  1. Yet WoW is a PvE game and the PvP in WoW clearly fails. Better than RS's PvP in my opinion...but yeah, WoW has MASS PvE in the end-game... That's what got me bored in WoW. All you get to do in the end-game is instances... no solo-play at all... -.- And if you wanted to do the better instances you had to join good guilds that require you play hardcore which I really don't like. If you're a casual gamer (like I am now), RS is better than WoW in the long-run. Don't get me wrong, WoW is a great game, really fun from levels 1-60, but it fails at the end-game for casual players/solo.
  2. If you love PvP, then WoW is for you,
  3. "Owner of MTV" Stopped reading right there. There are a lot worse places to get pirated stuff.
  4. Yes, because that is how most avatars work. A customble default image. The memory/techology for individual or unique avatars would be too much.
  5. If the resturant puts its soda machines outside of the work area, then its their fault for putting it there. It screams "FREE REFILLS!!!" \
  6. I used to not like people who do '1 night stands' or are like Charlie from Two and a Half Men and have like 674 girlfriends throughout his life...but now, I really don't give a damn anymore. If you want to be pimp and have four 'hos' then by all rights, do it. All I ask is that both/all members are concent of it: such as don't have two wives if one of them doesn't agree with your view. As for me, I'll rather have as few girlfriends as possible and marry one wonderful woman for the rest of my life.
  7. Lols, has Jagex gone to see WoW's blood elf player statistics? The front page and log-in screen looks absolutly amazing...like a whole new game. :) I might come back to it since I never fully tried the Dec 10 updates.
  8. .....AMERICA F*** YEAH!!!! LOL that movie perfectly described American's ignorance.
  9. Some great comedy can come out of Stereotypes. \ So that's why I love 'em. If you're offended by them then please slap yourself. If you believe in them then please slap yourself.
  10. Just a note before we continue on: I changed my mind about the subject, and agree for the double ticket. Some good examples were used and makes more sense than mine. So stop quoting my previous posts. :ohnoes: Nope, I don't. I do that outrageously expensive thing called walking outside. And free plane tickets are going to help them how exactly? Hookers in amsterdam before they die from multisystem organ failure? Exercise alone does nothing. You missed my point. I was on about free support groups/dietitians etc. They are things on the internet that informs and explains how to maintain a balanced diet. All a dieter does is tell you in real life. Plus, getting a trainer doesn't instantly make you work, it is up to the indiviual's own will. Those who are determined won't need an expensive trainer. All the information is on the internet or the library and the food in your local grocery store.
  11. I see where you're coming from, and you have a good point with the setence above. I pay the ticket for the flight but the airlines manage that cash for their costs which is the same as what you say...regardless, you're right... That extra 40lbs is useless 40lbs.
  12. If they were having a bad day then why is it my fault? There are situations when the customer is an [wagon] and when the employee is a lazy blit. As for me, I don't work. :(
  13. Thats why they do the calculations. Each flight is different so there isn't one definible forumla. If the plane crashes it is not the fat people's fault but the pilots for making a bad calculation. I don't see how this is a problem regarding the fat people.
  14. The point isn't who controls the most land, but who uses it the best. Spain had the western United States but left it pretty much unexplored in the 1700s. France's midwest lands weren't used much since it was so far away, and thus useless. England had the eastern part of North America, along the coast, (minus the St. Lawence Waterway) and used most of it. But regardless, the western, central, and northern North America weren't much of value if they didn't use it.
  15. An increase of 30 tonnes (20 if we're using average weights) isn't much for a 747-8, which as a maximum takeoff weight of just under 440 tonnes. However, the fact is that an obese person will still be adding more stress to the engines than they are entitled to by the ticket they paid for, as well as possibly contributing to the discomfort of other passengers. Paying for the extra weight and volume of the passenger is akin to paying for the extra weight and volume of any oversized or overweight luggage you may have. Neither is unreasonable. Actually, that is comparing human lives with material possesion. One is opinion, the other is not. The way I see it, I'm paying for the flight there not the pressure I'm making upon the engines. How much more stress can fat flesh give anyway? I don't think its a whole lot to charge double for. I don't think that would work at all. Making the seat bigger would cost a fortune, something the airlines are not going to do just because some obese people don't want to pay for two seats. Paying upon the weight of the person will do nothing, since really large people will still pose a problem in taking up other people's seats. The best thing to do is make them pay for two seats, unless they provide a medical certificate or something. In that case, they get two seats and pay for one. Either that, or designate seats for larger people and have those seats cost extra. Yet, the later would cost money to install the seats. So, the first option in the best, in my opinion. My last sentence wasn'ta serious suggestion, just wanted to show some irony if they do this. However, you guys are not looking at the actual price of these tickets. 400 dollars for a flight? 800 for a fat person? It just doesn't seem fair. If it was a bus and a fat man had to pay 40 cents more, then sure its not too bad. But four hundred dollars? Its a bit too much and is that enough money to cover the extra stress on the engine? For each fat person? If its an extra twenty or thirty dollars then I'll alright with it, but you're basically paying double if you're fat.
