making illogical comparison. I understand you are not directly comparing the items, but rather the requirements needed to obtain them, but it's still illogical to compare two separate pieces of armor. Now, if they released another quest tomorrow that required level 5 cooking and took 20 minutes to complete and gave the rewards of gloves that gave +20 to everything, THEN you could compare the gloves from the 100th quest and the hypothetical ones. Do you understand what I'm saying now? To try to explain to you the fallacy of your arguement in your own simple terms: Ug. Fire Cape harder to get than gloves, should be higher stats. Fire Cape harder to get than Rune Plate and Dragon Long, so also higher stats. Ug. And that would just be ridiculous.

Plasma Vs LCD
Other way round, Store bought LCD's are normally upto 32 inch. 37 is biggest I've seen, while plasma start at 37 and go upto about 60. Obviously you get what you pay for so you could get a 60 inch lcd for ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã10,000s. What are you talking about? I own both a plasma and LCD, both bought from the same store (Best Buy, if you're curious.) The plasma is 50 inch, the biggest size plasma the store carries, while the LCD is 60 inch. The LCD was about $5,000 after everything (warranty and taxes), and this was about 15 or so months ago so I'm sure they are at least a bit less now. I know you don't live in the US, so maybe it's different over there, but over here plasma TV's are generally smaller and more expensive than LCD TV's.

Was it ever disputed that teaming the Kalphite Queen was more efficient than soloing it, and both of them were more efficient that killing Dust Devils? ;/

Logic Puzzles and Lateral thinking puzzles!
Actually...you're completely wrong. But nice try. 2 isn't even the intuitive answer. Think about what you just said. The probability of two people sharing the same birthday is not 1/2. It would be 1/2 if there were only two days in the year. However, there are 365 days in the year, meaning the probability of two people having the same birthday is 1/365.

Standardized Testing - What do you think?
4 hours from from walking in to walking out is pretty good. The test itself is 3 hours and 45 minutes. Two breaks of 5 minutes each make it 3 hours and 55 minutes. Then there's the waiting for late people and reading of all the directions and filling out the logistics, which is like another 20 - 30minutes. Whole thing usually takes around 4 and a half hours. For all the people that complain about the length of the SAT and such, I hope you guys never have to take the MCATs. ;D

R.I.P.
I'm not saying I agree with his decision, but how are you so sure that his life was "soo good"? It's not like he was overly detailed or anything, but his note says that he had problems at school, home, and with his best friend. Who are you to judge how good or bad his life is? Again, I am not saying I support suicide, but it just got to me when you said he had it good and that he thought he was better than everyone. Probably because my own life has been filled with serious problems after problems the past 4 or 5 months, and I have been trying to make a conscious effort at counting my blessings and not trying to take small things for granted, and if some random person were to come up to me and tell me that my life is great and that I don't realize how good I have it, I'd be pretty peeved. Anyway, it's a shame he was driven to that. At such a young age too. :(

Logic Puzzles and Lateral thinking puzzles!
This one's a math "puzzle." The answer is very counter-intuitive and surprises pretty much everyone who hears it for the first time. And then there are those who will argue that the right answer is actually wrong, even when they have explicitly been shown the proof for it. Anyway, here it is. Ignoring all leap years, how many people would you have to put in a room so that the probability of having two people in the room share the same birthday is 1/2?

How to traumatize your SON
As much of a * as I feel for laughing hysterically at the kid's initial reaction, that was friggin hilarious. Really though, I doubt the dad predicted something that drastic would happen. The really terrible part is that he put the video on the internet so millions of people can laugh at his child's expense. But oh man, that's just too funny. ;D

what do you drive?
I searched Google and came up with this, the guy on the site says it's an M3. I don't really know if he's right, but he has a picture of a white one also. I don't even see many M3s on campus, most of the kids that drive a BMW here either have a 5 series or M5, and there are a couple of Z4s in the student parking lot. Don't really know what else to say, I wish I had more pictures. That was taken for the hell of it when I went to visit my friend back home a couple months ago. My dad basically took care of all the business with the car before giving it to me and it's registered to him also. It was basically a surprise, I knew I was getting a car but I really didn't know which one it would be. If he had to do anything "special" or something to get a 4 door, I have no clue about it. :/ Thank you though, I'll feel I deserved it once I get into a good graduate school.

what do you drive?
No stalky stalky plz. The thing that's nice about BMW is that they have free checkup/maintenance for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Great service. ;D And yeah, my parents have their fair share of wealth. They worked incredibly hard for where they are right now though. Since neither of my grandparents were rich, my parents struggled to make ends meet during medical school and their residency programs, and they came out of it all with ridiculous student loans and debt. Having two baby daughters didn't really help much either. But they worked long hours to save up some money and they started their own practices, and that's when their financial status started turning around. In 2003, my mom made the cover of a major plastic surgery journal for some crazy amount of surgeries she performed, and that really boosted her career. Bubsa, they would have gotten me an M5 if I asked for it, but I have a twin sister. And when you have twin children, whatever present you give one of them, you have to give an equally good present to the other. So if they gave me an M5, they would have had to give her an SL500 or something like that, and they probably couldn't do it. :P

what do you drive?
Pfft. You can barely make it out, and I don't think you can get the first part exactly right. Besides, I dare someone to do something with my license plate information. :P

what do you drive?
'05 BMW M3. 'Twas my graduation present. It gets me from point A to point B. :P Conveniently enough, one of the only pictures I have of her had me blacked (pinked?) out already. Hopefully this doesn't cross any "no real life pictures" boundaries or anything. It seems the picture really distorted the color. It looks like a worn out gray or something, but it's actually blue.

Fave monster of RS?
Penguins! I love those little guys. They're so damn cute, how can you not? ;D Other than them, definately Pirates, just because they're the most badarse monsters in Runescape. Arrrr.

My name
I've heard of so many people complaining about this, but I've never actually had the problem myself. Or maybe I have, but just didn't care enough to notice or remember. Dymed is a pretty simple name. Most people either say it or I get the occassinal "Dy". Either way is fine for me. I get more people asking me what it means or the correct way of saying it instead of misspelling it. :P My real name is a bit "different" than most American names, so I'm used to having a weird name. But it's pronounced exactly how it's spelled, so no one's ever said it wrong. I prefer it over a common name though. :D

Favorite Superbowl COMMERCIALS!!!
The caveman Fedex one was hilarious. And the one right after that, with the bear attacking the guy and then the guy stealing the beer from the bear, that one was great too. But one of the best ones in terms of "coolness" was the Budlight (Budwesier?) commercial with all the fans holding up cards that made the picture of the glass and the beer. And then they would switch colors so the beer poured into the glass. That was a really nice one.

who will win the superbowl
Here we go. Every Seahawks fan is going to be complaining and blaming the loss on "bad calls." Hell, only one controversial call was made, and it was most definately the right one. Roethlisberger was in the end zone, period. Might have been by inches, maybe even centimeters, but he was in. The only other even remotely "bad call" in the game would have been keeping Hasselbeck's drop as a fumble, but that was correctly reversed. So really, Seahawks fans have nothing to complain about with the officials. Looks like my spread held up. ;D

who will win the superbowl
The Steelers are easily the favorite. The Seahawks don't really have much of a chance of winning other than if the Steelers make some critical mistakes. If both teams played at their prime, the Steelers would win. They are just a generally better team. Should be a good game though. :D
