wat. thanks and I abandoned the goblin thing after an hour or two. still have the knives though :P went duo sara with simon, brought back memories lol and we got 2 gud fail drops was from a mini so it's ok. also got a 62 nature rune drop from zil (rarer than hilt of course) that I didn't screenshot. it was a bit disappointing. oh well it's happened to me so many times now I don't really care lol. we got about 25 kills but had to leave because my terrorbird died (literally, bree shot it in the face [actually it happened to 2 of mine, we could seriously have gotten a lot more kills]). was great fun though. got this on a nech task. probably won't get 99 before break is over but it shouldn't take me too much longer. I want it very badly :P

#4 can you find the boots? Unfortunately it wasn't in me to slay as much as I did yesterday but I got a few tasks done. Unfortunately I got distracted and went off to unlock all the songs in RS towards the end of the day, which became problematic when I learned there's a song that you have to get a champion's challenge scroll to unlock. So right now I'm at goblins with a few thousand bronze knives lol. I'll probably go back to slayer soon but it would be cool to get one. 98 summoning banked by the way

yes. if i had to choose, id take a trust whip + rune defender over an ags anyday. If a godsword can damage a dark beast or black dragon faster than a whip+defender, what makes you think that the whip is more effective against players wearing Barrows/bandos armor? And every good PKer knows that max hit> damage rate in PvP. actually whip + defender is faster on dark beasts :P as I've said before, the AGS is good for KO potential, which makes it the king of pvp and nothing else @llamster - the advantage of the ZGS over ancients is that you can wear good armor and it will still hit 1. who would ever want to bandos lol. 2. outside of bounty hunter and player-vs-player worlds AGS is the absolute last godsword I'd like to own. The SGS in particular has a vastly superior special for training. The ability to crash another team at 5-man bandos is not worth 63 million.

The use of the AGS is and has only ever been KO potential. Until recently it was peerless in dangerous PvP, and it's still very near the top of the ladder. Are you guaranteed to make back the 63m with it? No, but are you guaranteed to make back 18m with the bgs, 25m with the zgs, or 46m with the sgs? No. One must keep in mind that everything that godswords facilitate can be done without them. To give a reality check: the bandos godsword can only special once every 5 minutes. If it fails, it fails. If it succeeds, your opponent thinks to himself: I can either continue to fight with my defense at about half of its normal value, or I can run. Your opponent will probably run, or down some super defense/super restore potions and you're back where you started but without special. The bgs is also a general fail in monster hunting - even 50 defense levels off a level 500 monster (50 defense levels = 12 or 13 combat levels) is not very significant. I recently purchased a sgs. It proved to be exactly as I'd known it would be all along - the healing is either not enough or completely unnecessary in almost every situation. It's a nice toy to have, and it provides a nice boost, but it is not at all life-changing and I got along perfectly fine before. I simply bought it because there was nothing else I wanted to spend the money on. I'll admit the ZGS is pretty amazing in the situations where its special is relevant. :P Lots of people think it sucks, but that's because they don't know how to use it. The AGS is similar. Of course it is of limited use when you take it to places where KO potential does not matter. However, it is a very powerful weapon when used properly.

I'd always suspected Safalaan was a vampire because his eyes look so similar to those of the Drakans in the cutscene in Darkness of Hallowvale. This theory also makes sense though.
