Not really. They just have very high hp, and were very closly packed on this picture. They're not better than dagannoths for instance, but still very good raw experience and more than most other cannon tasks.

Run west side of that "island of rocks", they will only hit you once. One question, you survive at nechs just on sgs specs?

Get a pull up bar at your door and do 5 every time you walk into your room. A tip from Dogen (tricker) which I will hopefully employ myself. Handstands are also nice.

I was reading about skiing in New Zealand, and they were very positive about it. But I can imagine what you mean. Here in Norway most resort are pretty small too, and they cost like the same as the big one in the Alpes.

Hmm, I always thought you needed loong running/swimming/... to burn fat since you first need to use your calories, but if what you say about the anaerobics is true, then I guess you are right. Not that this is a big concern of me anyway, I've never had problems with overweight, even though I eat quite a lot and not always the most healthy (started changing that recently though). I've been wondering. All these years, I've been doing athletics training, 3-5 times a week, and eating whatever I want. I never had overweight problems. Does this mean it wasn't a problem with the current training, or that I could have been better if I ate right. Note that in this athletic training, nearly no lifting training has been involved. It's all warm up, stretching, doing drills, and jumping exercises and doing the final form (sprints, jumps, hurdles, since I'm a highjumper/hurdle runner).

First article was decent, second one was a bit too much I and I couldn't really get into it. I would like to add one more thing for the DYK: You can also click a destination on your minimap. The bank will close and your character will run to there. Very useful for decanting pots.

Doing a 220 dark beast task right now and I've been recording my xp for the past hour. I'm using proselyte, dragon boots, fire cape, ferocious ring, rune defender and whip + claws as spec weapon (pietying when speccing). I use protect from melee and 10% str prayer. I'm also using overloads (first time :-)). The results were actually a bit dissapointing: 23k slayer xp/h. I have the feeling I'm hitting constant 40+ hits, and claw specs are often in the 70s, but still I cant even break the 100k melee mark.

Indeed, claws totally own in this dungeon. I brought them on an abby demon task, and only 3 of all my specs were under 50, no joke.

For me it is very simple. You die, it's over. We are just animals, you know. Why would an ant die, and just be gone, and if we die, there's suddenly this special place called heaven. We are a bunch of cells clumped together, that stop working after a certain time. Then it's over. We get put underground, micro-organisms consume us, and we serve as nice compost. And let's just assume for a minute heaven exists. You arrive there at the age you died, and stay that age forever? Man, then it must suck to die as a baby or a disabled old man. You come there in the state you died? Man it must suck to die in a car accident. Also, it must be pretty damn full over there if every single person that dies goes to some afterlife place. Also, what the hell (lol?) do you do there for eternity. Must be pretty boring. So yeah, IMO heaving and whatever other afterlife is just invented because people can't accept it's over.

Huh what is going on here? Is Dan supposed to be the relationship guru and eveyrone else his slafe doing jobs for him? And to sparky, yeah I know the feeling when you want to have a good conversation but it just isn't working. To me that is a sign that it just doesn't really click. I've been there before, and thinking that in the end it would work out, but really, mostlly it doesn't. You have these girls where it is so easy to talk with, and you have others where you run out of talk after 2 min. I'd say to stick to the first group.

The ferocious ring favours fast weapons, so knives darts and shortbows should profit the most from the +4 (which is always a +4 as long as you dont hit a 0!)

I'd range them really. You would use broad tipped bolts anyway if you are ranging while you wouldnt use a leaf bladed sword when you are meleeing (since it sucks)

Hmm, can I ask you why you have a unicorn, barrows armour and this much prayer pots? I assume you piety, seeing the prayer pots, but then I dont get why you would use barrows armour. You can perfectly survive with proselyte on abbies. Lastly, a unicorn seems a bit of overkill there too, a bunyip does the job for me (even in full proselyte) and is much cheaper and needs no maintenance.
