Try decreasing draw distance and quality on minecraft. I'm struggling with it a bit on a laptop with 2GB RAM and a 512MB graphics card, so I'm not suprised you're having a hard time. I would think that you will just have to just shut everything else down while playing minecraft and play it on lowest settings, or update. It's probably the right time for you to update TBH.

That looks pretty cool, although I don't think ill be upgrading, my 2G works fine. Camera might be cool as well, although I'm not one to take many pictures. Re. you're ipod, i would feel the same as you but I'm afraid I have no advice :/

Raw materials such as logs and fish are also good I heard. I flipped a few god items a while ago (zammy cape, to be precise) although I don't know why there was such a high demand for them so I wouldn't recommend them unless you know :P

It would be cool to play RS with a controller, but I wouldn't want it to be on a console.

This is interesting. I have one question though: why are scientists doing all of this simulation on the bible? Surely their time and effort could be put towards doing something which is more useful (although I'm not sure how much this affects those of you who are religious).

What sort of level of morals do you think they have? I personally disagree with you, having morals such as 'killing is bad' is against their natural instincts. I would be interested to know what sort of morals you think they hold?

Oh I totally agree with eating free range chicken. It's not only better for the chicken, it's better tasting for yourself, and also has the added health benefits of having less fat (generalisation here). To start a new subtopic; How many days can you last (per week) on a Vegan/Vegetarian diet? No sneak bacon sandwiches, no hotdogs for a snack. Personally, I won't last for long (That's what she said?) but I think I can manage 3 days without meat. What about you (everyone reading this thread)? I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not in the first sentence.. :P it's hard to tell over the interwebz. Hm.. I really couldn't last long, I'm not a great eater (I don't like lots of food) and every meal but breakfast includes some kind of meat for me.

To be a good teacher, you've really got to find the right balance between fun, respect, and learning. If its too much strict learning (no discussing or talking of any kind) then I know I will become dead bored and I wont learn much.

Vegetarianism = no chicken/bacon = I'm not a vegetarian :) I respect the reasons why vegetarians are vegetarian and I do agree with some of that stuff. I mean.. like eating free range chickens instead of battery chickens. It sort of clears your moral conscience a little. It's natural for us to eat meat. Were at the top of the food chain (give or take) and as someone else said we were born omnivores. Its never happened to me, but I can see myself being quite annoyed if a vegetarian lectures me on the 'errors of my ways'.

I doubt animals have the mental capacity to have morals. I would think that it is more of a survival at all costs sort of feeling for them.

Both are terrible TBH. Well... I haven't actually had a burger from either for a long time, simply because I can't even stand the thought of what is inside them. I only ever eat chips & occasionally ice cream from fast food places. Go eat a real burger :P

I presume that you've done checking if the cable & ethernet ports on the router work? Try using a different socket/cable etc. It could be the drivers, see if there are more for your motherboard/card. Or it might be a hardware problem. Does the wired connection work with another computer? ^^The extent of my knowledge :)

Like someone (can't remember who) said, if I worried about this sort of thing every day, I would just become depressed. Ultimately, it's not my job to worry about this kind of thing, nor do I really want to. I'm sure MI5 know what they're doing.

I know its a religious issue and all, but the French's argument is that we/they respect their culture of covering up when we/they are in the Islamic countries etc., and it shouldn't just be a one way thing. The French are saying (I think) that it is not the belief of their society, so don't do it. It's basically what the middle-eastern countries force people to do when in their countries, just reversed. I can see how it is controversial, but I think I'm with the French on this.. although yes it is a bit controversial.
