between 1 and 50 thousand --------------------------------- its a totally random drop.
  4. They disappear, unless you drop them before you die.
  5. Sounds like clan recruitment to me. i reported so a mod can move.
  6. One simple way to get a glowing effect: if you look at the window with the list of layers, you'll see the layer with the line/piece of text/etc that you want to make glow.. right click it and go to blending options. you'll get a window with a load of effects you can add to it, the one i used on the text in my sig is 'outer glow'
  7. Oo i'll be there, last one was fun. i'll try and get my irc channel there too. i would add the banner but it puts me 1.83kb over the limit :@
  8. hm, perhaps this is good or bad, i like it but it could be a hindrance to stakers who want to conceal their their godliness since it says 'track your tournament rank' i'm guessing it will just track your tournament rank. Doesn't say anything about tracking normal stakes. Although you're quite right, i'm sure theres a few high lvl staking pures that wouldn't want their win/lose ratio published if they did show normal stakes :P
  9. Firefox + AdblockPlus = ftw i'd rather take the absurdly small chance of getting a black mark for blocking an ad than the much larger chance of getting ad/malware from dodgy pop-ups.
  10. count how many tickets you need, and thats probably how many games you need to win assuming you win 50% of your games. Then times how many games you need to play by 25 and thats the amount of minutes it will take.
  11. wrong. the mummy that starts the mini-game recharges the sceptre. Simon will buy gold artifacts for around 1k each.
  12. Don't really understand your question. Do you mean 'is there anyway to make money from alching?' if so.. you can if you eitehr rc the nats yourself, or buy the supplies to make yew longs. Sorry if i misunderstood.
  13. Drop the stone and clay ones and use the gold ones to recharge my sceptre. btw its plunder not plunger :P
  14. Bit random. Try picking an oufit with just 2 colours. yours has yellow, white black and blue, which imo is too many, also.. colours from opposite ends of the spectrum dont go well together; yellow and blue, red and green etc. Check out the 2 dudes in my sig.. i think the outfits work because they just use white and red (with a few black details) but theres no need to spend that kind of money on an outfit.. plenty of cheap options you can colour match.
  15. 'wats happening here?' gotta love f2p. Amazing achievement. Where do you rank among other pure f2pers? must be top 10 i reckon.
  16. very nice. Marble ports are so pretty i agree with your sig too :P
  17. No it's not.. it stores as 'void armour' which its the top, bottom and gloves, and the 3 helms are stored seperatly. I dont think the mace can be stored at all.
  18. Nope, it's just canifis gloves that can be traded. Jagex fordot to make them members only when they released the canifis area and never bothered to change em back :P
  19. I don't think it will be a stake, as in the participants agree on how much each to put in the pot. With 64 people that might be a bit hard to organise. It will probably be an entry fee, possibly with differing amounts. So say, you could pay 100k and enter a tournament for people paying 100k.. with 64 entrants the winner would take home 6.4mil. Or there will be a 1mil stake tournament with the winner taking 64mil.
  20. I used 4 keys last night and 3 of them gave nothing but the d stone  i guess you got lucky.
  21. I wouldn't worry about going for a 99 at the moment.. back when i was around your level there's no way i would have had the patience for it. Being able to grind a single skill long enough to get a 99 takes practice. Best thing to do at your level (which is what i did) is keep training different skills, when you get bored of using 1 training method, switch to another, or another skill. Do this until you've got a few in the mid-high 80's or maybe early 90's before you consider trying to max one.
  22. the clue says to beckon.. would probably help if you do the beckon emote :P
  23. It's the age old argument between slow steady income and taking a shot at a lucky drop. With nats, you're guaranteed to have that money if you rc a certain amount per day. The only thing that could stop you getting a hilt through this method is if they suddenly rise, or nats suddenly crash (haven't for 4+ years, don't see why they would now) If you decide to take on the GWD yourself, if you spent the same amount of time boss killing as you would have rcing, you could get a drop on your first day, you might not get it at all. If you've ever been KQ you'll know what i mean  you could also get enough smaller drops to pay for a hilt. The thing with soloing though is, you spend way more on supplies per trip, and since you'll only kill 1-2 bosses per trip you'll spend most of your time getting kill count rather than getting boss kills. It would be much more worth while getting a couple of mates to gwd with you.. a team of 3 can usually get 6-7 bandos kills a trip and when i go.. the rubbish drops usually pay for my supplies. My best advice would be to do a few thousand nats a day then go for a gwd run or 2 with a couple of friends. best of both worlds.
