1. if your using firefox when you first start a downlaod the speed will be incorrect. this is because as soon as you choose to download a file firefox begins downloading data while your selecting what to do with it/where to save it. when you finally select everything and the download window opens it thinks the download started that instant, and doesn't include the time it took for you to choose your save location etc, so it thinks you downloaded a heap of data almost instantly and incorrectly calculates your download speed. this resolves itself after a few seconds if that is not your problem then it could likely be the server. just because you have the ability to download something at high speed doesn't mean that server can send you the data at the same speed. it could also be a problem with your connection, that you may or may not be able to fix (eg if you are in the middle of no where and the data has to travel down hundreds of kilometers of poor quality lines then you arnt going to have full speed) your isp may also be restricting the speed you have during peek usage hours to allow other users to also enjoy decent speed 2. the only thing i could think of it being is this (im not sure though, i have never used cnc3): im assuming you ahve win xp. down the bottom right of you task bar (bar at bottom of screen with start button on it) just to the left usually of the tray (where the time is displayed) should be a little thing saying EN or something. if it isnt there right click your task bar, scroll over tool bars and make sure language bar is selected im not exactly sure if its possible to have no language selected though, just a guess

the new phpBB 3 forum has messed with the format so half of them is all weird symbols. however, i would imagine that possibly if someone who has access to the mySql database that all the posts are stored in and could find it in the thousands of entrys, then maybe those database entry's could be copied to a phpBB 2 forum and they would be formatted correctly? not sure if it would work but just an idea. anyway i haven't read any of your storys but i would really like to if someone had a copy

it depends if the yard is in the animals territory. anyway, no croc crawled into this old mans yard, he crawled into the crocs lake. when crocs start invading hes yard that is within reasonable distance to where the crocs inhabit, kill them then, but not because he moves into their lake. its almost as if you think this bloke was in his house reading his paper and drinking hes morning coffee and a croc crawled in. it was actually the other way around, the croc was at home having hes morning swim and all of a sudden a human swam in. if the croc had crawled into the humans place and the human had felt threatened and acted on his natural instincts and killed the croc, would it be ok to cull all the humans living in his neighborhood? also from what i know the crocs aren't over populated or anything like whatever them deer in the US are, this bloke was just taking a risk and unfortunately it didn't work out in his best interests. and yes humans are animals. being such and advanced species like we are we should have been able to work that out since the stone age.

why do so many people hate ipods? they do more than most players for a way better price. after having my ipod i will only ever buy ipods again.

ive never used a cms either but alot of people seem to use joomla I just noticed something, when you right click a google result and select "Copy Link Location" it doesnt actually copy the link to that site, it copys a link to a google redirect. now i have to go and open the page to get the link location without having it about 200 letters long :(

is the computer on a home network or is it just the only computer in the house? if it is on a network make a hijack this log, im not sure if its going to matter but one with the network cable disconnected and one with it connected. whatever it is your friend's going to need an admin account to remove whatever software it is (if it is any) most likely. also how do you/your friend know its there? and finally as said even if you remove it they are going to find out, so if your friends parents are really crazy make sure your friend is ready to get yelled at for removing it, even though it shouldnt be there. more details would be good to. what OS is your friend using etc

the only thing is if you want to keep all your ratings and play count etc you will have to edit all the entry's in the itunes library xml file to what they would be on the new machine. thats explained in that link i posted.

exactly what i would do. we i learnt html/css at htmldog.com (EXTREAMLY GOOD tutorials there for anyone learning html/css) they really stick it into your brain that html files are for content only, not for layout/how it looks/where its placed. css does all the layout and styling, html just has the content and nothing else. its a very good way of going about it.

leave the dam crocs alone. it not their fault he got killed, he shouldn't have been there. when crocs start crawling into our houses at night (which are not located in their place of home, next to their lake, or anywhere where they have been for years) and eating our kids kill them then, but not because we crawl into their lakes and start swimming in their water! imagine if crocs started culling us because they crawled into our house and tryed to eat some kid and someone else in the house killed the croc, and the crocs decided because we killed that croc they should kill us

im in year 10 and i hope to get an apprenticeship after next year so i don't have to do year 12. to tell you the truth, i have no idea what a HSC is

im sure there are community's around like what your talking about, but they would be out having fun with each other instead of sitting on their rear ends in their own house away from each other typing on their keyboard like i am now. they would probably live where there is no internet and they grow all their own food, or trade it with neighbors (ill give you some eggs for some flour etc) if that made any scence to you it means my community isnt perfect, but it is friendly and i do like it. if only it were a bit bigger (im in a tiny country town in central Victoria, Australia). tip.it probably the perfect place to ask where a perfect community is. chances are we are all on here posting and playing rs because our community isn't good enough to do anything better, or not good enough at the moment.

i found this page on google. it sounds like it would work perfectly and keeps all you ratings and playlists etc. I did a similar thing a week ago when i re-installed windows, except because i was not changing OS and i kept my logon name the same on my computer i simply copied all the music to a portable hard drive and then copied it to the fresh install in the exact same location. i also copied the entire itunes folder the same as that. i opened itunes and it worked perfect! my ipod was even recognized as having that library so i didnt have to re-sync everything. Your situation will be a bit more tricky though.

the best bit are the crashes. same goes for all the other boring motorsports where there are milliseconds between each person.

weird. try running a virus scan in safe mode make a hijack this log and post it here so someone who is good at it can look through it

that website you posted (sa-mp.com) doesn't work for me either (and im having no internet problems) so that is probably no use to finding your problem. im guessing its something to do with your internet.

ive pmed you my email. i might want a free console in the future but for now i just make flash games after dinner before bed for something to do when there's nothing on tv or anything else to do, and im not really interested in a console yet. i only do it because i like doing it and it gives me something that i really have to think about. its basically my brain workout.

This is exactly the kind of thing i have been looking for! I've been developing flash games in flash 8 (AS2) for some time now, and never finished them because i never had the incentive to. im only 16 and are not interested in making money from them at this stage, so all i could do it put them on some stupid website and have people say thanks like they do to the other million people doing the same thing as me every day. before i continue im just wondering by flash 7 you mean flash MX 2004 (im assuming so)? also is flash 7 the maximum supported because using flash 8 would be better, but it is not necessary for anything i would want to make. also because im in Australia im not really interested in receiving a free console, just having people say thanks when its done for something that not everyone else has done (like publish games on the net). saying that dont expect a brilliant game from me, if i feel like making it good and putting alot of time into it i will, but don't expect A+ quality. Where can i get more info about this? i have never heard of this console before so i really need to know about that before i can start doing anything. im very interested in having a go at creating a game that i will finish for a change so give me the details please!

make sure the resolution and what the video is encoded in are supported by your ipod. what type of ipod are you using? what video is it and how big/high/wide etc is it? just because the video has an extension (eg mp4) doesnt mean that the video is encoded using a supported codec. the file extension is just the container, the audio and sound could be encoded in virtually anything (which may not be supported) try reconverting the video to the supported format, and look for a setting that determines how the video will be encoded and make sure you select one that is supported by your ipod.

you may as well try it but from my first google result (found here- last post) it can only read dvd's.
