When I got 99 theiving I went from about 84-99 in two weeks via Pyramid Plunder :) Although that was playing A LOT. :oops: But as previously stated it's like 150k-200k xp an hour if you're efficient :)

Pre-GE advertising on forums was the only way to sell items, which is why The Marketplace was once so popular and active and had many subforums. But even when free trade returns the GE will still exist which makes advertising on forums still almost pointless ;) In any case, we'd probably only consider such an update if there was a sudden HUGE spike in activity that caused threads to be kicked off the first page rather quickly. We wouldn't bring them back because of *suspected* increase in activity. We want to see it happen first! (and personally I don't think it will :P)

Well that's not really the purpose of it :) It's a sentimental item for the 10th anniversary ("holiday" item) and once you get 10 candles for it and light the cake you can perform an emote :)

I'd lend for free. And if they offered money, I'd talk them out of it. I don't have any real examples of experiences since I sold all my rares before the lend system came out.. But I suppose one example could be pre-free trade removal when I made construction flatpacks for people. Some people might say "oh well you were getting xp!" But it was hardly good xp. Friends would come to me mostly wanting cape racks and other high level flatpacks. I'd have to spend like 10 minutes waiting for them in my house while they got the supplies together, then another few minutes chatting with them, finally make the flatpack, and another few minutes chatting. I'm not complaining, just saying I wasn't racking in the xp :P Many people would try to pay me for my services but I always talked them out of it. Other than a while of my time, I wasn't sacrificing anything. I guess this is comparable because I had the level and I had the time, so why not help out :P

Just generally speaking, I think that it only works out well if the relationship wasn't that serious. But if you had a serious relationship, I think there's too much history there to have a successful friendship, especially if you weren't "just friends" before you started dating. I'm only friends with one ex: a guy I dated when I was like 13. And the age alone should tell you how serious the relationship was. :P But although we rarely see each other anymore (different universities) I still consider him one of my best friends.

At least where I checked the Wacom Bamboo (cheapest option) shouldn't be more than like £48. A brand new one on Amazon is £48 so you should be able to find a used one for hopefully around £40. As Myu said, just make sure you're getting the cheapest option ;) And Intuos is definitely amazing (I have one) but way out of his price range :lol:

I would recommend a Wacom Bamboo tablet :) Wacom is by far the best brand when it comes to tablets and the Bamboo is their cheapest option. It may actually go a bit above £40 so you may have to buy one used on eBay or something. But if you can find one for that price, I would highly recommend it. I've also moved this thread to The Gallery :) Although you are correct in placing it in Tech & Computers since a graphics tablet is a piece of technology, you will probably get more responses in a forum full of artists!

But spamming is still against the rules, remember ;) Even if it's in a thread that you think "is going to be locked soon anyway." But yes, I am going to lock this thread. A few good points have been brought up about copyright issues, etc. However, either way this isn't a RuneScape discussion. A better forum for this might be the Varrock Library. That being said, I don't think it's wise to ask OTHER people if you should write a book (or fan fiction). The only way you'd get through it anyway is if YOU are passionate enough about writing and the subject matter. Ultimately it has to be your decision. But if you want help, advice, proofreads, etc. the Varrock Library is the place for you!

Sy_Accursed nailed it ;) Excessive nested quotes are a violation of the Tip.it Forum Rules anyway. They make the post MUCH longer when it is unnecessary. If you reach the limit, just remove some of the quotes and you're good to go ;)

I have a solution for you: get more friends! (joke, btw :P It will make sense in a second) Here's the deal: once you have >50 friends, only 50 are displayed and you get a link that says "View All." When you first visit the page, the 50 that are displayed are intentionally displayed randomly so that it's not always showing the same 50 people on a list of >50 friends. Once you click "View All" the list is automatically alphabetized. But unfortunately this also means that if you have <50 friends they will always appear random.
