yes it is illegal and i wouldn't recommend it if you already have a copy of the game. just get a new cd drive or mount an iso of it or something. Although the chance of getting fined is next to nothing, expessially if your in a country that doesn't inforce piracy rules very much or has rules to protect your privacy so you cant be traced, there are alot of torrents that have viruses and it is alot of waiting for it to download (expessially on poorly seeded torrents) when you already have the game on a cd in front of you. Just get an iso image of the game by suing another/a friends computer and put it back on your computer with a flash drive etc and mount it.

lol im not sure about the screen thing or the download thing, but it could be related to screen resolution (as said before). The download thing is probably something to do with your internet connection. are you using a wireless connection or anything that could be causing it to stop?

If they are more intelligent? it doesn't really matter what rights we give them, because if it is in their best interests to destroy us for our planet and they have the intelligence to do so, they will. If they are less intelligent? they deserve to be left alone, and we shouldn't do anything more then observe and research them from a distance. we didn't have any aliens destroying us as our race (humans) developed did we? If they are plants? plants arnt living (well they are, but not like i mean) but they still have the right to be protected against extinction etc. If they are rocks? rocks are simply matter. how could a rock be an alien? if it was a rock made of some new type of atom we hadn't found yet it should be preserved and researched though. If they are humanish? If they dont threaten us we shouldn't threaten them. i dont think its very possible they would be humanish though. If they are something out of a horror film? same as humanish. they shouldn't be judged by there appearance.

do both of you use the same logon? why don't you just make him hes own user and he can have the background as whatever stupid band he wants and it wont effect yours.

exactly. i hate it. with all there stupid paddle shifts and billion dolor aerodynamics. its just not exciting, and isn't that meant to be the entire point? The same thing has happened to V8 Supercars over here in Australia. its just to close. only fractions of a second between people. when the new VE commodore was released, they had to shorten the wheel base of it so it didn't have an advantage over the fords, nothing like the real car. they even went as far as introducing gearboxes like motorbikes where you push it one way to go up and another to go down. my dad remembers back when there were minutes between 2 people, and people would stop and change clutches in the pits for half an hour, and still come a good position in the race. its to close now, and no where near as fun or exciting.

Adaware 2008 is great and i use it myself. i havnt had any issues with it. easy to use and seems effective. Comodo is the way to go for a firewall. Ive had it for 6 months and its great! there Defence+ security thing that comes with it is great, but can be annoying, so its the first thing i disabled. if you know what your opening/run a virus scan on downloaded things you dont need it anyway. get comodo, its great!

same here. except mines a mini spud gun made out of the glue stick and a pen for shooting spit balls. i made it ages ago when i had a day off school but have never got an igniter for it. i dont really have anything interesting myself, but my brother stole some copper oxide from school a few months ago (dont tell him i know lol) because he wanted to grow some crystals or something. its still sitting there hidden (well he tried to hide it anyway, not very well though). i might go and steal a bit and try and grow a crystal myself

I'm kind of confused too. I think he just wants the folder to quit appearing. have a look at the pictures. the properties of the folder say it is 64kb in size, but there is nothing in it. It isnt a hidden file because he has show hidden files enabled, so he doesn't know where the 64kb is coming from.

i also quit rs almost 2 years ago. best thing i ever did. if your not enjoying it, don't do it! the only problem now is i find myself coming back to this forum for the off topic and when there's no new/interesting topics to reply to i find myself bored and hitting the refresh button. i really need to find another use for my computer.

how exactly do you spy on a town over the net and what exactly do you spy on exactly (like are you checking every time they put up a new building on google earth or something?) your last comment had me really concerned until i looked closer.
