Homosexuality: Right or Wrong?
Actually, i'm pretty sure that if we were created, we were meant to think freely and choose for ourselves, why else would we be able to do so?

Do you like to read?
An interest in reading does not mean an interest in the book that was there. Also, reading from a computer monitor is horrible.

Personality Test
I was personally fairly surprised with these results, even though I retook the test, only to get nearly the exact same results. It's mroe the extroverted part. For the Multiple Intelligences, I was far fro surprised. I have taken quite a few of these, and always end up with the same. Musically inclined, physically inclined, logically/mathematically inclined. I always have considered myself a weird kid, my results almost contradict eachother. Musically inclined and Mathematically almost go hand in hand, but physically inclined goes against both of those I'd say. Also, my the fact that Intrapersonal is my lowest Intelligence contradicts me supposedly being extraverted. While I can agree with that, I think it could jsut be the fact that I lack confidence. I enjoy being social, but have always been socially awkward. It's weird.

XBOX is in the news again..
There are warnings about overheating, but my Xbox got the RROD out in the open, no vents covered. There is no way it should have done that if the console was working properly. Thus, it is a manufacturing/design fault. If Microsoft knew about this before releasing for sale, they could be sued for fraud.

XBOX is in the news again..
There is testimony claiming that Microsoft employees were aware of these problems before release. The disc scratching is likely covered by a warning, however I think it is impossible to say that the RROD, which is caused by an internal overheating problem, can be considered a fault made by the consumer. So basically no warning could cover it, since whatever the consumer does, it is very likely to happen. I'm not too sure about whether they will lose the lawsuit though.

Is Lying Okay?
I believe that for the most common lies, there are always ways to avoid lying. The all-feared "Do I look fat?" can be solved by saying "You're beautiful.". Sometimes, lies are necessary, however they should never become a habit. Governments demonstrate this. Lie a few times, and you can save citizens. Keep up those lies, and you will just piss of your citizens and lose their trust.

What is your 'thing'?
That massive 'kid' who looks like the kind of person you don't want to piss off. Or if you know me, the kid who contradicts the high school social hierarchy (Nerd/Jock/Pothead all in one) :twss:

Xbox 360: Arcade vs pro
I thought that was the deal with all new Xbox 360's since... a few months ago. Besides, considering that they may have to replace any 360 with a RROD, the smart thing to do would be to make all consoles less prone to RROD.

DarkFall - Officially Launched
If you're outclassed in skill with RTC, you're in for a world of hurt unless you're like 10-15+ levels than the other guy is at. I know skills in general will be have an influence in combat, but compared to skill & experience they'll have little or nothing to do, except for fine tuning DPS and such. -- [hide=]Also, I'm gonna ask the question: What race are you guys going to be playing as? Inspired by this topic on the forums: http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=9266 I'll be playing as a human though, since it only makes sense that we are good at literally everything besides magic. But even then...=P Though hybriding in PvP will be the bomb. Sure, others might be awesome at Bows & Arrows, but we'll be able to use them with enough damage, and then use melee attire as well in close quarters. Just my philosophy.[/hide] You seem to have missed my point. Imagine if Runescape somehow managed to be a RTC. If you had to aim everything, like magic ranged and melee, where your opponent can run around and shoot spells and arrows at you the whole time, then a veteran would severely outclass someone new to the game. Not just because of skill, but because their levels would be much greater. Resetting levels on death would mean that the advantage of a veteran over a new player wouldn't be so severe, and the new player wouldn't be killed so horribly. It just makes things more enjoyable for a new player - would you want to come into this universally PvP game, only to be completely annihilated by another player just because he put more time into his levels? I wouldn't, I'd rather the RTC game be based more on a player's levels, rather than, like almost every other MMORPG, based on numbers. I'm still not saying that having some minor form of leveling system would be bad though, if it didn't greatly affect the gameplay. I just mean in a minor way, such as being a deciding factor between two evenly skilled opponents. Instead of basing it upon luck, let the player who put more effort into his account have a better chance. A minor leveling system would also be an added incentive to staying a live. Whether there is a combat-level system or not, the RTC is what really matters, and wouldn't be greatly affected by it.

