  1. Hello ! When players just finish a strong quest, everyone discovers a filled December BTS... Content is filling the game at good speed for few monthes now... offering new opportunities in skilling, allowing good fights with other players and making the market in constant move. Gielinor inhabitants are playing the game in peace. But... Let's look a year back. Parties, duels, trades, death drops have been changed and explanations have been given. It was like an earthquake in Gielinor ! Bringing chaotic times when heavy rants occurred, market was high disturbed... many pixel people disapeared and it was told the game was ending. I myself was found on the ground, half dead but still breathing... someone i'm still looking for in every lands carried me back to Lumbrige Castle where I got cured for weeks. At present, there are still pixel people arround me. The entire population do answer my questions and salutations. It looks they all adapted to that new ruled area as i did. And now the game editor do what they told : bring content. So, just my congratulations to Jagex for having cleared Gielinor from cheaters, made the rules clearer and now being back on game content. It was a strong bet to make and i can tell it's won. Why not meet everyone-everyservers(*)-all day long(*) in Falador center to make a huge 'thanks rant' this time. December 10th would be a nice date ! Bring your mates, come and let's simply dance and shout some "thank you jagex". Stay the time you want. Claim how you are pleased to play that game ! (*) : those choices are made to fit everyone's play time and connexions. I will be W54 or 143 if i can connect... but in fact simply go there, dance and shout, otthers will join. PS : my thanks to Tip.it staff and users for all the help it brings : definetly THE fansite i recommand each time i can.
  2. Not people ! 100 CMB is Duradel requirement. Now you are right at the xp curve point when levels comes for more xp (for slayer at least). So i'd tell you to trust your luck on both drops/clues and continue upward slayer. It's worth it on the long term. and it's also good training changes.
  3. 2 Diary : wondefull Haircuts : no hairs for my character 8D New event + quest : will help some to reach 270 qp French servers : Ready to be my favorite. Finalement, on va pouvoir se parler sans se faire insulter !
  4. =D> Lyre <= CIP + boat Ghrim always says etceterian workers loves me. They are always 100% after me ! I love them too ! And if Etceterian would gain acess to essence mining... Now, one of the task could be defeating a Dk ? would be great !
  5. First "I can spend a lot of money" : come to buy my bank junks  Farming is a long term skill witch is side-trained. It is definetly what is to get in mind : it doesn't work like other skills. Plants grows regarding real-time clock, not because you stay near the patch ! And it does when you are online AND offline. Planting before night logout is a good habit to have. Herbs grows in 75 mins and flowers in 17.5 ! All other are multiples of it. Doing that skill fast requires to make the highest number of farming runs per day. Studying the plants growing times will allow you to program your farm loops. Generaly : - Herbs are to be harvested every 75 mins - Low trees are to be harvested every 1 or 2 herb loops - High trees are to be harvested once or 2 a day. - Fruit trees are to be harvested once a day. Being uber fast is being able to reach the patches at the finishing 'tick' time of your patches in order to make it work again before next 'tick' (reserved to very specificialists). You will also have to supply goods to travel/skill : runes/jewels for tele, spirit birds for both bob and run energy... and seeds. This can be done when pants grows. After some tests you will find your best way to travel along the patches with banking spots... and how to adapt when you fail (wrong teleport choice) or your plan die (nothing harvested = more inv space = less banking, no xp though !). Then, when you will be ok with that program, you'll be able to check what to plant and then start to plan getting seeds if you want to go into a specific farming skilling. You'll see i spoke about seeds choice only at last since it come to the last knowledge to have. Now being a "All seed" farmer requires a wide bank space devoted to it since you will bank all your seeds... and keep the harvested items as farmer payments. Being a specific farmer requires less bank space due to the very small number of seed types and payments. Once you have done a few, you get the mindset and can continue up to 99 without any change. I do think that most people start the skill being "All seed" then goes to specific after they reach the level they get the mindset. This is the reason you cannot get a detailled answer. What i'd say now (witch is same for every skill in fact) : plant everything you can up to 60 (Yew Trees). Then, start doing your plan on what suit you : blowing your money on only highest possible seeds, or using money making ones for very less xp. Note : think about maintaining your kingdom with workers on maple for seed nests... and mole hunting/doing minigames that brings you seeds (temple trekking, vineswepper...). I always banked every possible seeds and i was given/traded some from my friends who though they wouldn't (couldn't understand) farm. All brought me over 80 and i still have seeds coming in... As a conclusion i'd relate that skill to herblore : both are so coneected, it would be a waste not to train them on the same time. Good luck.