  16. lol, dude england dominated the world for a long time. reminds me of what australia was for a while... ANYONE get what im referring to? Don't get what you're saying about Australia, but I wouldn't say England dominated the world. France, Spain, and Holland were all about equal to them in all but navy status. Holland and Spain were probably a bit behind in economic status as well, but had massive landholdings. France controlled much of Africa, Spain controlled much of the Americas, and Holland controlled a fair piece of Asia. Who controlled the rest? North America, Australia, India, the other parts of Africa? Great Britian. And equal naval status...? Not at all. Sure they all had large powerful navy, but if your country is a island, your navy is gonna be the best. Britian's navy was the most powerful in the world for a long time and protected the country from mainland invasions, such as Napoleon.

Well it depends for me. If I'm just going to drink for a meal or one drink, I'll pick Coke. If I'm going to drink over a long period of time such as in a movie or a road trip, Pepsi is the way. But overall, Pepsi is better than Coke because Coke makes me feel full quicker.
  18. The only reason you guys are saying China can beat the US if they were fighting on a plain 300M vs 10M (or what the total US troops, including reserves) like ancient times. The US already has taken up strategic positions to attack China. The defense of Western United States will take place in the Pacific Ocean. Sending 100M men across the ocean is quite hard to cover up. And navy battle is useless without air power nowadays and since the US Airforce is the number one as of right now, I think the US can block off a naval invasion...the only type China can do on America. Same thing goes to China, I'm not sure if the US can reach China's shore but if they do then they won't last too long due to the massive reserves China has. Ultimately if China and America go to war, it would be like the Pacific Theathre in WW2. Not fought on each others homeland but in the ocean.
  19. I highly doubt that the weight of the individual will affect the weight of the whole plane. On average a typical commerical airliner can hold up to 300-400 people. If all 400 people were skinny and wieghed an average of 130 pounds it adds 52K pounds or 26 tons. If all 400 were fat people weighing around 280 each thats 112K or 56 tons. That is only an increase of 30 tons and compared to the entire plane that hardly changes much in terms of danger. Plus that is both extremes, since it is highly unlikely that the plane will be full of fat nor skinny people. I'm not sure about fuel wasted per weight, but by danger 30 tons more won't add a dangerous level of weight. Regardless, the airlines should make the seats have more room rather than charge extra. If not, then at least pay upon the weight of the person. Then you skinny people will be mad since the person skinner than you gets on cheaper. ;)
  20. It's not just Hunter that we should be focused about, its why Jagex decided to call Slayer instead of Slaying. Almost every skill before that were in the verb form of the skill. Fishing, Smithing, Runecrafting, Mining. All of a sudden we have Slayer and then Hunter. I don't know why they did that, typo in the orginal idea and it just stuck perhaps?
  21. DO ANY OF YOU READ THE PREVIOUS POSTS BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR OWN POST? THE ARTIST OF THIS SONG HAS BEEN VERIFIED ALREADY.
  22. I have hardly ever crashed using IE 6...in anything. =\ The best things in life are free: IE =D
  23. The Star Wars Battlefront II forums before the game came out. That place is very immature but it was damn fun when I was younger. You could literally have something new to read every five minutes on that. It kinda died out after the game was released though, becoming from Off-Topic/BF2 seculation to a tech/question forum. -.-
  24. The only reason I would want money is to fall back upon it if need be. With mortage prices high into the clouds and increasing oil prices, it has become pretty costly to like in California. A job that pays the bills and gives me some extra with some reserve money in the bank and I'm good on the wealth-factor. I wouldn't like being extreemly rich, everything is given to you and your items don't have much value in them by the work you put in. Other than the money, I'll like to have a purpose in my life: either teach my students and have a great companion, or write films and have a great companion.
  25. What...? The problem here is that some people don't know the difference between meeting someone online and "be my gf plox",
