I had "fun" dealing with a guy at the Al Kharid Warriors while trying to get a court summons... The guy kept running around attacking the warriors if its within its camera angle/click range/whatever system they use to do that stuff. Finally it got to a point where I actually managed to herd a warrior into the corner behind the stairs in the main portion of the Al Kharid Palace. The bot comes running for that warrior, and then wham! Ends up going up the stairs because the bot was directly behind the stairs. :lol: Unfortunately the bot came back downstairs later after about a good ten to fifteen minutes, so I guess the owner just happened to appear and realized oh crap. :shame: Back on topic though... I really hope this isn't the new punishment for explicit bots. I can see level resets happening with characters who have a mix of actual play and bot play (with the hope that for the most part the character has its levels gained legitimately [not to say that I condone any level of ), but for actual bots that just gather resources to no end? That just doesn't seem right. The bot doesn't lose anything worthwise in game and is only set back the amount of time it took to get to a certain level. It will still continue to go right back to leveling again to get back to what its intended purpose was, whether it'd be gather green dragon hide, fishing for lobsters/shark/etc., mining, whatever it is. :|

For the past couple of weeks my professor has been having issues with using Powerpoint 2010 on Windows 7 Starter on her netbook. The file itself is made on Microsoft Office 1997-2003 Powerpoint file and is transferred over from a MacBook. She has a signature animation on each of the slides, but this does not interfere with the presentation during class while clicking through the presentation. However, when she leaves the presentation idle while lecturing, the presentation will completely freeze and the only way she can get out of it would be to go to task manager and switch out of it. In addition to using Powerpoint 2010, she is using a program called iClicker to click through the slides in the presentation. Tried several things to fix it, including saving the files in the updated format but no success. We've also updated the iClicker software, but no success there either. Any suggestions on what else can be done? Very much appreciated!

I wasn't much of a social person either, and if anything the Internet HELPED me develop my social skills. 18 is too young to make that determination in my honest opinion. Wait until you hit college, whether it be a community/junior college or a four-year institution. Once you do, you'll realize just how much there is still out there for you to discover.

Lol just the P2P stuff, not the F2P stuff. F2P stuff was done in nine years on and off. XD As for the skeletal trio, it's hard to solo, but easy as a group if you have a good mage to bind the warrior. Pile the mage first, praying mage the entire time (ranger will not afflict as much damage as the warrior, who will smack a 600 on you if it is lucky). Then pray range and pile the ranger. Make sure you have the warrior constantly bound/entangled/etc. and when you get to him last, have the mage target with attack spells while everyone else piles on with melee or range, depending on what prayer he turns on. Honestly, the last few levels I've done have been so hard it takes us almost two hours. :( And we were ignoring dead ends too unless they had an altar.:unsure:

I have to admit it sometimes bothers me too because of how some flaunt it, but otherwise I have no problem with them using the crown's tiny M as a letter. So I guess I'm MForsakenMage then?:thumbsup: I'd like to see someone use the crown as a W instead, and make the name Ane (Wane or Mane) or Oo (Woo or Moo). :P

Even though GH lacks the funding that DT has, you'd think they would've STUCK with improving the helmet camera a bit, instead of drop it all together though.:blink: And yea, Ghost Hunters Academy, where people compete to become the newest member of the Ghost Hunters team (they follow GHI around though). Pretty much is another GH with a bunch of newbies running around going, "OMGOMG IS DAT A GHOST?!" :mellow: To be honest, I liked Steve and Tango because they provided the spontaneity that the show now lacks. So who cares if Steve hates spiders? At least he does go into those dark places instead of going, "OMG THIS PLACE IS SOOO DARK AND DIRTY! THERE'S GOTTA BE A MILLION SPIDERS! I NO GO DAR K?!" As for Tango, meh, he provides some humor, but other than that yea... The show's just gotten bleh. One thing that does get me sometimes about DT is the FLIR shots. I mean yea, abnormal shapes and whatnot, but they get those at almost every investigation they've done as far as I can remember, it makes me a bit suspicious. GH on the other hand hardly has anything on thermal. (I do remember this impressive one where while Jason's walking outside, this lady on a bonnet shows up on the FLIR crossing right past in front of them, but he claimed there was no one there. Would've been more awesome if they had a camera from behind him looking ahead to confirm it's not a person that had literally walked by though...) Pure luck on DT's part? Dunno. o_O

I don't have cable, but I do watch Ghost Hunters (and GHI) and Destination Truth on Hulu.:thumbsup: There was actually an exposee video on GH where a former team member showed how some of the evidence was actually falsified, and how some of their actions were rather strange (example: Grant was standing around with the EVP recorder, and after hearing something, rewinds, but takes FOREVER to find it for some reason :blink:). Another thing that bugs me about GH is that it feels too rehearsed for some reason. Destination Truth on the other hand has you guessing. And why the heck is their equipment so much better than GH's? o_O You'd think that after using a helmet camera, GH would try the over the shoulder camera instead, but nope... They stopped using that vantage point completely. The thing I like about DT is that it's so spontaneous, not to mention it kind of gives you a nice quick view of the environment they're in. GH just kind of expects the tour to tell it all, but it sounds so boring and documentary like. There's like no interaction with the environment whatsoever. To be honest, I think after Steve and Tango went to do Ghost Hunters Academy, it went downhill majorly from there.

So I finished the Hard Tasks for Lumbridge & Draynor. Ardougne Elite diary I'm short two tasks due to summoning and smithing. Varrock Elite diary I'm short two due to prayer and smithing. Falador Elite diary I'm short one due to prayer. Karamja I don't know if I'll even get done because I can't manage Jad at all for some reason (I tried again last night and he pretty much three hit me....:rolleyes:), not to mention the runecrafting and summoning levels are gonna hold me back (agility's not a major issue since I can handle that). Seer's I'm gonna be short on the herblore. Freminnik I'm gonna be short on runecrafting, agility, smithing, herblore... I know that people were asking for high level stuff, but for some of those skills, it's a huge jump compared to others. I don't think I'll ever finish the elites because I'm not in the mood to go into full grindfest for the stats without spending a ton of money. :( And of course, thanks to the price manipulators, getting the materials will still take forever. Ah well, one day at a time I guess...

This is all strictly opinion... >.> #1. Affordable $15/month for World of Warcraft is a bit much for me.The $5.95 + International Transaction Fees is a little more affordable, and even if I do end up stopping membership for a bit, I still have a game to play when I want to with the same character, just different environment, versus with WoW I'd have nothing at all except a character waiting for me to come back when I have the $15/month to pay for it again. #2. Simplicity of Control Honestly, I don't like going all over the keyboard trying to smash in commands to put out Areas of Enchantment and whatnot. :P #3. Size & Content WoW's just too big for me to wrap my head around. I literally have to keep a browser with at least half a dozen tabs open to double check so many things involved with the game that half the time I'm standing in game reading stuff off the game screen. I'm not a fan of constantly downloading add-ons to make it easier either. At least with RuneScape I can more or less remember most of the stuff, even with members.

Regarding the image of a player moderator's statements at Bandos Godwars: As a general rule, at any time if you see a player moderator abusing their status in-game, you are to immediately report them as appropriate and action will be taken by Jagex to mediate it. Posts and images regarding that subject matter has been removed. Again, please be mindful of the rules we have on this forum, specifically on Naming Names. Fair warning has already been given earlier, and this will be considered the final warning on this subject. Thanks.

I'm screenshotting every reward of level 1 clue scrolls I'm getting so far... So far in terms of decent items (out of 23 clue scrolls done so far), I've gotten Saradomin, Zamorak, and Guthix Arrows; Black Kite Shield (t), Red Elegant Pants, and Blue Elegant Pants. :P I've gotten the biscuits and whatnot as well.. Most humiliating reward so far: 2 Purple Sweets and random number of elemental runes.:blink:

I guess I'll just keep slaying, and if I get a clue scroll when it's close to my bedtime, I'm just gonna wait. :P Rune (g) plate and 2 Rune Canes yesterday, so not bad! All the flames of rage signaled to Jagex (finaly) that a disclaimer was needed in place to remind players that the Behind the Scenes is meant to literally tell them what’s going on “behind the scenes.” More often than not in previous times, players were led to believe that the BTSes are a schedule Jagex have set upon themselves to release updates. While no specific dates were given, the fact that they state that “in this month” alone indicated to players that there will be updates. Players will even go so far as to state for themselves on what day these updates will occur. It’s expectations like these that sicken me, expecations from the community around me that sicken me, especially when their response is nothing short of insults towards Jagex. I am sick and tired of people whining about the expectations that they themselves have made out of context of the BTS. I am sick and tired of people raging over a delay that was explained in clear detail unlike some companies who simply delay with no word why. I am sick and tired of people who just don’t know when to quit complaining and accept that at least the company they are flaming right now is making an effort to even give updates in the first place! Good god, 84 slots devoted to Treasure Trails. Makes me glad I quit doing level 3s. Hopefully elite TTs aren't heavy on weird emote clue gear. I'm really hoping Jagex doesn't require an obscure piece of gear, rendering it unbuyable for several weeks. Actually it's supposed to be over 100 items dedicated to clue scrolls. Problem is the limited bank space, so I'm not going to do the level 2's until I finish all the level 1s. :P
