diablo 2 help
IIRC Uber Meph is immune to hammers, so I find that unlikely. Uber Izzy is definately immune to hammers (though, he technically isn't in Tristram). As for Necro's (talking from a strictly PvP standpoint), you never get minions (unless you are a specialty dueler who teleports with the minions, and iron maidens a barb as they WW you...But no one has these as they essentially only have 1 use). Additionally, some use a clay golem for the hit slows target. PvP necros are either Bone or poison, and usually a single curse (bone spear/spirit+decrepify seems to work well). Bowazons, with proper gear, are quite competitive in PVP. And javazons are quite possibly the best crowd control if there isn't immune to lightnings (cow level, arcane sanctuary). IK is garbage. As for sorcs, especially blizz sorcs, they are amazing if and only if you have godly gear (Nightwing, Fathom, good ormus, maras, lots of chamrs etc etc.)

Kid Nation
There's obviously adults there...The cameramen, the producers...heck, the people in charge are probably telling them exactly what to do to make 'good tv' (psssh).

How much wealth do you have? As long as you have Enigma, Hammerdins are the best (vs. comparitively geared other characters).

Scariest Movie?
I thought it was an action-thriller.

My Chemical Romance. Good or bad?
I like MCR better than most currently active bands. Most stuff seems to be garbage these days, there's only about 5 bands I can stand, and MCR is one of them.

Rockin' the oldies
Dark Force>Doom. Anyone who argues is just a fanboy. I have about half a dozen DOS games I play on DOSbox every once in a great while. Games no one has ever heard of. They came free with my computer but I love the nostalgia factor. If I played these games today without ever having played them 12-13 years ago, they would be garbage. But nostalgia is a powerful force...

what do you look for in a game before you buy it?
I look at reviews (almost exclusively gamespot, gamespy, ign...If all agree it's normally the general consensus everywhere). Equally, I look at the subject matter. I mean, reviews may give Madden or NHL a 100% (may, lol), but that doesn't mean I'm gonna pay 50 bucks for it as I don't like sports games. If an FPS gets top honours from the 3, I'll usually buy it. For RPG's, well there just aren't many good RPG's coming out anymore, so I rarely buy them. And RTS, I'll normally buy long after it comes out, for 10 bucks. Same goes for interesting-looking FPS's that get in the 80%'s. So to recap: reviews and subject matter/genre are basically all I look at. I can find the rest out when I play it.

Most Frustrating game ever?
GTR2. I mean, it's an amazing game, just cripplingly difficult and inaccessible. I'm getting better, but it's the kind of game you'd have to put like a year into to master.

How Do You Like Your Volume?
I don't listen to music that much, mainly because I can't imagine riding on like a bus and trying to enjoy my music. I normally tend to savour it late at night when it's quiet, and I'm not required to have it as loud as a jet taking off. I still like it loud enough that I can hear the intricacies of the music, but not so loud that I'm damaging my hearing (it's bad enough as it is).

Could be the books are coming from US and therefore it includes a shipping tax.

How bloody STUPID can you get?!?!
I choose not to believe that, therefore his actions can only be blamed on himself, not an illegal substance. Well he probably was a criminal but the drugs made him want money for more coke right now, and so that's how he likely ended up in a dojo and not a convenience store or something.

How bloody STUPID can you get?!?!
Does no one else seem to realise he was probably high on coke and had no idea what he was doing?

Best video game villians
To solo it would be very hard, but for 2 people it's a breeze. Me and my brother can do an uber-trist run in like 5 mins (though the entire organ set->uber trist takes about 40).

Your favorite most effective movie scenes
I have no idea why this is but: The scene in Babel where the Japanese girl (Cheiko?) is in the club with all the lasers and everyones going nuts and she can't hear a thing. IIRC there's a strobe light effect and you just see bits and pieces of what's happening...I have no idea why, it's neither my favorite movie nor scene (though I do like the movie and really do like the scene) but that scene is 'etched into memory' like this is about.

For a while I thought that Algebra was the spawn of Satan...
My mom always says "Sweetie, thats for people who have really bad pimples, if you get any worse we'll try it." I always get that answer... even when it is worse... :wall: I've heard proactiv works really well on alot of different types of skins, but it is very expensive and obviously isn't guaranteed to work well (or at all). The unfortunate truth for some people is that they just have to live with it through the teenage years.

What's That Poster Making Program?
Is that "I tried and failed" or "I'm too lazy to try at all"? That's a "tried and came up with sites that look like they were made by 6 year olds". So I'm not downloading their programs. P.S. And thanks, btw.

What's That Poster Making Program?
A while ago someone on here posted a neat program that allows you to take a large sized picture and split it up into sections so it can be printed out and taped up in the correct configuration to make one big poster. I had the link but misplaced it as it was many months ago (I think it's been posted a few times though). Anyways, I moved into my dorm and the walls are looking kinda empty so I'd like to get some nice posters up on the wall. So if anyone knows the program in question that would be great. P.S. I understand a google search might come up with a result, but google is google. It may not tell you what's right.

My hawt new mouse
Nice, I have the Logitech G3, it's kinda like a no-frills gaming mouse (as in, the DPI and all that jazz is competitive with higher end mice, but doesn't have things like weight inserts and such). Basically I only use it for serious gaming, and I use my $4.00 mouse the other 90% of the time for browsing the internet and homework and stuff.

Now playing [Video Games]
Currently I'm playing Diablo II: LoD again because of the new ladder reset. Still the amazing game I remember. Aswell, yesterday I finished working my way through Clive Barker's: Undying. It felt unfinished, and had they had a bit more time to clean it up and add the features they wanted (aswell as market it right), there's no doubt in my mind it would be considered a modern classic. Still, it was a very good game, I loved the magic/gun two-handed combat, it not just allows but encourages experimentation which is awesome. Aswell, I'm playing Unreal Tournament again, the original one. It's no doubt in my mind the best multiplayer shooter, and likely the best overall shooter I've ever played. There simply has never been a game that felt this right. It's controls are just simply unmatched, and same for graphics. Yeah, yeah, there's fancy lightning and physics, but does it really make out games that much better? No. Unreals are clean, clear and ageless. It's just such a well-produced game... 3 games...Heh, I almost never have more than one on the go at a time, but for some reason I feel an urge to play UT and DII. However, I'm going to university literally tommorow and won't be playing much of anything, atleast til I get used to it there. P.S. Other games I've played through this summer -> American McGee's Alice, Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30, and a little bit of GTR2 (more to come).

Tip.its top 20 best video games of all time (part 1)
I wonder whether I should post my personal favourite games (in which case on 2 or 3 I would be alone), or one's that I think are the best and have made more of an impact on the industry (and would likely have more votes).

What makes you feel good?
-Sitting in a cool summer breeze on vacation. -Getting done work/school before a big vacation (especially when you get home and start relaxing) -Going to a movie you've waited a long time to see -Taking the packaging off something you've wanted to buy for a long time -Sitting down for a nice long gaming session
