What skill should I train next?
Well, gongratulations on 99 fletching. You have pretty good stats! But when I watch your stats, i notice 1 thing.. It is really bugging me.. 49 runecrafting :notalk: thats all nono :P ;) I'd love to see you training that, in combination to your agility  as it will get you less boring. The agility arena for the minigame effect and runecrafting for some cash making which can be put back in the skill to train faster. note: Law crafting at world 66/99

CHAOS!??! Doing this in order?
wow great thanks for all your replies. Well, at first i considered to put it in general to start a discussion about occupations in RS, with thought of getting some great tips, but this is even better :P At the moment I am doing 32 farming and 25 herblore, which has me pretty occupied for the moment. I love farming :XD: Thanks for all the tips :)

CHAOS!??! Doing this in order?
Well, been member over a week now. Most interesting, definitly. But there is so much to do and so much you desperately want to be doing. I ask to you: In what order do you do things. Or are you just chaotic and do everything at the same time? I'd love to hear how your daily runescape planning is like and if you are chaotic or have a specific order about what you are going to do? And ofcourse ;) how..?

Ancients Farewell Letter
if you got a girl that madly in love with you why didn't you quit sooner!? - although i do see where you going with rs going down the tube, im sorry, i guess i dont see it :? yes i know plenty of people that break the rules, some people are jerks, we have a macro problem, but what game isn't litered with people like this? thats just my opinion, atlest :-w Oei ancient, know the feeling :) And gladly I can say I also have a great girl I love over everything. But when she is not here with me, I still like to enjoy myself. Even if it is just a simple game. Its to bad that some people consider this game as their life. (no lyphers excluded, i mean the people that play it to seriously). I think every player comes from Holland, as the Dutch Trading thoughts are overgrowing Runescapes lands. (mostly cities, mostly Falador world 2).. o dear Still I like the game, as I cannot be bothered by this. I just avoid the merchanting by not doing so myself. Play a quest once in a while, a game of pest control (not 100 tickets in 1 time) .. do a little dragon slaying for cash, yes i need it to from time to time. And then a little more skilling. I enjoy doing alot of thinks mixed. Never gets me boring. Still, I think you make the right choice. Good luck with your actual life and say hello from everyone here to your girl. :) Their is nothing more special then the 1 man/woman that you fall in love with. :3>

Enchanted Jewellery : Rub-while-u-wear
This is just a great adition. Has been suggested alot. Doesn't make it that easier, just saves you the trouble of taking it off which was the most annoying to my opinion. Great job by the blokes at Jagex tower.

Anyone think the 99 capes might be f2p also?
Definitly. Only thing is, there aren't many F2P high levels with skills to 99. If you can name 100, good luck  So my vote: They are going to be F2P aswell.

Sharks! Watch Out!
Well said! Also add construction to slightly impressive, as it is very costly etc. Agility is also a pretty impressive task to get 99 in. I guess Zezima and other maxed out players won't have enough bank space :ohnoes:

RUNESCAPE DO CARE!!!
Totaly agree with you on that. I love the yellow stats hihi. And I was thrilled to read they changed it back. Also the run button which didnt affect me really, is changed back which will please a lot of people, especially pkers. If I may say it as The Editor would say it: The blokes at Jagex Tower really worked something out there. Hands up for Andrew and his crew.

Farming and 'The new form of cooking'?
Thank you for all your responds so far. You said that Jagex needs something along the lines of summer pie. And that is what the possible introduction of ' The new cooking' should bring in. Along with this, farming could be made partial F2P. So the first thing, before we continue to discuss the possibilties of giving F2P a little bit of farming, how should the new cooking skill be worked out. A few possibilities that came to my mind: - Decrease the healing capabilities of fish. All fish gets -2 HP healing. Shrimps should still be healing 2 or still 3 and anchovie shouldn't be made eatable. This creates room for high level food that does heal 20-22 and requires ingredients and high level in 'A new cooking skill.' -Simply introduce 'The new cooking skill' and divide the excisting forms of food between Fish cooking and Chef cooking. (as I like to call it for now). Fish cooking has all the fish you catch. And Chef cooking all the pies, stews etc. Ofcourse, a tuna potatoe requires a tuna to be cooked, aswell as the chef cooking skill to actually finish it. A high level food which requires 2 skills to be leveled up. Also new foods should be made into the game and levels at which you can cook them are altered. Any more thought are always welcome :) Ideas and opinions please

