  1. A single diatomic molecule of oxygen probably can't do any harm on it's own.
  2. Got: Gmod + Audiosurf Playing: Gmod, Audiosurf and TF2. Posting here reminds that me that I'm not even halfway through Far Cry yet >_<. Must give it another shot.
  3. You have been gaming since you were 3? :o I'd suggest a strategy in a similar style to TF2, more so with the whole fronted secret 'evil' intelligence agency type thing. No idea if it would work or not though.
  4. Camstudio is a good free one. Please don't be such a jerk next time though.
  5. Lol. Must remind myself not to go to University in Staffordshire
  6. +1 to Avira, once you remove the adverts.

    Morrowind? :?
  8. 512MB is a bit on the low side in todays terms, 2GB+ is standard with most computers. I used to get the problem when I played on my dads computer, which only had 256MB and that was on standard definition. Web browsers and RuneScape in general use a lot of memory; normally windows will expand the size of the page file (virtual memory) if it gets low. As for 'fixing' this, I'd suggest either adding more RAM, or if you don't want to do that, you need to reduce the number of programs running at once. Have you got any AV suites such as Norton or McAffee running? They can take up quite a lot of memory when idling. Also, what Operating System are you running? Posting these would be useful if you want further help ;)
  9. Where is Chrome's multi platform support? Oh wait no, it's windows only -.- . @louiellen: BOFH excuses ftw :P.
  10. +1. My late 05 Dell is still going fine, the build quality is absolutely great. Same goes for my dad's 7 year old Dimension 4500. The only real fault I can find with Dell is the price really, they are more expensive than self/custom builds and quite a few other prebuild companies.
  11. Completely forgot this one: [yt]mznB2eF6VxI[/yt]
  12. Well, I guess I can't recommend Left 4 Dead, because it doesn't have a plot, I guess I can say you should try FEAR 2, or Fallout 3, if you would consider that an FPS? :| Already have Left 4 Dead, good with friends, but it wasn't what I was looking for. I've since got Far Cry 1 which is excellent, and also Garry's mod. I was considering getting fallout 3, but my computer probably won't run it well enough to make it worth it. Thanks for the suggestions though :)
  13. Sold a friend Sins of a Solar Empire on Wednesday and got myself Gmod :D
  14. I didn't say it was only good for scout rushes, it just happens to be one of the few times I play as scout, since it's not my favourite class.
  15. +1. It's impossible to tell without knowing the specs. 550W could be overkill or no way near enough, depending what you want to run off it.
  16. I tried playing scout for 15 minutes, gave up, and went on the achievement servers. Just 2 to go now for Bonk, then I guess it's back to only using the scout for rushes.
  17. +1. Usually only happens if you have a lower spec PC with a lower amount of RAM.
  18. Personally, neither. Though if I had to choose I'd say 4, simply because WW2 is such an overused genre for fps games like CoD. At least Modern Warfare is somewhat original.
  19. I'd highly recommend getting more RAM. I upgraded my XP machine from 1GB to 3GB last summer, and the performance is noticeably better :). You'll need to find out what type of RAM your computer takes before you upgrade though. It'll probably be DDR2, in which case upgrading it won't cost much at all (For example my upgrade was only £27, about $45 at the time I think). The easiest way is to go to crucial.com and run their on site scanner, it'll tell you what type of RAM you have and what your motherboard will support.
  20. Looks like a good update : . I'm guessing the new knockback will be a bit like the compression blast when it comes to forcing back other players. I also voted for Bonk, as I said it'll be so much more useful than the pistol.
  21. Depends. I've always liked TF2 compared to other fps's because of it's unique styling and it's much more 'lighthearted' gameplay. No matter how many other fps games I buy, I always come back to TF2 sooner or later. That's just my personal opinion though, any more details and I'd be accused of fanboyism :P Not really, they vary quite a bit. For example, compare something like Metal Gear to Unreal Tournament. MG focuses a lot more on stealth, completely opposite to the 'run and gun' you get in UT. Sure they're similar in parts, but I wouldn't go as far to say that they're all the same.
  22. Not a chance. You'd be lucky to get it running well with 512MB of RAM to be honest, it usually uses at least 1GB on my computer.
  23. http://www.teamfortress.com/scoutupdate/egypt.htm CP_Egpyt and CP_Fastlane update. Egypt looks a bit odd to me tbh, though hopefully it'll be interesting when it comes to SG placement.
  24. Was on FPSB and I found this: http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/56432 Shaun skin for Louis, from Shaun of the Dead : [hide=Image][/hide]
