29k slayer darts sold for about 9m :) they heal about 42 hp/inventory spot if you have a pony gremmy :P each raises spec move energy by 15 hehe ed, I've been exclusively slaying for a pretty long time now. when I looked you up I was shocked and surprised to see how much you had leveled too :o I may be taking a break from slayer once I get my two current 98s to 99, or maybe after maxed melees too L. anyways you'll get a chance eventually :P and thanks lego + albal <3 99 summoning is growing very near currently I'm about 250k xp (~500 pack yaks) away from 99, which is unfortunate because I have 350 crimson charms left lol. I'm currently rank 982, so I'll now resume slayer. Today I should get 99 banked entirely, and then it's just a question of getting the last xp for 99 ranged before 18 more people get 99 summoning. If it starts getting close I'm not sure, but I think I'll just give up top 1k. I want a double 99 party =p

now I lose every time I update, good thing I don't update very often thanks Zierro :) So I noticed I had like 12.99m xp banked so I went for it My plan is to get right up to 99 so that I have the option of being in the top 1k to 99 (although I'm running out of time...) however, right now I'm thinking I'd rather get 99 ranged and summoning at the same time, but that would mean I probably wouldn't get in the top 1k. oh well. went on a clan armadyl trip recently and then started the summoning thats why I never ever skip tasks :D

well, I've been slaying a bit recently this made me lol- Aneron
fine :P small profits make the world go round aka they make slayer slightly less expensive doesn't deserve a screen tbh but I don't dk much lol first time I managed to miss the original levelup screen and the one built so even the very stupid don't miss it :< at least I got a cool shot of titan haha was in my bank for a very long time about 130k to 97 def (and all 97 melees). after that I'll get 95 slayer in short order and my next two levels will probably be 99 ranged and summoning. currently I plan on getting them together - I'm about 730k from 99 ranged, and considerably less than that in summoning (in charms banked). I probably will have a party for it, the information of which will be posted when I get closer. SO YOU PEOPLE HAD BETTER COME! :P- Piccle's blog to throw pointy stuff! 92/99 Range :D halfway!
almost halfway there nub :P- Firemaking, not a newb 99
Eh, herblore and farming aren't useful to get 99 in either, they both stop at 85. 'Sides, people who buy maples are buying them from somebody, right? They're supporting those people. Plus, you lose more money from herblore than from burning maples whether or not you get part of it back. The real skill people oughta get to 99 is summoning. Now that's a skill that's good for something. What I'm saying is that instead of getting a finished product of ashes that only people low on funds will use, instead, you could create potions that many people will use, thus stimulating the economy. I'm not saying to go for a 99 either, unless it happens while doing it or you just like the skill. By the way, plus one on the summoning idea. That uses almost every skill in the game. it's much easier to buy potions than it is to sell maple logs, so therefore by your logic firemakers actually do much more for the community than herblorists. besides, herblore is just another buyable - the only difference is that it's more expensive and takes less attention. people should spend their money on whatever they want to spend it on, not what you deem to be the best use for it. it's their time, not yours. if someone wants to get a 99 who are you to tell them that's a stupid idea?- Amazing Scenery
[hide=hi][/hide] ignoring the fact that it's a 99 picture I think the scenery is pretty hawt, add it if you like (it's from meiyerditch in case that isn't immediately obvious :P)- Firemaking, not a newb 99
I did get it as my first 99, and I did get it mainly because I wanted to have a 99, but I don't see what's wrong with that. If it's what I want to do, I don't think that it's anyone's place to question me. Plenty of people also get 99 to raise their total level. Is there something wrong with that? I will confess that it's very similar to cooking and fletching in exp rate and price, although it does require more attention than those two (at least the more common ways of training them). To address some arguments that I feel are invalid that are being discussed... There's nothing wrong with burning yews - for someone who can make money quickly or is already very wealthy (16m is nothing to me now, if I were getting 99 again I'd use yews) the extra time spent making money is shorter than the time difference in burning maples and yews so it does save net time. I do have some experience with buyables though and very few are faster than firemaking with yews. Almost all are more expensive. My opinion is that there's no question it's one of the less challenging skills to complete, but I see nothing wrong with the fact that people choose to get it to 99 lol. It's their account, their time, and they know what's best to do with it much more than anyone who wants to tell them the "correct" way to play a game. I still have it as my signature because it means much more to me than any subsequent 99 I've achieved and I still feel it defines my account. A first 99 to a newer player means much more than the latest plowed-through skill for someone aiming for dizzyingly high ranks, which is something many people seem to forget as they advance through the game.- Zierro is retiring

EPIC SGS DER- Underrated Items
I can't confirm this, but I think it's as strong as a rune Scimitar on demons... Believe it or not I used to be f2p and I tried silverlight out on "real" demons after finishing demon slayer just like everyone else did and I'm reasonably sure it sucked- Pest Control & Tormented Demons
magic + range will kill them but melee + range is considerably faster (even with your melees probably) and selling stuff with junk sucks, since there's no way to make junk that's faster than the regular ways to make money that survives for any considerable amount of time lol. if you aren't willing to hold onto them until their GE value catches up to their real value your best bet would be a bh trade.- Which one did you 'like' best: PKers or Revenants?
revanants are much easier to not get killed by so I prefer those :P- Slayer; what's next?
it seems pretty logical that the next monster will be in the 90s and drop a magic weapon. a magic attack that gives mages KO potential would be nice so either something that lets you fire multiple spells rapidly or cast some new ridiculous spell that can do enough damage to compete with an AGS- :( What did I do :(
I report people I see doing things that I feel deserve punishment. Cheating/trying to harm others and generally being an awful person do, using swiftkit to play runescape doesn't lol.- 2nd January 2009 - Behind the Scenes 2009 // January
I hope upgrading content includes finishing up some of the massive number of unfinished quest storylines lol. Depending on the type of upgrades they intend to give us this year could be awesome or lame. Stuff like re-ordering your spellbook is cool but it's not the stuff that makes people keep playing runescape - I for one am perfectly happy with my spellbooks as they are. I'm more interested in developing previously skipped over aspects of the game than small technical fixes and hope we get some of those.- Aneron
first that happened lol #5 and #6 if you're interested in 99 parties start paying close attention to this blog 8-) I think it's time to take off the santa hats btw L- Full Dragon owns People are just dumb
actually until about 2 weeks ago the corp beast could be duoed almost without taking damage and get reasonably fast kills for something with 2000 hp :P but not many people knew about that I agree that it's odd the 2 cheaper shields are considered to be junk since they are the best in their category and near as rare as third age amulets. I guess it's just more of the illogic of the players of rs. Once an item as junky as the shields have become it takes a lot to change it. In regard to what this topic is actually about, full dragon is a pretty good armor in defense but it's much more expensive than bandos and is worse for training (offensive bonuses are without a doubt more important than defensive when training, and the defense of bandos really isn't that much worse). I don't know why anyone would use dragon armor outside of training since barrows is so obviously superior to it in any contest where every last point really matters. I will confess that it is more practical than third age though.- 2008 = A good year
I'm alarmed by the possibilities of 2009. - Aneron