Farming and 'The new form of cooking'?
Exactly my point! Lots of members are to 'lazy' (excuse me for my choice of words) to harvest the in general known rubish crops. While these rubbish crops could be used in farming. Let F2P do it, so we get a more healthy economic and the most important part. Let Jagex make steps towards the new form of cooking which is based on collection ingredients and recipes, instead of cooking fish. F2P is used of doing the less fun work for P2P, see chopping yews, mining coal and iron and air runes. You name it.. we make it (If we can) My intention about this is not to give F2P new updates. It is creating an economic situation and community in which the new form of cooking should be capable of holding itself up, instead of collapsing as construction or farming.

Farming and 'The new form of cooking'?
Hmm, good point you have there. Thieving from the master farmer is not an option. I guess monster drops is the best way. You won't get a huge amount of seeds that way in the game as you would have gotten with shops. Also the seeds should be medium drops. Not high as members fight moss giants and lesser demons aswell. But skeletons and zombies are nice monsters for these kind of drops. And I repeat it once again: Only certain, lower level products can be produced with farming. Not herbs or trees. They remain members object's.

Farming and 'The new form of cooking'?
It's a lovely sunday evening here. Ready to go to school tomorrow.. I was just wondering. Happens to more more often, but this time I found it worth posting. Members have a few skills. And lots of extras. BUT! .. 2 members skills are often to be unused by players. I'm talking about construction and farming. Farming especially on products besides trees and herbs. There is simply not enough production of fruits etc. In last article, the discussion started about the influance of cooking actually being a skill, which requires gathering of ingredients and effort to cook it. Or that it's holding a raw fish over a fire and be done. If Jagex is ever to get cooking that way, shouldn't there be an increase in fruits and other products made by farming or something. Butter is always been a problem. It is quite a task to gather milk and create butter. Quite a time consuming task. If certain ingredients were to be made F2P or partial of farming: -the skill would be increasivly more popular, farming that is. -You would make the F2P community so much happier. -Members would now be able to buy ingredients, so they can more easily create higher level, complex food. With boosts and nice amounts of healing In my eyes, this should be a win-win situation for jagex .. F2P and members. Although there should be considered taht members do not like F2P updates. And I fully respect that. Also note: Partial of farming means only fruits and less usefull items of farming which can be used in cooking. Most members don't plant potatoes and other fruits as they are time consuming etc. For those who say that most items can also be gathered from fields. The ingredients have the requirement to be player farmed and not picked.

"Duradel now sets harder tasks" ...O Rly?
ye rly im not kidding srsly (dang made me laugh so much while i read all the posts. Love the cat picture) Lower tasks are removed. But you have to consider that slayer isn't all perfect. You don't have an option to get the perfect, best tasks all the time. Compare it to .. let us say.. an enjoyable skill like fishing. Fishing is great. So much fun on the docks catching all the handy fish. The bad thing is, you have to walk from time to time. Every skill has his litle downsides. And lesser enjoyable slayer tasks are the thing at slayer.

Post your Manage thy Kingdom results.
Anyone going to answer? Like.. make sure you don't WASTE the other 50%. Use it on seeds or maples as seeds contain Herb Seeds and maples also give rings and seeds. Or coal/flax as they will make a VERY good amount of money. Don't ever waste that 50%!

Things in Runescape that make no logical sense!
The 28 inventory slot. (icon shows a backpack). Every time you shoot an arrow, you have to grab one from the backpack, opening and closing it each time. There is a limit on how many gold you can have. You don't receive interest from leaving your money at the bank, nor can you borrow any money. ( :-s Nice idea for the future for starters, could be worked out someway) You never get blisters (sorry for the spelling) from mining. Trawlers boat is always leak, but when you are not playing, it is still floating properly! The king black dragon never fights his own heads.. You have to love brother/sister friendship (or w/e its called) People can stand at the same spot with 2000 persons on the same time (2000 = max world can handle). Runescape world isn't round.. The wildernis doesn't end in the water in which you can see the monkeys island. (so much for late 18th century science!) :notalk: In real, when a lobster gets hurt, it spreads out a toxic which is able to kill/ make sick the other animals around him. (Defensive) But you never have this problem. Your lobsters are all save in your backpack. Even if you hold a few iron/steel etc. bars or sharp weapons in it! :ohnoes: Your bag never goes broken. No stack of 10000 arrows is able to cut through your bag! .. Runecloth bags? Good luck on finding some extra.. :!: :!: <-- Emo rules :D

How much money do jagex make?
Also, they have expenses to, so they do not earn 32milion each year. I guess they hold a nice 1-2 million in their own pocket at the start of RS2. And these days, I guess 4-8 Million.

