PvP Artifacts and It's Effect on Runescape Economy
This seriously needs to be fixed already. This is encouraging cheating. Many people are afking casting wind bolt on eachother. They leave for hours, come back with 100% EP, kill eachother for 26k's and then make millions. If people start getting banned for AFK casting on eachother, I can't wait for all these people to get out of the game and the items return to a normal price. The fact that the only method to make money faster (this is only if you are unlucky with PvP drops) is to get 91+ RC and that requires 100% attention for hours on end. Where PvP is you can leave for 3 or 4 hours, come back for 15 minutes, make 5M in drops and leave again.

Does "Attack" and "+Attack" actually make a difference?
Why is this even a thread? Seriously there is no discussion value here if you just use your brain for one second. Go kill a steel dragon with 60 attack, then go kill one with 99 attack. Case Closed.

Inflation and investment advice
It isn't a little late, it to too late, some of the items have already began crashing. There is no point investing now. You can still flip merchant easily though with your money.

I just got permabanned...
You are perm banned, no way around this until the other offences on your account expire. Jagex never accepts appeals for Macroing since their system is like 99.9% accurate. First time Macroing offence would not have gotten you perm banned, so that means you have already broken the rules several other times, it looks like you will be banned for a while, and you probably deserve it. Have fun on your new account I guess.

Investing
Solo merching is actually more safe and easier. You can just do item flipping. You pick an item with a high demand (and supply usually), buy it for 2% under, sell for 2% over. Normally I let the items buy for 2% under starting at about 10 and I put in enough offers to last me till I get home from work. So usually 100k-150k for an item with a 25k limit. When I get home from work I throw them in the ge for 2% over, usually they will sell before it is time to put new bids in to buy overnight.

Lobsters till 81 Swordfish till 90 Monkfish till 99 That way is the most efficient. You must have cooking gloves from Family Crest.

So you can do nothing and make 8M a day, or play the game and do something that requires attention and only make 2M a day. Hardly seems fair. Just think if Agility got a new think that would be able to make 1M+ an hour easily, even at level 60. Many many people do not like agility, but taking what you would say is "Who cares if you like it, do it for the money." The game is about fun, it is about training your stats, it is not about afking to make money.

What weapons would you like to see?
Great Sword? Oversized Sword? Sounds like a God Sword, if only we had one of those... or 4. Also how would you possibly implement a rifle?

Unless you're pretty much completely blind, you can still drive, mate. It's just that it will say on your liscense that you must wear corrective lenses to drive. I don't think they would forbid anyone with glasses from driving, that's like half the population and growing. It says on the back of your license (or atleast it does here): Conditions: 01 - Corrective Lenses

PvP Artifacts and It's Effect on Runescape Economy
This inflation is bugging me aswell, I see many people making 8M+ a day and some of them saying over 12M from basically doing nothing in a hotzone for 12 hours. I have worked hard over the last 1-2 months getting my cash pile up from basically nothing (farming cleaned my bank), and through farming herbs, fishing sharks, killing dragons, a little bit of slayer and killing the giant mole I have earned nearly 100M. I decide I will finally get 99 prayer, which has been my goal since I got 99 farming. I am able to buy about 9k dragon bones at 2350 each (a little higher than I was expecting to pay), and then bones shoot back up. I was originally thinking this was due to merchanting, but it looks by the graphs that it could be due to inflation. I refuse to pay 2450+ each just because some people are making money off doing absolutely nothing. So I am stuck at 92 prayer, with enough cash ready to bank 96 prayer atleast (I hate 137 combat, the sooner I can buy 96 prayer the better). I think Jagex will slow down the money coming in from PvP though, because at the moment it has to be the best money maker in the game, it rivals double natures, which is just ridiculous. I AM AGAINST PvP DROPS.

You don't shower during the week? That is [bleep] disgusting and a severe lack of personal hygiene. You don't need to shower every day. -.- [bleep] sick I take two showers a day sometimes, Just go into your shower and turn the water on please because you probably smell very badd I shower ATLEAST once a day, sometimes twice depending on what work I am doing. It is a neccesity at college, because if you want guys (or girls?) to go anywhere near you, you need to be atleast smelling like you deserve to be there. The dirty kids are usually poor and that is why they are stinky and [cabbage], but we filter all them out when you get to college and need to start paying for [cabbage], so jump in the shower, wash yourself off, and stop being so disgusting. I know girls that shower every other day (as long as the first day they arent doing anything too physical), but that is for reasons of protecting their hair, or some of them have dry skin which showering makes worse. But even then it is every other day they shower, usually end up showering 4-5 times a week. 1-2 times a week is seriously bad for you, and will make everyone that is close to you want to leave you (although by this time they probably already have, I know I would).

Mousekeys
Yes as Zokot mentioned above, when you are selling to a store you are better off just switching your Runescape Settings to "One Mouse Button" and then spam clicking the bottom corner of the item after placing it near the bottom of your inventory. The mouse keys in this case are way slower.

Finally the dragon pick axe!
Maybe in the distant future with the ending quest in the story line or something. But I doubt we will see the addition of a dragon pickaxe this year. The new quest has NO mining requirement, so it is kind of hard to say it will give the best mining tool in the game. Actually based on the stats, ect. it could be just as likely that a dragon warhammer could be in the final quest. Many dwarves use warhammers, and the quest has a combat requirement, so yah, there is another connection.

Broad Bolts
I found this funny. Yes it is always nice when people respond based on the title of the thread, and not the actual content.

Monster Drop Counter.
:o that is actually kind of useful, if only they added some more monsters, I am sure I could whip that up in an excel spreadsheet though right quick, and include ge values ect. I may do that sometime.

Monster Drop Counter.
Is it an add-on for runescape, or is it a seperate thing that just shows what items a monster can drop? I have no clue what the point of this program would be since we already have an item database and beastiary on Tip.it.

sacred clay tools
The exp that the tool lasts for will vary depending which tree you cut, here is a table of the different amounts: -Taken from http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Sacred_Clay_Hatchet

herb run calculator?
That guide hasn't been update for over a year. Best herb to plant for gp is Ranarr atm, it is definitly recommended that you have magic secateurs and possibly My Arm's Adventure complete. If you are short on start up cash, or don't want to risk as much money in seeds (it isnt a risk with the two things I listed) then you can just get toadflax, which are nearly the same profit (slightly lower).
