yeah it does seem like a bit of a jip.. being able to spend tens of millions on a dungeon but only being able to offer 1500gp as a prize :(

Dharoks was getting me around 80k exp per hour, compared to 65-70k with whip. That was with 99 attack and 95-96 str. there's no real worry about death as the ape atol teleport brings you straight back to the altar, and if there's anyone training on the same world as you they'll always bless your grave.

i think you typed the coords wrong, i put it in a locator and it came out miles north of where the wild ends.

If you can afford it then go for it. That's pretty much the best set-up you can get. Bandos armour is the best non-degradable armour and guthans is invaluable. although, i'd suggest using a fury and dfs.. if you cant afford them, get them instead of the bandos and buy bandos when you can afford it. Dharoks really isn't that useful. I very very rarely used them on tasks, and only when i was bored.. in most cases a whip is just as efficient. I really suggest getting a cannon too if you're planning some serious slaying, it speeds up exp so much.

You stop failing the monkey madness course at 75 agility, and that's a lower level course. you need 48 agil to do it, and 52 for wilderness.. so by that logic i'd guess you stop failing wildy at 79. would need someone to verify though, i'm only 70.

Mage longs and green bodies are your best bet now, although they can be slow to buy in bulk.

Rapid. The extra accuracy of 'accurate' doesn't make up for the speed you lose.

Changing bolts in your pouch is really fast.. click the pouch, right click the bolt and select equip/weild. It does mean that you cant eat while you're switching because the select screen covers the inv, but with a little practice you can do it in a few seconds. combat doesnt cancel the screen either so you can still be under attack when you switch.

Minotaurs in SoS are a good bet.

Depends what you're using it for really. For training on thngs with high def.. metal drags, abyssal demons for example, i'd go with rune c bow and mith bolts. For training on low def monsters, crystal bow's a good choice. So's dorg bow although i heard it was nerfed? if so maybe its not that good. it's certainly a good low budget option If you want it for PvP, dragon bow for specials, and rune cbow with a good shield + diamond bolts.

Yeah it happens occaisionally. If you did a run previously and half killed a monster there, then opened the chest and left, then another player finishes off that monster, you will get the killcount for it. Quite a rare occurence because you have to get rght out of the tunnel so it stops shaking for your kc to reset.

The thing is, the way BH works, a game won't start unless there's 10 people on the world. I can't imagine the goldsellers would log in 9 different accounts to trade one person with gold. and if it were 1 gold-buyer, 1 gold-seller and 8 normal players.. with that few people, the chances are one of the 8 regular BH players are going to have the seller/buyer as their target and kill them. I think they reduced the worlds in the hope that people would be guaranteed to find a fight, instead of hopping through 5 empty worlds beforehand. They did the same thing with Duel tourneys, but, much like the rest of Bounty hunter, they've shown a real lack of understanding of how PKing works. Of course, if you force every BH player into 2 giant multicombat area's they're going to join up into huge teams. This is the fundemental flaw in the whole minigame.. the aim of the game is for 1 person to kill another, yet it's in a multi-combat area. It doesn't seem like Jagex have learnt their mistake yet.

A little while ago i was wcing yews at varrock castle and putting them in ge after every load for bank space issues. so i was seeing the price every 10 minutes.. it changed somewhere between 9pm and 10pm uk time. I only saw it that one night, so it could possibly change at a different time every day. (annoying thing was my logs were selling no problem for 3gp under middle value.. then when the price changed, they would only sell if i put them 3gp under the new lower price :x )

When you have 120k+ alchs ahead of you, the last thing you want is to think about is cutting then stringing 120k logs. Although i guess that could change since this update. *apologises for off-topicness*

704+260=964 (cost of materials) 964-768=196 (materials cost minus alch = loss per alch) so almost 200go per alch assuming my nat price is right, i havn't logged in a while so i'm not sure of that.

It's a bad idea to solo a boss on your first trip. best thing to do is go with someone that has experience and tell you what to do, and bless your grave if/when you die. For soloing dk's, you need slayer dart and a pretty good mage level, and 80+ def is advised. you also need quite a lot of expensive equipment. most soloers take either guthans or veracs, you also need a lot of runes, and 55 slayer to use slayer dart.

yeah i noticed this one as it happened.. when an update hapened i was wearing zammy stole with a verac skirt and when i logged back in, the stole was tucked into the skirt :P It only happens with zammy though for some reason, sara and guthix look normal.

Go through the edgeville dungeon towards the slayer master, just before you get to him, turn north and go through the gate. Keep heading north, and then west through the black demons. there's a ladder to the north, go up that and you're by the air obelisk.

Use ruby bolt's then switch to diamond when the mole is at half health. The problem with emerald bolts is that if you're soloing and the mole dies of poison when you're not near it, you could not find it in time. And dragon bolts would be a waste of money.

The pendant is from a quest that i've completely forgotten the name of... it's one of the desert treasure quests i'm sure, and it's pretty easy to re-obtain after you've done the quest. In the encampment there's only arma and zammy monsters, thats why i advised against a crystal bow for getting kc, it means you can keep your zammy book equipped all the time and not be attacked.

I remember selling my first left half for 3.5mil a few years back, dropped by a mossie. I just collect mine now, got 3 of em sitting on bank, same goes for spear drops.

Mith or emerald (e) bolts are best. If you use a bolt pouch you can load it with ruby, diamond and your kc bolts and save an inv space. Also, using bolts means you dont have to unequip the zammy book as you would with a crystal bow.. so no zammy monsters attacking you while you get kills. The time's i've done it, i got kc on spirit warriors in arma's encampment. They only max 1 but take forever to kill. A few mates have said its way better to pick off aviansie just outside the camp. you can get some addy bar drops to pay for supplies this way too just watch out for sara monsters.

chaos gaunts if you're using chaos runes wealth might as well use fire staff, the extra mage bonus of the masters doesn't justify the extra runes cost.
