It really can be unbearable to go back. Once you've got P2P, a lot of the F2P skills are so much easier to level, and there are so many more skills on top of that, and a lot more quests and places to level combat and items it just gets too much. The only time when I go back to F2P is when I go inactive for a while, just so save a few months of payment. ~Ian

Perhaps not the lowest, but the most memorable death was sometime after I'd earnt my first rune item back in RSClassic. By this time, I'd worked up to full rune after initially only getting the legs (because that was all I could afford back in those days). I was on Karamja, I think I was questing, I'm not sure. Anyway I walked past the tribesmen near Brimhaven, and they were aggressive and attacked me, I got poisoned and because I was relatively new to members, I had no idea what to do, so I just ran around in circles like a legless chicken until I died and lost my precious rune legs :( Another more recent death was in RS2 - I was doing The Lost Tribe quest and was going through the Lumbridge Castle cave system, thinking "Hah! I don't need no lantern!" - Next thing I know, I'm tumbling through the floor and I end up in Lumbridge Caves - with no light source. Those little bugs (level 0? Is that a new record :lol: ) finish me off in an instant - and it's too dark to even begin to find the ladder out. Bye bye Verac's Helm. ~Ian

Train with friends. If you don't already, stick on your favourite album. And most importantly, don't burn out! Everyone (well nearly everyone) will burn out from training a skill they don't particularly enjoy for excessive amounts of time. So perhaps just get the odd level here and there, then go away and do something else, then come back later and grab another couple of levels, etc. Good luck! ~Ian

I think that's a great way to judge it Lode. Considering the number of inactive accounts there are clogging up the hiscores these days, to be in the top 10k players for *any* skill is not just good, it's excellent. ~Ian

Check out the capital 'i' It's now reverted back to what they had a few months ago where it looks exactly the same as a lower case 'L' So my name appears as lantiger instead of Iantiger Oh well back to being known as Lantiger by the large majority of Runescape :( ~Ian

I think to say it's "fallen apart" and is "like PSO" is taking it a little too far, but I'll admit I get a little agrieved when I see a person with a party hat who's a lower level than me. But I suppose that's only because it reminds me of all the stupid things I've done with my money, and has rapidly become the worst financial decision I've ever made when I swapped my purple party hat in for a whip when they were equal in market value! ~Ian

In Runescape, if you had the ability to meet ONE famous player, past or present, who would you choose and why? Without a doubt, I would choose 56warrior/Omegawytch because his stories inspired me so much, and they were told with such greatness. I'd love to meet him in game because he seems like such a great and funny guy. ~Ian
