If the botters leave for good, that means less raw materials would be available, ie raw material price should be rising. If there's no gold buyer, less people would be splashing geepee on high value equipment and rares, ie expensive items should be dropping. Best of luck!

Any account transfer/sale should be easily detectable just by comparing the distance between the ip locations. Now that JaGeX don't have to devote so much resource catching bots, they should able to concentrate the effort on taking out transfered accounts. IE account transfering/training would be shooting a fish in a bucket C) Insecure In the cheating community, security of transaction is a big problem. As you may have guessed, those communities are morally decayed -- even admins cannot be trusted to be a good RWT. Now imagine them having to hand out user/pass/pin just to cheat. HA! Their moral failure is their own downfall.

A chargeback fee, often up to $35, is charged per incident to the merchant, that is not refundable regardless of the outcome of the dispute. There's many reasons why RWT is bad for RuneScape, JaGeX named a few and skimmed through many. If one chooses to see only that one, at least realize that it is a big issue. Sorry about your lost, it's part of the new update since the Wilderness is not a pk area anymore. On the bright side, now if you die, you can race back to pick up from your tombstone! It's all in the knowledge base

I am glad to see so many like-minded people, JaGeX and us honesty players deserve to savor this win, we don't get them very often. My favorite is when the cheaters begin to discuss what game to migrate-amass to: Don't let the door hit you on your way out! PS I do believe Duke had changed. R2, on the other hand, just became worst. In fact, he seems to be the go-to guy for the cheaters. During my research I keep seeing "R2pleasent i think your the only one thats going to crack this one." I do respect his intelligence, as he was one of the best merchanters. Such a shame he turn out to be a bad apple.

Holiday event usually release two weeks before the actual date, so that should be the update next week. Beyond that, a little tweaking for this week's update would probably be needed. JaGeX would probably take a little break after all the mayhem of this week.
