Eww not that horrible method. Had to use that and hated it. Best way by far is router to 360. Uhm, whats wrong with this method? I've never had a problem with it... Set up can be a nuisance. Requires pc to be on. To expand on set-up, if you don't know what you're doing, it can be almost impossible. Which is what happened to me, I tried for three days with no luck.

I've been playing for a year, played for my school last year, then joined a rep team during the summer. Right now I only have experience as a lock. I was the main lifter for school rugby, and we're starting what I consider some very light training, just to get the new guys a chance to get the game. It might look good compared to "first pieces of work" but when you compare it to serious books, which this is supposed to be if I understand correctly, then it is mediocre.

[/hide] Not all books make you want to keep reading at all, i've read some teen fiction that bored the heck out of me or actually had a very pathetic plot that made me not want to keep reading it at all. Twilight did the whole way through, however. Okay, you want reasons? Here are some. I like the way Bella and Edward interact at the beginning, especially when she despises him at the very start. I like how Stephenie Meyer describes things, even if people do seem to think she's abusing the thesaurus. I like the way i can relate to Bella in some ways of how she acts and thinks. And i like the way Edward and her become almost inseparable. "That is the way an argument/debate/essay works. You say what you think, then you back that up." Geez, like I'm back at school. Thank you for saying why you like the book. And of course some books aren't going to be interesting. That just means the author certainly could have done a much better job. Yes, Meyers did a good job writing the book in that respect. Now, the book could be greatly improved, or at least shortened without any negative effect, if the style was further developed into something that would make those who look at books more critically smile.

Because he knows that the 360 wireless adapter is garbage, but sometimes, when you do not have a long ethernet cord, the damn thing is a must. Alternatively, there are wireless gaming bridges that probably work just as well, if not better. And what's the problem with buying a longer ethernet cord? If I remember correctly, they're pretty cheap. The only real problem is that if you do need a 100 foot cord, then making sure it doesn't run through the middle of a room is a pain (I.e. running it through the floorboards *if* you're lucky enough to have them running in the right direction, or stapling it to the wall/floor). Basically, if you want to keep the cord out of sight, you need to have some construction experience, and access to a staple gun/drill + metal wire. I got lucky enough that my dad does HVAC as a side job, so he was used to running wires for thermometers. And that with a connector, the two cords I had lying around just reached my Xbox. I'm assuming that you can't do this, so a wireless bridge is all that you can do. Look into the laptop wireless bridge if you don't have any extra money, go with a wireless gaming bridge if you do.

For me it's the combination of me not having a workable Xbox because of how lazy I am, and Bluejay not having a good enough connection to be able to play online.

How would reseting the clock have anything to do with an internal battery dying.... :? Well, it at least prolongs the battery life by cutting off power to the clock after a certain amount of time, which results in needing to reset the clock. Or I think it would work that way. Either way, my Crystal has lasted a couple years and I can still play it, I think I even went a year with playing.

When I first played the Beta for Halo 3. The loading screen for the menu gave me goosebumps. On a black screen, with white text in the bottom-left corner: "Halo 3 Beta" *Scroll-fade down* "Love," "Bungie". I might sound like a fan boy, but the Halo 3 Beta was the best thing I ever played. I also loved the Halo 3 campaign, and still do. Another "Holy [Cabbage]" moment would be getting the final Jiggy in Banjo-Tooie. If anyone has ever played the game, it is the hardest one to get, the button-mashing marathon sprint on the cloud level. Me and my friend decided to play it randomly, and I thought I may as well go for it before we did other stuff. We were almost yelling when I beat it. Banjo-Kazooie is the best platformer, and maybe even the best game ever CoD4 radiation poisoning scene also gave me goosebumps.

I think that pretty much means that the game disc is glitched, unless this happens in other games.

I think they fixed the internal battery problem with Crystal, since I play it very sporadically (Every three months is the shortest) and my progress is saved, all I have to do is re-set the clock.

If you are just here to point out the "ridiculousness" of Barihawk's post, then that's you flaming him. First of all, bring something worthwhile to the discussion not "Look at how bad his post is! All his points must be invalid because of that!". It's like a smear campaign, no one is going to like you, no one is going to care how long you've been on the forum, everyone is going to think you're immature, regardless of how long you've been on the forums. Now, I disagree with Jeb's personal opinions, and the fact that he's George W's brother, but if he's proven to be economically sound, I don't see why he shouldn't be on the Senate during an "Economic Crisis". Also, it's called sex education for a reason. Yes, I agree that putting an emphasis on abstinence won't hurt, but present us with all options available for contraceptives and protection. Norplant implants, condoms, the pill, hormone injections, diaphragm, IUD's, and the best protection being abstinence. All of them I've been taught about, but abstinence was always emphasized as the only contraceptive method that guarantees protection. It might not give me the mindset that sex is evil and I shouldn't do it until I'm married, which is an absurd idea anyways, but it will at least keep me aware of the dangers. As long as protection is taught before telling the students not to have sex, I'm fine with it. It's hard to keep teenagers from having sex, it's not like you can strap a chastity belt on them or always watch them.

I'm actually going to agree with you on that point, that it did make you want to keep reading, but from my experience quite a few books do that (Actually, pretty much any teen fiction will usually have that effect). Quite frankly, the only reason the arguments are going nowhere is because you are refusing to state your reasoning. You just keep saying you like the book, but don't give any reasons or examples of what about the book you find good. Saying the plot is good does not count as an example, I can say that the characters of 1984 were shallow (Which I'm not) all day long, but until I give some reasoning and examples of why I think this, no one will take my argument seriously. That is the way an argument/debate/essay works. You say what you think, then you back that up. So please give some examples of why you think the book is good. Any example of what makes it worth owning or re-reading.

I'm pretty sure that is actually the reason that they are forming the coalition instead of passing a vote of non-confidence. Instead of wasting another $300 million, it'd be easier, and arguably better, to just form the coalition and take over in one swift move. Or it could be them trying to take a shortcut and not have to risk losing an election to the Tories. I do think that a coalition between the NDP and Liberals would be a good thing. Liberals bring their policy of a balanced budget, NDP introduces a more socialist perspective. And quite frankly, I don't see why Quebec shouldn't become a separate nation. Emphasis on separate. Separate economies, no help from Canada.

Oh god, I cannot wait until I get the chance to hit up a hill. This would be my third year skiing, and it bugs me that I wasn't able to go last weekend and I have a hockey tournament this weekend keeping me from going. I think he'd rather not pay the $100 for that thing. Basically what you want to do is to create a wireless bridge through your laptop. Yes, you can just connect you laptop and 360 via Ethernet net cord. It is likely that you will have to mess around with the wireless and wired settings of the router, laptop and 360. I tried it to do it for a few days, but gave up. You might have better luck posting in the Tech forum, or Googling it.
