I don't know exactly how many buckets of sand you have, but you might consider making glass orbs and then making them into battlestaves to alch. Battlestaves alch for 9300 each, and the staves cost 7000 each at the staff stores in Varrock an in the magic guild. You can make a significant profit from this, the only real annoying part is getting the staves, since the mage guild and Varrock stave shops only sell 5 at a time, and they respawn very slowly. But making the staves give very good crafting XP.
  2. Crafting guild with dueling rings and a skills necklace is faster than either Brimhaven or Arzinian mines.
  3. It's a miniquest. Go talk to him in the wildy, then in Varrock temple. Then just teleport to the rune essence mines from Aubury (in Varrock), Sedridor in the basement of the wizard's tower south of Draynor, and Cromperty in Ardougne, north of the market. Then take the orb back to him in Varrock, and you can talk to him in level 5 wildy north of Edgeville to either teleport to the abyss, or buy runes.
  4. No, compost only affects chances of disease and crop yield on allotments and herbs. It will not make your tree grow faster.
  5. Crafting guild with skill necklaces and dueling rings is much faster than the Brimhaven method.
  6. To get the best bang for your buck, you need to sell to an empty store, so you can't just go and sell 250 rune ore and have enough for an onyx. This means you can either hop worlds and sell 5 or so, and repeat 50 times or so. You can still average 1k tokkul per ore sold if you sell 5 or 6 rune ore to an empty store. You could easily unload that much rune ore in an hour if you don't mind spending an hour hopping worlds. What I like to do is bring the rune ore with me, and train on the TzHaar monsters near the store. I sell an ore, kill a couple monsters, then sell another ore when the first one disappears, etc. Takes a while that way, but you can always use any obby drops you get to speed things up a bit.
  7. Smelting bars is the cheapest way, and it will be faster XP and more money than cannonballs. You can make probably 25k XP per hour smelting mithril and then addy bars, and you will make anywhere from 120 to 150 mil in the process, if you use the furnace in Port Phasmatys. You could smelt steel up to level 50, but it might be more worthwhile to simply do Knight's Sword, and then buy enough iron bars to get to level 50, and smith knives and sell them - it should be around 3500 bars. Then just buy mith ore for 400-500ea, coal for 180-200ea, and smelt away. Sell the bars for 1.7kea in batches of 2k or more, and you will rake it in. Once you get to 70 smithing, you can do both mith and addy bars, buying addy ores 1.5-1.8kea. Addy bars are selling for 3.5k or more each.
  8. You could always try the Zammy mage in the wilderness. Best prices around, never have worry about autoers. Just buy a few hundred at a time and bank them.
  9. Basilisks drop a lot of water runes. Dark Wizards drop all kinds of runes, but for some reason they drop twice as many earth runes as the other elemental runes.
  10. If you're planning on praying, then your defense stats are meaningless.
  11. Why not go with a holy symbol for your amulet, and white knight boots for your boots to get the max prayer boost possible? Simlarly, wouldn't Proselyte helm be better than Neitiznot?
  12. Idiot  To get that many diamonds, he must have merchanted them, which means he probably merchanted the whole lot, although you can easily get that many rubies and emeralds in a day from thieving the wall safes in the rogue's den.
  13. Fairy rings are just about as fast, without the risk or headaches associated with using the abyss, no wasted inventory spots for an ectophial or teletab.
  14. I wasn't complaining about the time, but the annoyance of it. I found it annoying enough to warrant using the fairy rings, and once I got the rhythm of the fairy ring method down, I found it to be about the same speed on average as the abyss for crafting nats, using super energies. No need to deal with something that annoys me :)

No, prayer pots are too slow and expensive, and you'll lose a ton of money. Make super attack pots up until level 55, then make enough super strength pots to match however super attacks you made. I would highly recommend growing your own irits, because most players have a ton of irit seeds, and nothing to do with them - you can get them for 2kea easy. From level 49 - 55 you need what, about 80k exp? That's 800 irits - will take a while to grow, but if you grow limps at the same time, you will have everything ready to buy enough kwuarm for 800 super strengths. Super attack and strength sets sell for 7-8kea, you'll make a ton of money that way.
  16. No need to use air strike, just do Witch's potion to get to level 3 magic.
  17. More like 50k max per hour, fully focused. One thing is, you should never, ever, EVER mine coal until you are 60 mining at the very least, and even then it's not going to be particularly fast. I would highly recommend you mine and bank iron until level 75, and then switch to coal if you are so inclined. Either way, I don't recommend powermining. Yes, it's almost double the exp you'll get banking iron or coal, but getting rune ore reliably takes a lot of patience and in many cases pretty high levels for access to certain spots/teleports. Better you have something to show for your 85 mining, because there is a very good chance that mining runite isn't going to be quite the moneymaker you think. Even when you have a reliable method, it gets old very fast.
  18. Nature crafting via fairy rings is just about as fast as the abyss, if you use super energy pots, and you don't have to deal with the stupid ditch. It won't be as fast as dueling rings and fires, or world 16 airs, but it will be a LOT more profitable.
  19. Other decent places for iron are NE of Ardougne, it's about as quick as Yanille if you use Ardy teles. The Grand Tree is nice because there are iron rocks in a room with addy and gold ores, you can pick up a few addy ores and mine iron in the time it takes for them to respawn, and close to a bank. Piscatoris has a good 3 rock mining spot where you don't have to move, and the bank is fairly close.
  20. Those don't look like unids to me, they look like they've already been identified. EDIT: Ah, I see, they were identified by Nardah guy. Yes, you must have gotten a lot of randoms :)
  21. Then go granite with waterskins. But you get max 80k per hour (according to the number 1 ranked miner) No, you don't. Before you needed waterskins, 50k per hour was the max. Now it's slightly less, around 48k or so.
  22. The solution is pathetically easy, actually. Just patrol the shops with mods that can ban on site. The goldfarmers and autobuyers will lose a ton of money, since each autobuyer must carry 100k+ with them, since they stay at the shops for hours on end. And autobuyers are even easier to spot than auto yew cutters. A hundred or so people could wipe them out in less than an hour.
  23. Ernest the chicken is the only f2p quest I'd call hard. The first time I did it was before I discovered quest guides. Pretty much the only challenging thing in all of f2p.
  24. None of the things in the OP are facts, and people should not be claiming them to be facts. No wonder we have trouble convincing people that randoms are anything but random, when threads like this keep popping up.
  25. Don't bother, your ranged level is too low.