Your Fave pass time on RS
Well, A nice idea, using lunar magic to heal Dharoking people ? :-w Just kidding, I'm not a mean person. I love to do something, unpractical. I love the idea about baking cakes. To bad cakes don't heal that much, nor sell for a lot of money. F2P needs a cooking boost. Hard to make food, but fun to make and healing properly. Cooking guild \ In real, I' often do nothing. Nothing is good enough for me. :

anyone got an account like this still left?
The lowest I saw that finshed all the F2P quests was a lvl 10 guy. I saw and spoken to him a few times in Runescape Classic while he was looting at the dragon. The room and dragon were different then, so it was possible. He took loot from players and the cash that spawned in there. The lowest guy that ever beaten the dragon wasn't level 3. As you get experience for every damage. This would have been impossible, also considering the dragon is/was able to hit a 10. So you' d had to be extremely lucky, as it would only be able to do it the first time using just 1 defense and all 3 combat skills for about 20 (str) + 20 (att) + 20 (def) + 20 (ranged) + 5-6 (max! magic). Considering you don't hit even a 5th of what you actualy try. This takes MASSiVE friends who bring you food. (who all haven't beaten the dragon). Also ! massive luck and lots more.. Considering all this, and I know it isn't very well writen, but understandeble. It just seems impossible at lvl 3. And you became over lvl 3 the moment you TP' ed out of the room. So no picture could be made. Only maybe half way or almost at the end. :-s IF you understood all this, wow : :P for all the others, just consider it impossible for a lvl 3 to beat the dragon.. Not now, not then.

whats the rarest item which isn't a rare???
Rares is cracker, as there are only a hand full of those left. And seriously, a hand full and not more. Maybe 20 max in the game left! Non Rares: Has to be or: a) black spear (as named before) B) onyx necklace (high cost for rubbish item) c) bronze spear D++ (not dagger, as those are made several) But these are all mentioned above, so my own thought are : A non playing Runescape Player ..(impossible aight ;)) nah just kidding.. I think that the rarest item in the game is a spirit tree root!

Tip.It Times Presents: Nice work on the new graphics Jagex!
a Perfect written article, I couldn't have done it any better! I can tell you are a real quest freak that doesn't use guilds or anything! And that I admire! The idea about F2P quests: a) Lots of members will say taht F2P should become members for extras and I guess you know the rest they will say. B) Lots of F2P' people will freak out.. result: a big fight. Nice idea, love it, as I am F2P, but .. a big fight between P2P/F2P isn't all that great.

Runescape: Nice Guys Finish last? o.O Is it good to be good?
First off all, you forget that most scammers etc. are low skillers. As they get frequently banned and they dont skill. So no competetition at all. Those who are, thank them for not being a scammer! =D>

If PC points were tradeable?
Say, your combat is level 70. Now to use the experience calculator 70x 70 / 6 = 816.67 xp. per point When 100+ points = 816.67 x 1.10 = 898.33.33 xp per point Rounded up .. 900 xp. per point Then.. 1k points gives you 900.000 experience in a certain skill That is: a) hours of training B) hours of training c) hours of training Now let us say that 900k experience at lvl 70 combat takes us 20 hours of training, which is about right. How much can you earn in 20 hours of straight merchanting. I don't usualy merchant, but I can tell that a decent or even great merchant can make alot of cash. Runecrafting for 20 hours gives us about 18k of nature runes. 18.000 x 300 = 5400000.. or 5.4M 5400000 / 1000 (points) = 5400 GP per point. Which is 5k which has been guessed by some people Merchanting makes more money per hour then runecrafting. That is, if you are good at it. I am able to make 2x that much, although I don't as it is boring to me. That would say that a decent merchanter can put 10M xp in getting 1M experience aproximatly. (that is, if the points where even DOUBLE the calculated value for runecrafters.) A partyhat would be.. 32M experience?? A Phat sets would mean combat maxed out?