  6. Just a 0.02$ : ALWAYS have an free inventory solt when looting golden chests, especially when you are out of time... Missing a sceptre because of inventory space woud be sooooo bad :wall:
  7. i did put it all in RC and saved some hours and buying pess. since ç'm not a 99 smith, I sold the lump for 11.6m and now can put it in more summoning/construction with ease ! Both are fast with the fresh geepees ! More seriously i keep the cash since i'm busy atm. 275QP ftw !
  8. For those how are aguing about the stats on the pictures... i just want to tell them that after the 1st big (and dangerous) fight agains the 454 monster, you touch the stone of jas again for an utlimate fight... but this time you benefit of the stone effect that lift your sats so that you even don't require pray/food... or even weapon to own the two summoned demons. So, picts are not fakes. After the quest, you can take a breath : it was long and very well designed. And yay for the 400k xp !
  9. just my usefull 0.02 . Continue after you get your 1st rune defender... since the other you'll get will also be rune ! 1- bank space holder (always good to take items from same location) 2- in case you loose 1st, you simply can go back get another one without doing all the process, just get few tokkens are there you are. Wealth ring helps bank every black knives, save them for later use of sell.
  10. purewcnub, with unranked stats in summoning, how can you be so sure ? Summoning comes alongs slayer from witch you get charms and a part of the money it requires. Now you can make it profitable by using the pouches you makes. But, where you are somehow right, the real reward comes within the late 60s. Summoning can be fast to train when you have the items (faster than classic fletch for example). And the fast training comes at descent cost. RC is a good choice for 400k The only thing that would makes me change is that i'd become 127+ to avoid wild dogs.
  11. Can we take it the opposite way ? How to transport that fast the quest that unlock the spell/jewel ? How to skill that fast without that specific area that provides a bank just near some ressources ? How even to start that skill without some of those starting quests ? Maybe you see each single quest have a function : unlock items and areas that allow you to go deeper in the game. And it's often very well done with nice stories you are part of. Questing comes along skilling... and is a key for doing it faster. I also consider it like a skill. I wear my quest cape the same way of my other skill ones : only at meetings of just after getting it for like a couple of hours (of cource except one of my trimmed i use for combat). Anyway, most of the time, you'll meet me in armour + trimmed or wearing nothing except spottier cape + boots of lightness and a bird running on my back... It's hard for many, but i prefer the respect i get from from my attitude to the one i get from my items.
  12. I'll just do a side note to cat666 bright way to go : get varrock armour(3) asap This one is ok for mining/smithing but also allow you to get 64 bstaves a day from Zaff Completing staves with self made air orbs and alch every week, will pay for kingdom 75k per day. I do it for monthes now, making my kingdom items free + rainsing craft. After i got my flax for 99 fletch and some coal for smithing... i did put 8 workers on mapple (maxing nest number) and rest on herb. That way, alongs slayer, herb farming and some herb gathering, i've been able to reach the great 81... with 1.5k crushed nests (from maples) already there for my own brews ! Always bank every herbs you can. Never spit on a 'low' herb... they all adds up and herblore is long until you want to blow your bank on it. gwuam => sell in ge for seeds marrentil => keep for prayer altar harralander => tar ! (but also combat pot for your current use) tarromin => serum 207 all the way rest : highest possible pot When you need to alch for long periods : think to go for zamy wine When you have remaining time with terrorbird : go get myre fungus ... And don't forget to use the pots you made to make your skilling even faster !
  13. transcript80 is right : slow and unbuyable are good for that case ! Construction : u can buy and is fast once you have the items. it's attractive but pointless in fact ! Once you built your gilded altar (at 68-69) and your tele rooms, there is nothing to add that require to urge. Buy flatpacks for your costume rooms if you miss some storage... Summoning : same as Construction when you have the charms. For both, you saves money... but, you will have it soon since you are able to do that quest. Slayer : tbh, more a money maker i wouldn't skip... and good way to get charms. 400k slayer is also attractive to get faster to those great drop makers... but maybe there is a better use. Slayer is fun, why skip ? Mining : Even getting 85 that way don't makes you mine runite that often... You can do it whatever the way and it requires no extra items (free skill). You'll save like 8 hours ! Agility : see Mining, it's the same, it requires almost nothing (maybe super energy but you makes your own with the herbs you farm from slayer droped seeds...). Yes, you can do it ! Runecrafting : unless you got 91, it's THE ONE to spend 400kxp on ! it will save sooooo much now expensives pure essences and time ! imagine making 42.1k nats in 4 clics !!!! Moreover, due to prices and market moves, it's not the money maker it was before 91. So, the sooner you get 91, the better you are. Runecrafting is definetly the choice i'll make !
