  1. I'm F2P, like I said in the starting post :P  Oops, I guess I missed that. Well then I suggest failed cursing. Wear full armor and curse the caged monk in varrock castle.
  2. I do not suggest making energy potions to raise herblore, unless you gather the ingredients yourself. They are very hard to sell, and you probably won't get your money back. Instead, try prayer potions.
  3. Hmm, well I've only ever gotten teeth halves... strange, but I think mosters drop both.
  4. Canons only have real positive effect in multicombat areas.. So daggonoths and kalphids.. Further, your method of getting same task again isnt working anymore (Jagex changed it already months ago..) It worked for me in a bad way. I kept getting 13 bronze dragons and having to Burthorpe them. So then it must work the other way around, too.
  5. Basically what aaron said. Stringing is faster XP, but you have to do a lot of clicking. Cutting is slower XP, but its not so clicking intensive. Try to team up with someone who only wants to do the one that you don't want to do, and get 99 fletching together.
  6. I suggest buying iron ore and rings of forging, and making iron knives. It is good XP and will also make you a good profit.
  7. Well, you can 1-hit gems rocks with a glory amulet.
  8. Up to 30 attack and 30 strength is fast, it'll take no more than one inventory of trout/salmon/lobbsters at the goblin village. Then train on minotaurs.
  9. Amulet of Glory Attack: Stab +10 Slash +10 Crush +10 Magic +10 Range +10 Defense: Stab +3 Slash +3 Crush +3 Magic +3 Range +3 Others: Strength +6 Prayer +3 Glory amulets have 4 teleport charges. Expending one charge will wllow you to teleport you to Edgeville, Al-Kharid, Karamja, or Draynor Village. They can be recharged in the basement of the Hero's Guild. Amulet of Fury Attack: Stab +10 Slash +10 Crush +10 Magic +10 Range +10 Defense: Stab +15 Slash +15 Crush +15 Magic +15 Range +15 Others: Strength +8 Prayer +5 The only reason Amulets of Fury cost so much is because they require 90 crafting to make and 87 magic to enchant. Also, they are made from onyx stones which can only be gotten by buying them from a TzHaar golem, (not sure which one), and they must be bought in Tokkuls, the TzHaar currency. I suggest getting an Amulet of Fury only if you have bought everything else that you need, and only if you still will have a lot of money (5m+). As for barrows, yes, it lasts 15 hours of combat for it to wear out, and only costs 330k to repair the whole set. So as long as you pick up a few drops during the 15 hours you will probably make that much back. And if you are using Pest Control (a new mini-game, the fastest way to train combat) you will also be getting money, which will definately be enough to pay off the repair costs.
  10. Well I know that if you have 10 hp in classic, it becomes 9 hp in RS2, so maybe you have had the same problem, but on a larger scale. Anyway, just level up range a little, and the hp levels should fly by because it is so low.
  11. I suggest doing these quests if you haven't already: Recipe from Disaster - a very long quest, but you can do it! Will reward you with THE best gloves in the game Fremenik Trials - to be able to use Fremenik helms (berserker helm) Monkey Madness - to be able to use dragon scimitar Priest In Peril - to unlock the giant area of Morytania I suggest buying: ABYSSAL WHIP! BEST weapon in the game ~ 1.8m 2m Torag's platebody - best defense in the game ~ 800k - 1m Torag's platelegs - best defense in the game ~ 500k - 700k Rune boots - best boots in the game ~ 150k - 200k Berseker helm - gives a +4 strength bonus, and pretty good defense ~ 55k - 80k Obsidian cape - give +9 to all defence bonuses ~ 225k - 300k Full Guthan's armor - allows you to heal as you deal damage. Good for training! ~ unsure of price Glory amulet - all-around good amulet, unless you can afford the... ~ 50k - 70k Fury amulet - a VERY powerful amulet, but expensive ~ 4.6m - 4.7m Also, very important, get a Rune defender from the new Warrior's Guild. In addition to supplying +23, +22, and +21 attack bonuses, it also give a +5 strength bonus. Good luck back in RuneScape, hope I could help! :) P.S. always play on the tip.it homeworld, 7 for f2p or 99 for p2p. Hyt means "Hey you tip.iter!" One tip.iter may say it to another tip.iter that they recognize from these forums in game.
  12. I suggest killing blue dragons in taverley dungeon with earth strike. The drops pay for the runes, and you will probably have some left over. DON'T switch to fire strike, its too much more expensive. Then when you get to 55 magic, alch!
  13. Well, I've experienced that they have a better chance of dropping gems and half-keys than other monsters, and because these drops are tied to shield halves, I assume that they drop those more, too. I have also noticed that they are good XP to train on, and I rejoice when I get them as a slayer assignment.
  14. I agree completely. Once, I was stringing yew longbows, and to speed it up, I turned public chat to off. Then, I got scared because people might think that I was macroing (I wasn't!) so I turned public chat back on. First thing I hear is "I think he is macroing" "I do too" and "let's report him". Turns out they were talking about someone who was woodcutting, who was probably macroing because it was a level 3 with standard clothes, but it scared me badly. So now, I can never turn off my public chat with the fear that I will be wrongfully reported, and when I appeal the lousy Jagex customer support (that I thankfully have never had to deal with) will give me a black mark (of which I have none, and I want it to stay that way!). Long read.
  15. It might say Musa Point, a few months ago the f2p part of Karamja was renamed Musa Point. Or I could be completely wrong.
  16. Only works for attack and strength, and black mask is 15% to both. Also, they don't stack: you can only get the benefits from one at a time.
  17. Maybe grab some monk's robes, but that's all. Nothing else is necessary, except some prayer potions. 4 is enough, but take more just in case.
  18. If you have a higher strength level and bonus, you will not only hit a higher max hit, but the chance of you hitting higher is increased. The amount of damage is not random from 0-max hit.
  19. Well, I suggest getting a rune scimitar. Maybe you could train at the temple from Priest in Peril? There are some Monks of Zamorak that only mage, and there is also an alter right next to them, so you could constatly use protection from magic.
  20. Exactly, except sell to general stores for 16gp each (its the minimum price)
  21. You can edit posts, rather than post again. As for your question, I suggest using rune kite and scimitar, you will need the extra defense.
  22. Well, f2p'ers do it mainly for the money. Also, I think what he means by easier ways to train fm is by buying logs and spending time making money a faster way, rather than chopping your own.
  23. Thank you, I will probably try out all those places.
  24. Currently my range level is 59. I have never liked training range, and I only got this far because my friend made me. (You are getting at least 60 range IMMEDIATELY!) I need some help thinking of a monster that I can train on. I want a monster that is weak enough so that I won't need to safespot it and will only have to back every hour or so for lobsters, if at all. I want one that I don't have to safespot also because I am using Ava's accumulator, and I would rather not have to pick up ammunition. Can anybody sugggest a spot to train? Here's a picture of my equipment:
