The Air Rune Market
I know what you mean, I ended up just running my own airs when I was f2p. Low demand I think and high supply.

the complete lvl 100 list november/2002.
Uh huh. I just took advantage of that. Magic only became good after they updated it. Before that it used to hit too many 0s and deaths were mad hard to get. :ohnoes: IIRC even today deaths are still difficult to get on RSC. Bloods aren't that easy either so it's understandable that a lot could not afford it. I got thieving so I could use the chest, in the early days I could have a server all to myself. ;) I just bought them later or used chaos runes with chaos gaunts. I pity the poor people (*cough* Sue Me *cough*) who got cooking gaunts because they thought it was more useful.

Rares back in the old days
Sorry Master Smither I guess people just want to discuss rares and RSC. :P Thanks 123Yourgone but I'm just an ordinary player nowadays no one knows me really. ;)

"Another" Economic Report
What about other rares like easter eggs, masks, santas? I guess they fluctuate a lot but they will continue to increase in price, IMHO.

What's the funniest runescape name, you've seen?
Big Knockers

Why is tip.it behind Zybez on google?
They have more sites linked to them than Tip It. I guess that is basically the reason.

Rares back in the old days
*glances at Fook's sig* Hey, I am famous now! :P Banks on RS1 are a pain. Same with certs, that is one thing that RS2 has much better than RS1. In my eyes 230m in RS2 is harder than 10m in rsc was unless we talk about the very first years of rsc. If you had the right skills (*cought* rune mining *cought*) 10 mils was pretty much nothing. Yes, but you *are* one of the high levels I mentioned who had 10 mil because of high level skills. ;) In other words, yes the elite would have 10 mil but hardly anyone else. On the other hand, to make that 10 mil you had to get 85 mining when it was still worth a lot. How long did 85 mining take? Not one week, I bet. For example, back in the day Bluerose could make 10 mil in 3 days, does that make it generally easy to make 10 mil on RSC? Nopers. Just for Bluerose it's easy, the rest of us wouldn't be able to get it that fast.

Eat Adam
Sure. I'll add you, why not. I try to play both but the massive botting on RSc kinda ruins that part so now I am mostly on RS2. :) See ya there.

Rares back in the old days
Blue was not the cheapest before the dupe. Red and yellow were the best-looking party hats so people kept those in the bank and they became the most common. Pink was the most expensive.

Eat Adam
Hiya. Are you Rs1 or Rs2? Or both maybe?

GDW getting like PC
Ah but are you getting your own kills or just stealiing it from the level 120s?

Players stsanding in towns begging
The worst is people who spam the chat instead of saying what they want right away. I mean they go like: Noob: Meili wait! Noob: Meili Noob: Meili Meili: What? Noob: Wait Meili: Wait for what? Noob: Help Meili: What? Noob: Can you help me? Meili: With what? Noob: I need help ...on so on. How difficult is it to actually say a coherent sentence like "Meili can you help me get to Falador?"

Monday Poll: What's your skill colour!
Red. Combat all the way!

out of ideas
Join a clan and skill or pk together, whatever you prefer. Meeting new people and having friends is still the best way to keep playing this game. :P

Ourania, a blow to runecraft pkers?
It's hardly a blow. more of a light finger tap on the wrist. The new altar won't affect those who rc for profit/runes so rc pkers won't be greatly affected.

Make your own diary tasks
diary: rsc easy: make 1 lob cert medium: thieve bloods difficult: log onto rsc

18 September 2007 - The ZMI Altar
I can't wait to try it. I need to do Lunar Diplomacy first. The update seems good but now I pity those who got high rc the old way.

the complete lvl 100 list november/2002.
I got that level with relatively low magic btw. I kept cb a little bit lower than normal compared to people with the same hp as me so I could pk more. Great stuff, I remember most of those people.

'account hacking' & RL trade
That's why you shouldn't tell people your real life details. I hope those kids are punished. Tsk tsk beating up someone over rs is lame.

Tipitchat Declines.......
Well it's good to know you are adding people with kick powers. :) I do normally see chat mods on when I am on so it's good.

Where Have All the Generous People Gone too?
It's your own fault for asking for free stuff. If you had brought gp or something to trade then this wouldn't have happened. I don't see how you can justify asking for free stuff and complain when people don't give you stuff. You're the one being selfish. I get people asking me for free stuff all the time. Yesterday some guy asked to buy a prayer pot at barrows. Well, I only had exactly *one* left but I trade it since the guy was desperate (low hps inside the tunnel). That was a sacrifice of my time since I had to run back to get a prayer pot for myself. Then another person asked me to *give* him a spade. No way! I don't give free stuff unless its a friend.

Rares back in the old days
No. RSC skilling 10 mil was much harder than skilling 230M in RS2. RS2 you only need to click once. That's it. In RSC you click a lot more. Our economy now is run by kids and autoers. And yes, runecrafting had a big effect on the gp values in RS. If you don't know how or why, then this post is useless.

Rares back in the old days
Uh no because 10 mil way back in classic was worth a lot more than 230 mil now. Back then there was no runecrafting. If you fo even further back there was no thieving either. Nats were from npc drops only so high alch was rare. Nowadays millions of nats are available and gp is much easier to make than before. 230 mil now is nothing. Ordinary people who aren't in the top levels of hiscores have that much, or even more. Back then 10 mil was only achieved by the highest levels in skills and combat.

Is it the people who make the game or the other way around?
It's kind of true that the game changes you, or at least your in-game behavior. Back when I first started I used to be much nicer to people. I gave them free stuff, helped them go to places, gave advice...hey I remember I even used to help them do entire quests. I was like their tutor. Nowadays I have gotten way too tired of noobs and nooby behavior. My patience just ran out so I simply ignore people a lot more than I used to.

Jagex cracking down on Youtube.
Are you sure they are? Where did you get this info? I just saw Aurora1's youtube vid so I don't know what you mean.
