When I bursted, I used 9 lob spot at the U-bend. I did 575 casts an hour which got me 105k mage xp and around 50k hp xp an hour. Also around 145 crimsons an hour. I used boots of lightness and a verac skirt for luring. You dont need to bring proselyte tbh. I dont really get how summoned skull keeps his energy full with all that heavy equipment, I guess he does less spells per hour or something. Inventories etc are already covered. I'm not sure about the mage bonus thing. I've heard opposite things all the time. I would personally go for a mix of prayer, lightness and magic bonus, being mitre, ahrims, boots of lightness, zammy book and master wand.

Don't do it. I pced like 500k hp xp and I really regret it since I have 16.5m hp xp now, and not even one 99 melee stat. Just let it go naturally, you'll enjoy it much more. Dont hunt capes, its no cool or anything.

For me, this thing isn't really a minigame so the rewards shouldn't be in that way that you should "grind the minigame" to get them. I think xp lamp, or some big money rewards are the best. You are getting kill count for bandos, and look at that, you find this scroll, which will give you 100K xp in any skill and a dragon impling jar. That's a nice EXTRA, that's right, it should be just an extra you get, not expecting it, but a very nice one. It should be balanced this way that grinding it for the reward is worse than just getting the xp in the respective skill.

I bought most of my super energies at around 1.2k each and I'm planning to buy papaya's at around 1.8k each so that's only 15gp/xp. Just wait out the good moments to buy ingredients.

If you are a high lvl summoner you might as well do the waterfiends in the chaos tunnels with a combat familiar. I get 130 + crimsons an hour there, starting timing from the bank, OFF task, with an iron titan, and stopping the timer after I pick up my last charm.

I can confirm I got xp when I slayed somewhere in the beginning of the summer. I heard it wansn't like that before though.

For me it's no different than trading a underpriced item together with an overpriced item. The only extra dimension is the trust part, which -I guess- forms a problem for Jagex.

I might play a bit to see what members is like in rsc cause I was f2p back then. How much does a set of rune cost now? I can imagine there arent that many 99 smithers out there as now, nor 85 miners.

bobthesock, I wouldn't value those extreme pots too high since they give experience too, and in a fast way. So if you are using extreme magic potions, which has a cheap second (or has it risen that much), you pay like 5k for your pot, but making that pot gave you 230 xp or so, which is valued around 4k if you would get it another way, which leaves you at 1k which is dirt cheap. The only real expensive one this way is extreme str because of the 7k dwarf weeds. (and extreme def, but who uses these?)

everything (but ammy which is rising) is below mid. some are actually crashing, its kind of funny. Yeah it was about to crash before the pvp "fix" anyway. Then it crashed shortly like everything, and then went up when people realised it wasn't a fix, but like I thought, it should just continue its path of before the "fix", which was close to crashing. (talking about mage/melee here) edit: Red h'weens are finally going up. Good thing I bought 6 of them before, but bad thing I didn't buy more. Green and blue are going up too I think, but in a lesser extent it seems.

So you ice barrage the melee brothers and then diagonally kill them? Never tried sally's seriously personally because I haven't really barrowed since they came out, and when I went, I tried veracing or godswording (to see if my new higher melee stats would make it better). I did realise it was pretty good yes. I think I made like 400k or so just on runes/racks and was pretty lucky to get a few drops in a short time, including a verach helm. With a verac setup and a mix of baskets of strawberries and monks I last 4 chests and use maybe 2 or 3 doses of prayer in total + 1 pure set. Where do you use your dose of prayer if you say you no pray dharok?

I'm a high jumper too and I'm 20 too :-). How high do you jump (191 here). Your squats seem a little low though. I was pretty bad at it and I did like 120 or so.

To be able to perform more cooler moves like backflips, gainers, full twists etc. Everytime I see like a cork, or whatever, I really want to learn and do it. And to jump higher of course (I'm a high jumper)

I ski and I wil be going this weekend. I have a pair of K2 public enemies that I bought last year.

I think that once phats are going down, the demand will slack a lot. I mean, right now, if you had a phat, you had 150m you couldn't use for flipping but at least it went up a mill or two every other day + you could show off. Now that phat is costing you 250m AND it is going down. When I read master smithers's post at first I thought: Hmm, time to get one, but then I realized I don't even want one. I had one, when they were even cheaper, and sold it. Maybe when I know I will quit, or won't be playing for a while, I get one, but other than that, I dont think so.

I'm not surprised about strength. It's the oldest skill and in contrary to cooking and fletching it hs got a use. On top of that, you have the strength obsession which most combat people have and you get a results that's perfectly logical.

That doesn't make sense. I don't think it is, the only extra is exp your getting by doing slayer is slayer lol. It doesn't indeed. If it provides the best xp, charms, money all together, it means it is the most efficiënt. If it isn't the best xp, charms, money together, e.g. there are better ways to get the same xp, charms and money in the same time, then it is less efficiënt by definition. Anyway, I'm not really going to go further into it, but most of the things Pantim is saying seems total [cabbage] to me + he doesn't seem to be able to write more than one line without pressing enter twice,which is very weird at the least.

is it really wise to carry all the runes with you? good on you though! This picture is just to show my inventory/gear, I wont bring that many casts per trip. ;-) 1) Get 90 herblore before you go? Will help a ton I think 2) Dont bring all that proselyte. Luring doesn't take much prayer as it is and it weights a lot. Better bring just a verac skirt. Also, wear boots of lightness. You'll never be out of energy, and your magic attack will be still high enough, trust me. (in fact, 70+ suffices) 3) No money for arcane? It would be pretty damn good there. 4) Barrage? Used to be more efficient, but not sure with higher rune prices.

What is WoW actually doing agains these issues? Maybe it's good to have a look at how other solve it.

Nice, I bought a chest and tasset too, but I bought it yesterday so I paid 1m more each. Started investing in armadyl now though.

I just went to check out pvp worlds and I must say I didn't see that much trickers. I tried to ask around wether the triangle tricking still works, but I couldn't find any answers. There are some people on RSOF claiming it doesn't work though. It seems most people who are talking about this "triangle tricking" are just talking hypothetically and haven't tested it, so who knows. If Master Smithers's information is right, it is possible though, and people on RSOF were lieing yet again. Fact is, the statuettes are still in game, and pvp worlds weren't empty, so cash is still generated. At this right moment, BCP isn't buyable at mid anymore, and Zarfot was buying them for mid in RSOF. Last time I saw Zarfot buying something in RSOF was when he was buying tons of SGS for around 55m which rose to 60m+ in the next few days. Glad I bought myself a bcp and tasset yesterday for min (personal use). I decided to give it a go myself and bought some armadyl armour + santas and red masks. Let's see how it turns out. 3a mage/range is a bit more complicated. 3rd age mage (buy ammy) was on the verge of a crash even before the update. I put my mage top in for max, and it didn't sell instantly, 2 days before pvp fix. I put it then in a little under max and it sold in around half an hour. I sold 2 other overnight then. Then I tried two mage bottoms which sold instantly for max. After that pvp fix came in and it crashed for real. I managed to sell one range top for a little under med, but I had to sell my mage hats and one more mage bottom for min. I also had an ammy and apperantly it was still very strong, cause it sold instantly for max. I regret selling it now... Gonna be interesting to see if 3a mage/range will follow bandos and climb back up, or, more logically, keeps falling untill it is ready to rise again (check graphs). With merchers, nothing is logic though, cause this is probably a good oportunity to get a grip on it, I guess...
