Your comparing total war to a mission/operation. You cant do that. For example, the only reason America is struggling in Iraq is because its a concrete jungle. Anyone in any house can be an insurgent. Anyone can also be an innocent civilian. America could just bomb the hell out of that place, unfortunately thats morally wrong and also defeats the purpose of the operation. You said it yourself, 'flush out'; its quite alot harder than you think. Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending the war, I think its just about as ridiculous as nam. Plus, in Iraq and Afganistan, America isn't fighting an enemy, it's fighting an ideal, so the most America will ever be able to accomplish is suppression. However, in total war [ie], Iraq or Afganistan wouldnt stand a chance. If America ever went to full scale total war with china or russia, I dont think it would be afraid to bomb/nuke and mabye even experiment with new weapons [mabye of the biological sort?]. The Chinese and russians also have the same biological, nuclear, and atomic weapons as us. But the chinese and russians can mobolize massive armies... so I'm not too sure how that would turn out. American soldiers are much better trained and technologically superior. Its been seen in iraq, small squadrons taking out insurgents who outnumber them greatly.

Thats how i felt. The first time i watched it i expected some major adventure and it was a big letdown. Then i accepted that it was going to be err different and i thought it was funny. I hated the interpreter. that was a terrible movie. Also 300 was a big letdown. I expected it to be alot more epic, and potc3 was just downright terrible...

You forgot to mention that the only good 3rd party games for the gamecube was RE4 and anything square enix made. The only reason the gamecube held its [not very successful] ground was because of its own games. And let's not call it a great system just because of one game. I don't think Jagex would sell runescape, especially since they are probably more enthused by the prospects of making a game more than making money. They don't need to release updates every week to keep their millions of players, why do you think they do it? But if disney brought it i probably wouldnt care as long as andrew and the team manage it.

You merchanted 28.5m a day. At 14 hours a day, thats 2m an hour, which is possible, except for the fact that you will never, ever, get straight 2m/hour off a certain item due to number of sellers/demand, unless your phat merchanting. I believe that you could have made 2m an hour or even 4m an hour, its extremelly easy, I've made way over that in an hour. But merchanting isnt stable, and you only make 2m in a busy weekend hour in world 2. There are simply not enough buyers and sellers of all those items in mention per day to make that much stably per hour, and over 2m an hour is usually only that rare occasion when buyers dont know prices of items like guthans spears, and you happen to have 4 of them and no one else is selling, and you make 600k+ off one. If you said you ore merchanted it could have been believable, because there was an insane ore merchant on the forums about a year ago, but it still took him 3 weeks for a puple [which is very possible]. Dont get me wrong, I believe you have a blue phat, its easy enough to make money in runescape. I just have my doubts that you obtained it in 2 weeks.
