Yeah I guess I'll start playing Runescape in a seperate tab. Just got to get used again to changing screens at the bottom of my screen, in stead of through the tabs. And to the people suggesting other browsers: No I really like Chrome. Okay, firefox is about as good, but I got used to Chrome now and don't feel like changing again. It's fast, it's smooth, and it remembers a lot of settings.

that doesnt seem right. All these familiar are lvl 60+ and he's only lvl 40. Anyway, the general rule is to save your blues for last, then crimsons, then greens, then golds. This is however when you already have 52 summoning, since you will probably make terrorbirds untill 99 anyway. So my advice is: Get to lvl 52 using your greens and your crimsons. I think macaws until you can make bloated leeches is the best. Then, at 52, make all your gold at once into terrorbirds. Then use your leftover greens (hopefully oyu can make ibises by then). Then use your leftover crimsons (hopefully you can make smoke devils by then). Then use your blues (hopefully you can make mith minotaurs by then).

They are actually worth a little under med, which means you can instantly get one if you pay a little above med. So my advice, keep it, or sell it in the GE a little under max. It should sell after a day or two, if not, try for a little above med.

Just found out another interesting story about 2lum: So I was reading a bit on RSOF and find a thread where 2lum is trying to sell something. Lots of replies on the thread, and, a nice sight, a lot of spam from people telling him how she/he is a big piece of [cabbage], and that they would never buy something of her, etc. One of the flamers had a more interesting response, he was saying 2lum started to scam her ranks too. Apperently, she had added some new ranks, and told them the new item was bunyip pouches, to then bluntly dump these upon those new ranks. The guy accused her of hoarding those bunyip pouches first with another private clan. A bit later, a friend is telling me about how his friend has bought out the whole stock of fishing potions together with someone else. Apperantly, he has some experience with it, cause he had done the same with agility pots before. In fact, my friend tells me, he recently sold his whole stock of agility pots, that he had managed to double in price to cute phats (=other account of 2lum). In order to dump them, he added some edibles with it. And now comes the true power of 2lum: (at least, that is what I got from it) 2 lum, who had a huge stock of bunyip pouches, and had just told her ranks that that would be the new item, dumped all her bunyip pouches upon her ranks and made the deal with this guy and his agility pots. After that, she makes agility pots, which were already merched and overpriced, the new item and sets a ridiclous dump price of 6k each. So all in all, she made some nice profit on bunyip pouches, got some edibles for trade price, got a huuuuge stock of agility pots at once (saves some hassle) and is about to double her money on these agility pots. Amazing, scary, disgusting. I have no words :-)

Squisher, I dont think merchanters are the anit-Christ or whatever. In fact, like I said before, I solo merch myself too. I just don't try to justify it. I know people are paying more/getting less, because of me. I do it purely for personal gain, there is no "greater good".

Care to elaborate? (I guess making unicorn scrolls or something)

Watch me ;) At bosses. No Super Restores either! When doing gwd with 4 people or more with 99 prayer you don't really need prayer potions or super restores. Altar gives all prayer restoring you need. Unless you are tanking at zammy :P At armadyl you need 1 dose of sr/ppot between recharges if you are using hawk/eagle eye. My answer to the topic is overload potion. Used in combination with saradomin brews. Great for ffa and soloing. I'm not quite sure how useful that special restore potion really is.. It has its uses for sure in both soloing and ffa. Might be good for slayer too (more sgs spec = more cheap prayer restoring for boost prayers or protection prayers in some cases. I will make a lot of special restore pots to get my herblore lvl up, so I will have much more than I'm going to use anyway so I'm planning to bring them about anywhere I am fighting. An extra sgs spec every minute will probably make food or healing familiars obsolete on most tasks. I could also use them for 2 extra dds specs a minute, which should also make a difference (I'm interested in how big the difference would be). edit: at maximum efficiency you get 60 extra sgs specs an hour, let's make it 50 because you wont drink your spec restore exactly after 30s every time. On top of that you got your regular 12 full spec bars an hour (its 5 minutes for a full bar, right?), these account to another 24 specs. So 74 sgs specs an hour, healing around 10 hp each (very low estimate), that's 740 hp an hour and also half of that in prayer pts, which is like 13 doses of ppot. (all very rought estimates)

If I'm playing Runescape and I have facebook on another tab, and someone is replying to me, my screen flashes (goes white for a split second). This also happens with other sites when they are loading things, sometimes with tip it too. Anything I can do to stop this, cause it's pretty annoying.

You say you want to get summoning up too, so go for abyssal demons. They drop quite a lot of crimsons (around 30-40 an hour)

How could players get in trouble by nodoby wanting to buy their items? I mean, flippers get to sell their item to non merchants, and even in bigger amounts, why shouldnt it work for this guy selling his 1 sgs. The other way around, why should a player have troubles to buy an item, when flippers get to buy multiples of these items, and that for a cheap price. Don't try to justify flippers, they don't have any positive parts but for themselves. Okay, they dont mess it up like merch clans do, but telling everyone they're doing something good, give me a break.

Flipping is also bone by buying for min and selling under mid, so according to your theory, they let the price go down... Conclusion: flippers don't do anything for long term effects, they just let buyers pay more, and sellers get less.

But you also can't have the reward being TOTALLY pointless. Half of the things you mentioned above can already be accessed, and if a player has to finish the ELITE diary, I'm sure that can already do it. Varrock: Balloon is literally right there. Karamja: OK Fremmy: OK Falador: Rimming = House tele, Ice Mountain = Ancient tele Seers: Catherby teleport (Lunars) takes you right there. Too bad you cant be on ancients, lunar and normal magic at once. Okay, you can with lunar spellbook but I find it impractical.

I think all this "gf" is pathetic since most of the time it ISN'T a good fight. I mean, you get rushed and get 2 hit, how can you say it was a good fight? How can the rusher say it's a good fight? I'm not a pker though.

Fliping does not affect supply or demand, because when the flipper buys the item, they increase the demand. However, when they sell the item, they increase the supply by exactly the same trivial amount cancelling out the first transaction nearly completely. The only thing that they affect is the number of people who get a good deal on whatever item the flippers are flipping. Finally someone who gets it :-) Just to add something. Say, the price is 75m and in equilibrum, then solo merchers will buy for 74 and sell for 76, keeping the equilibrum.

Rs is a strange game. After you've played a day, do you feel, wow, that's been an exciting day! I know I don't. I feel guilty, having "wasted" my time on the computer. Mediocre work that you want to do for some reason, that's it. Seriously, try to forget this game and don't get back. If you don't you will start playing again, "wasting" a lot of time until a point comes where you are bored of it again, and think, damn, have I wasted this much time on this game, and why...

You can bring bones to peaches tabs now, they work on big bones too since the new update.

Restarting my computer mostly works. Restarting just internet doesn't.

So normally raw material prices should settle more now, right. All those 76kers now moved to skilling/collecting again so that's one reason those items shouldnt rise anymore. Of course there is still the inflation going on, so settling might be a bit too positive.

It's taking 4 hours to buy a spear under med because of the solo merchers... They are all trying to buy them at that price so you have to wait in the line. The nice thing about the Grand Exchange is that you dont need to buy sell at the same time, I thought you understood that. The older offers beating the guy to the spear are other solo merchers, like I said. There are enough items sold and bought all the time that you can buy/sell something instantly at a certain price. Solo merchers dont change this equilibrum, because they buy and sell. All they do is widen the gap. I think I'm just not explaining it well enough, but trust me, NOBODY but the solo merchers is gaining anything from the solo merchers activity. Nobody.
