  1. Excellent guide, you proved my wrong when I thought flax picking would only require a few paragraphs. I love the pictures and I love the information, it's always nice to see a guide like this. :)

It was posted a while ago, thanks for bringing it back up. It was really nice what the editor did with the AA editor, it looks exactly like runescape. I'd really like to play that map. :P And by the way, the title is misleading, runescape is already 3D  . Perhaps it should be more like "Runescape- awesomely better graphics and in first person."

  4. Attention everyone: This guide will soon undergoe a large update or series of small ones. I have decided that this guide is too outdated, and needs to be updated. I will be using suggestions in this topic and some of my own to fully upgrade this guide. Thank you all for your suggestions, they will not go unheard.
  5. EDIT: Nevermind, I think I'll save this information for my next article. It seems article-worthy to me. :-k
  6. I don't consider any movie too old to talk about. Whether it be some 1900's black and white movie or Harry Potter V.
  7. This will be my first post on the off topic board, even though I've been on tip.it forums for nearly 2 years  . Excuse my noobiness is there is any, I am not familiar with the guidelines here. Anyway... Has anyone seen the movie The Prestige? I have seen many movies, many of which I have enjoyed. Though being a young movie critic, I always found flaws in the movies; some scene that could be done so much better, how some actors stink at facial expressions, ect. During these times I lay my hand on my chin in dismay. But this movie, The Prestige, was simply amazing. I found no flaws in it, no scenes that could have been done better. The actors were perfectly chosen with all the right acsents. The plot was dark, sinister at times, extremely emotional(that was the best part), bursting with secrets upon secrets, full of twists and turns like no other movie I had ever laid eyes upon. The movie really showed the true struggle of a magician. I have always been a fan of disturbing ending, and this movie really took the cake on that. Before I had seen this movie I never chose favorites, most of the major motion pictures were all the same to me; good, but with flaws. But The Prestige is definately my favorite now, and it'll be hard to beat. The Prestige, I will repeat again, was amazing. If you have not seen it I highly suggest you do, it is a must-see in my opnion. Some have found the plot to be confusing- but if you really pay attention to everything everyone says in the movie you should have no problem. I would give dearly to meet the director of this movie- he is truly genius. Once again, I highly recommend you see this movie if you have not already.
  8. Even though I never got to personally be friends with you, I know you are one of the few users left who are truly tip.iters; people who listen to eachother's ideas, post thoughts and feedback, and hangout and have fun with friends.
  9. Intersting topic :) I've got one: Congratulations, your agility is 99 You can now jump over yew trees.
  10. Even with an agility potion and 60 agility the handholds will be a REAL pain. I failed the first one 12 times before I finally made it, the second one was just luck with the second try. Even then I only had 67 agility.
  11. I don't know where to find that guide, but here is an abyss guide incase you ever want to travel through the abyss to do your runecrafting: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=637671 . At 69, if you're going after exp you should do fast free laws. You'd have to be willing to fork over some cash though, if you're serious about good exp. If you're not so much after exp, you could use the abyss and make a great profit crafting nature runes. You should make around 13k exp per hour this way, but fast free laws should be much more than that.
  12. I'd say dranor willows, that's one of the fastest ways to gain woodcutting exp in the game. If you want to make a bit more money, though, you'd have to sacrafice some exp per hour and go to yews. If you do want to do yews, there are several yews just west of catherby bank. It's a great spot to chop yews. Overall, 99 woodcutting is going to be a pain compared to some other skills out there like cooking and fletching. Good luck on getting that cape. :)
  13. Haha, I've seen the same mod around a bit too. :P I've never seen a jagex mod, but I've seen countless numbers of player mods. You can almost always catch one fishing in Catherby if you want to be in a rule-breaking free zone.
  14. It's been nearly 8 days since the last post, I'm bumping it again. I'd really like to see this idea in action, I think this topic needs a few more feedback though.
  15. I doubt jagex will make summoning purely magic based, that would, as you said, make mages way overpowered. I was thinking summoning to be a completely different skill, not just magic based. I'm sure if summoning were to ever come out, they would introduce the monsters you can summon to use range, mage, or melee(or maybe a combination of two for higher levels). Fredz - I like your suggestions. :)
  16. Out of curiousity, why do all your topic titles begin with "Yes."? And I assume they are brothers, but there's no real evidence to prove anything. I suppose we'll have to wait for the next addition to the grand tree storyline.
  17. It is in the multi-millions. I'd say 6million autoers out there. Gj jagex, we may hear about it tomorrow. =p There are about 7 million players, 1 million being paying members, are you saying nearly all f2p are autoers?
  18. The new location is only about 20 spaces farther away from the bank from the old location. Fally east anyone? I don't know why this has to be such a hot topic, all jagex did was offer f2p the chance to host organised drop parties, is that really so bad?
  19. There are two ways I can think of at the moment. First, cannons. They do not train hitpoints when a monster is hit and are easily used, but sometimes more annoying that the regular non-cannon way- but perhaps the best chance at an untrimmed slayer cape. The second way would be purchasing/making and using thousands of ring of recoils. The occasional 1-3 hit made by the ring won't add to your hitpoints. Not only that, you can't attack the monster regularly, you must stand there and let the monster hit you. Very annoying way, but nonetheless the best way for level 3 skillers to train their slayer. It is also possible for a level 3 to have a trimmed, or even more amazing, an untrimmed cape through this method.
  20. If only the RSCers six years ago could see what's become of the highscores today, I'm sure they would be stunned to even think someone could acheive all 99's. I remember some RSC veterans mentioning it was amazing even to reach an 80 in a skill, but now look at the highscores. It's now a race to the most total experience, I suppose. Zezima might have a little competition coming up, that would be nice to see someone pass him again, maybe only for a few days.
  21. Interesting. I'm not surprised though, the new prayers are fairly high leveled, so it would make sence to make them slightly more powerful than the melee prayers combined.
  22. There've always been a lot of different highscore glitches(I remember when zezima dissapeared for a few hours and people flamed jagex thinking they banned him). If you consider that nearly 200k autoers were banned just in fishing, one of many skills, consider how many others they would have banned. Millions of autoers, and even though the autoer population is big and growing, it has yet to reach the multi-millions.
  23. I knew the two new prayers were too good to be true. Basically they gave around 20%+ to def, att, and str, that's a pretty powerful prayer considering there's not even a separate melee prayer for 20%, it only goes up to 15. I suppose jagex porposely applied this fast drain to balance it out. I don't have the levels for the two new prayers, so I can't really try it out myself.
  24. Something simliar happened to me. A few days after the darkbow came out I bought it for 4.6M and sold it for 5.8! : I should start taking advantage of unstable prices.
  25. There is a reason for every item price change. I assume it's because of the new pc update, perhaps people are in demand of something more than your average dragon scimitar, and would rather be whipping some monsters in pest control. The fairly cheap price of a whip could also be raising the demand. Perhaps the whip will finally become stable at around 1.6m or so.
