I believe that the starting price is indeed the high alchemy price, but as you sell more items the price goes down like in other stores. I suggest you test it with some cheap items. ;) Otherwise craft your own nats and alch away!

Why do you want to know? Do you use some yourself? SS is used a lot, but i find it junk. Awful layout, just too ugly to look at. Get firefox and add some add-ons so you can have split screens and still have everything you need, including non rs related webpages. my 2 cents.

They're pixels and therefore not made of any material. What your screen is made of is another question...

I sometimes superheat addy or mith ores in the mining guild. I start with 6 free invent spots, mine 6 coal, superheat an addy ore and mine coal again. I have no space for the gems. :)

As always, carefully watch the second screen and you'll be ok.

I've been playing this game for 2 years now. I can't say that I really notice a difference between now and 2 years ago, nor do I have much problems with the community. The last year I have been called a noob only about 2-3 times. I have an average account without any super expensive items. So, it is not that my account gives me that respect. Therefore, I think that it's really all about the person behind the character. Treat other players ingame equal to people irl. Have respect for each other and just act normally. That way you create a nice community around you!

Not everyone trains combat either :roll: Why shouldn't it take both skills and melee to access a dragon large? Rather than exclude players, I think jagex should include as many as possible in the new update if it's for high level combat. I mean, considering that skills only open up the area, and you're still going to need good combat anyway. What would be the harm in having low skill requirements to let as many experience it as possible ( I say this fully knowing that later this month I'll be excluded despite being over 100 combat :) but I don't mind ) so really i have no good reason why it should lowskills/no skills :P. it's just mad dreams :mrgreen: I don't think it is about letting as many players as possible experience the new monster. By giving it high skill requirements, the monster becomes a reward for players who do raise the non combat skills. I really like this approach, since it shows that runescape is much more than purely combat based. So, bring on the skill requirements! :thumbsup:

This is not the first time i read about this ptoblem on these boards. I believe that some time ago an update slightly changed the ways on how the seeds grow. Instead of a fixed time, each seed has several stages before it's grown to full health. In each of these stages your seed can get some delay in growth. Without these delays the seeds grow to full health as mentioned in all the farming guides. If you pay the farmer, the seeds never seem to get that delay. This is just what i read about this problem, i didn't do any actual research about it. Still. I hope it helps :)

this guide does not add anything new to the guide on the tip.it site. Sorry, to say this, but it really looks like you just took the tip.it guide, shuffled it a bit and put your name above it. How about you describe ways of training magic using the ancient spell list? Describe to uses for ancients, describe why would anyone want to use ancients over the classic spell list? Go into more detail about the uses for the 4 different types (ice, blood, shadow, smoke) spells, for example when to use which one. Good luck!

You mean like the pair of granite boots that is worn by the dwarf (and only that dwarf, as a matter of fact he is the only one to have a pair for several years now) for the in between a rock quest? no proof, not even a clear hint that dragon claws are coming anytime soon. This thread can only discuss how badly people want some....

i really don't like them. even though their max is only 8, they have a pretty high def and hit often, even with a +120 magic def bonus. my 2 cents.

i think that for high def monsters, rune cbow is pretty good too. Hits high and often and not that slow. And it doesn't degrade.

i generally train ranged together with slayer for the changes in monsters. i also like dust devils, ice trolls, greater or black demons.

both items can easily be bought from stores (hat) or other players (boots). No challenge there. Some clues require you to go to quest areas, such as the kharazi jungle or the elvenlands, for which you need to have started legends or regicide respectively to access. Again, that's a good thing since it inspires you to complete those quests.

The blast furnace uses half the amount of coal for every ore, including what you brought yourself. It's actually pretty easy to solo the furnace, just give it a try. The biggest problem is that you cannot unnote addy or runite ores there. That means that you are restricted to about 25 addy ores per bank run. It's a lot faster to superheat the ores into bars.

He is not saying that you're certainly more than 10k kills away from your drop, but that it is possibly 10k kills away. Every kill generates a new drop and the chances of getting a certain drop are influenced by the ROW. The odds of getting a certain item, combined with randomness determine your drop. A drop is never completely random (or luck), since each item has a specific chance of obtaining for a certain monster. About your black dragon results: it's very likely that the lesser drops have a much larger chance of obtaining (or you can call it drop rate) than the better drops. So those seem to be pretty normal to me, perhaps a bit unlucky. ;)

I'm not arguing that, but I still think they should let f2p have some voice when it affects us directly. The last Guaranteed Content Poll only affected members because only members can work on the Achievement Diary. Unless the Holloween Event will be members only, which I doubt, we f2p will be affected by the result. There are to many f2p accounts per player. Some of my friends have 1 p2p account and like 4-5 f2p accounts. I don't see why they should be allowed to vote 5 times when i only use 1 account and can thus vote only once.