  14. Unlock prifddinas crystal elves fortress where you can master your skills over 92 (half way) !
  15. Got a new computer so I went to HD... If, for the first days, i had to learn how to play and move again, it's now pure pleasure and i'm even faster than before : i learned the 'F' Keys for the tabs. Though i often play with light parameters (dark caves) to make it brighter. And since many skills require less and less clicks, the move distances is also reduced ! Anyone know the 'F' Key for summoning tab ?
  16. that one will be a little off topic but not that much. Last day i entered a clan forum when i read that a clan member was alching in pvp bank safe zone for quite long, chating and looking for great kills. He had spent so much time to make 11m in alch so he was done... and rubbed his duel ring to cw for having fun there. He simply forgot he was in pvp and was killed as he poped. Yet is another crying boy !  I still can't stop laughing even if i feel bad for him. Skilling in pvp is attractive for the xp... but tbh, is it worse it ? Wonder findind a way to get xp bonus toping the time loss.
  17. OMG ! I may have read too fast but i can't understand why nobody mentionned it. I remember the true begining story of a player who is now a very strong skiller. He illustrated THE most usefull non-combat skill : Once out of tutorial island he was lvl3... and started his journey in Gielinor. He left all his items in bank and started walking out of lumbridge. Then it happened soon : He was are attacked by NPCs and then in combat, right ? And what missed him now he was being hit 'hard' by that goblin or that freaking highway man ? Food ! Yes that uberskiller in power didn't know he could cook to get food and died. As we met and discuss, we still laugh at it but there is no more usefull non combat skill than making food aka cooking.
  18. yay, sounds like nice to get that 'rare' pet ! Ty for lightning that one.
  19. Simply after you meet the scout, tele boutny hunter to the track location... do the track (hunter level required) and fine the key during it. You'll end the track at chaos altar... use key on the trap just near and you are done ! Zombies are down there ready for fighting... whatever you continue or not.
  20. haha ! I changed my thoughts on magic in the period you are in now. I simply read Zapiels' guide on gold and it became bright. For me Magic is a secondary skill that raise because of other activities, let me explain : I wanted to balance my mining/smithing due to some old f2p activities (mining coal and selling bars ftl). So i mined gold ores then smithed it until i balanced. It brought in my bank a nice pile of 40k gold bars... i crafted in jewels for a nice buch of craft levels. Then i Rced/bought the nats depending on my current cash... and highalched the jewels. Here came the magic experience of the process. I made some money along some strong skilling. But the best is that i discovered long term sight and xp curve implication (xp you need for next level raise faster and faster...). Of course I didn't do it to get 96... but that illustrated how i am now a magic 96-er. You can choose (or mix) the 2 solutions : - fast and very expensive xp using combat magic spells - long term sight (but bringing money) with high alchemy alongs your skilling One last word : explore GE and compare alch prices. There should remain some items you could train for near to free buying the nats... and making small incomes if runecrafting.
  21. What i just did : 78 magic lunar spell : Port khazard teleport (2astral 2 law 4 water) 52 summoning spirit terrorbird : 35 minutes of run scrolls + beast of budden take 1 unicorn + 15 cowhides, tele, run north to tower of life, make the horns, duel ring castle war to bank and tele again.
  22. yes and spawn place still exists for some... last week, i've played an electric one for a moment with only the time to loot the jar before it was back 8D
  23. definetly 3/ + kingdom for profits. while using SS, do some slayer for even more and raise summoning Then you'll get those 7m back fast and will go for 2 then 1
  24. I can condier why you are so bored... If you look at your stats compared to xp table , you are just sit in the worse part of your skills : when the xo to get start to grow quickly and when you are still not well rewarded. Both are reasons that drives you into boredem. What you need : a good plan that brings you both levels AND cash. Levels to make more cash Cash to spend int on better equipment to make even more xp... Once that step will be over, your progress with fastern and boredom will leave. My advice : take an extraction skill and stick to it upon 80. I'd say Hunter since 64 (two more only at falconry) will bring you a nice money maker with red chins. sticking on surch a task is boring, that's true but think to the reward to get more motivation and beat yourself !