Xbox 360: Arcade vs pro
They just changed the Pro hard drive to 60GB. Well, I'd look at what else the Arcade comes with versus the Pro, Here. Basically, Pro is $100 more, comes with a 60GB hard drive versus a 256MB memory stick for Arcade, but also the Pro has a component AV cable (Allows you to get a better picture if you have a TV supporting it), and also includes an Xbox Live headset + an Ethernet cable. The Xbox Live Headset is $30, you're paying $40 for the 60 GB hard drive, and then you'd need to get a network cable if you're also getting Xbox Live, which are generally relatively cheap (The same length that comes with the Pro would be around $10 if I'm correct). Basically, you could buy the Arcade, then buy everything that comes with the Pro separately, and it would cost less. On top of this, Arcade comes with 5 free Xbox Live Arcade games, whereas Pro comes with Kung Foo Panda and Lego Indiana Jones. Arcade is still better/cheaper.

DarkFall - Officially Launched
This game looks to have so much potential. The way I see it is tribal warfare, but from a commoner's perspective. Alliances and alingment will be an important part of the game. The world will revolve around combat and war, but will still require trade skills and the like to keep combat possible. What I want to know is how injuries are healed, and whether battle wounds will handicap a player by say, slowing reaction time, or making it impossible to move a certain way. In a way, I more or less agree with RTC. It makes it skill dependant, but there are still a lot of aspects to combat that are improved with practice and dedication. There's the strategy and reaction part of it, but then there's also stuff like dexterity and strength that have nothing to do with knowledge, but can only be gained by constant practice. In a way, I think that there should still be some sort of level system, but one that would just tip the odds in a match between two players who are equally skilled, but one has had the oppurtunity to invest more time. If you're confused about what I'm trying to say, here's another go. Everything in combat comes from experience and practice. There is the mental strategy of it, when to parry, dodge or strike, and then there is the more physical component - how fast you can move, the strength of your blows, and your endurance. The mental/skill part of combat doesn't neccesarily require investment of time in the game to improve. If you already think like a fighter, and understand the game mechanics well enough, then you won't need much practice. Yet if I was to fight an opponent who was equally skilled and mentally prepared as I, yet stronger, faster and more precise, I would surely lose. So I think that there should be at least a minor skill system built into the game, one that maybe resets with each character, but is easy to re-train. This would still encourage the ability to join late in the game's progression. You may be outclassed by the veterans around you in skill, but atleast you are equally prepared are they are in physical capabilities. I don't really know, I have to admit I just felt like writing and persuing a thought. Still, the consequences of injury are still a topic I want to learn more about, because I generally dislike how in most MMORPG's, you can be nearly dead yet still able to run halfway across the map. I am really looking forward to this game.

happiest, saddest or most boring moment of your life
I hate you. And I wouldn't mind being insomniac, I think I could find a lot of things to do. The Saddest I've probably ever been was when my grandmother died. I don't think I can say what the Happiest moment of life has been, but I can think of a few things that could happen that would take that position. The most Boring moment of my life was waiting in the emergency room to get some 4 A.M. help with my hives. I can get very bored and impatient when I don't have something to do, so having to sit in a room with nothing to do, and hives bothering me on top of that, nearly drove me insane. Am I the only person that never regrets sad moments? I personally feel that it is sad moments that make us able to feel happy, because if we are never sad, how could we say we are happy, if there is nothing to compare to? And for anyone wanting what I find to be the best cheer-up song ever, listen to Somewhere in the Between, By Streetlight Manifesto: So you were born, and that was a good day Someday you'll die, and that is a shame But somwhere in the between, is a life for which we all dream And nothing or no one will ever take that away

Just got in a fight with one of my closest friends.
There's a sticky for this... Anyways, just tell him you didn't take the money. Also, go to this "mutual friend" and ask him if he took your friend's money. If he admits it, then try to convince him to give the friend the money back. On top of that, if you are a close friend of his, he shouldn't immediatly be suspecting you of stealing from him.

After Christianity: what will be the next big "Religion"?
I really don't think that athism will ever get a large majority on the general public. The entire reason for a religion to exist, as far as I see it, is to provide hope for it's followers. Theism is popular because it can be hard to accept or believe that we are the reason the world is in the current state it is now. I'm personally agnostic, and I think that will always be the general public view. I don't think anyone truly agrees with the entirety of any religion, but from evveryone I've talked to, they ahve their own ideas on what happened. The most common answer is a combination of Creationism and Evolution. The universe was created with the right circumstances for Evolution to occur, and a guiding hand, for lack of a better term "God", made sure that it did happen. No direct intervention, just tipping the scales a bit in favour of promoting life. Evolution is pretty much something that automates the process of a God needing to exist. I think it does a pretty damn good job too, it created an organism that can survive in the Chernobyl reactor's tomb after all. Now, I think that Hinduism or Islam will prevail as the next major religion.
