  1. Me and a couple friends started a Facebook group and now all the men in my grade dress in a suit and tie every 6th day.
  2. I think we should PM messages for L0rd to read out, since many people are too lazy or can't make videos. You wouldn't need to read any that were offensive or anything, put people could PM shout outs to their friends or achievements they've done during the week (eg 99's). I like this idea. Edit: putting the video from the previous page onto this page http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dn_rkFaxJYI Subscribe to see videos when they're uploaded.
  3. Actually that is correct. Since you live in New Zealand, everything you experience is my reality except for many hours earlier. So when you had the dream and commented on my page, I was actually aware of your comment far before the time that you actually wrote the comment, and around the time that I made the video.

Once again America saves the day to make little girls dreams across the wor...

  4. Haha, I thoroughly enjoyed this second installment of the fictional article.

  7. My mistake on her job title. All MDs should bow down to your credentials in their utter ignorance. I didn't say that she was utterly ignorant, only that she may be going outside of her area of expertise when she strays into these kinds of areas. For all I know though, she might have cited a load of studies where they look at how women behaviourally react to conflict vs. men. But if she's just going by chemicals though then I am dubious, since they can be far removed from actual behaviour. But yes, in general I do find it annoying when people think that they know something about psychology just because they are a human. I don't pretend to know anything about kidneys despite having two of them. You can attack her credentials all day, it doesn't have anything to do with the thread, but that's okay. The information quoted is from a NY Times bestseller The Female Brain which was required reading in many college settings, and was reviewed itself by multiple PhDs, she got a Neurobiology degree from Berkley, a M.D. from Yale, and a MMHC from Harvard Medical School.
  8. If one were to read the Bible literally, they would get nowhere. It is the world's most famous book in which many great minds to this day are STILL trying deciefer, to no avail. Such information cannot be given lightly, and until our minds evolve we may never know the full truths. As for the big bang, this is an arguement FOR creationism, not against it. For the people proving the big bang to disprove God, you are actually suggesting creationism is a fact. The big bang was an event which it's "bang" cannot scientifically be explained. The evidence for the big bang is overwhelming, no-one can deny that. If you look far enough into the sky, you can see the evidence for it. The topic title is pointless, the arguement swings in both ways for creationism and hence pro-religion. Until someone here can explain how the big bang started, this post is over. 1. You can not rationally say that one supernatural belief is better than another because it is "famous" or is accepted by more people. 2. I suggest you look for answers for the origins of the "bang" that have real probability before you start looking into physically impossible (or hysterically improbable) answers, such as creationism. Also, I suggest you learn more about the Big Bang and the behavior of matter in hypercritical mass before you say that science cannot explain the "bang". 3. Sorry to sound patronizing, but when religious people try to use scientific theorem in hopes of shedding more credibility on their supernatural theory, I can't help but laugh at the obvious oxymoron.

  10. It's a basic human (predominantly male) need. Here's an interesting bit on the whole gender side of it:
  11. Predisposed high cholesterol seemed to be one for my mother. Also, depression is a big one. None of this matters to me though, the only people in my family that I've seen die have died at 98, 89, and 90.
  12. I'm not going to bother reading the rest of this thread, so pardon my redundancy. Genesis was contrived by man and consists of countless scientific fallacies (now deemed allegories or things that cannot be understood by humans). Unless someone gives me a real reason to give Genesis more credibility than say...a Native American or Scientology creation story then they are all on equal ground. On the other hand, the Big Bang theory consists of realistic circumstance. I'm sure an astrophysicist and a cosmologist could break down for you the math behind the critical mass, the formation of the galaxies, and all else that the Big Bang theory consists of. One thing that really shows ignorance to me is when someone attacks the Big Bang theory because it does not tell us how the first matter came into existence. That is a different topics and there are theories on that as well. But they are irrelevant to each other.
  13. Hey! How has Goddess been hanging? (don't say good, well, or fine)

    Today...

Today I'm officially retired from the Editorial Panel. Tommorow I will be going to state championships with my cross country team, 3.5 hour drive there. It'll be fun though, staying and a hotel and the works.
  15. Yeah, great song. It is a zombie movie. :?:
  16. Upbeat music in zombie movies. Rather, just anytime music contrasts a situation. A lot of times even a song has this contrast within itself.
  17. Talking to efficiently and effectively convey my thoughts. Fluency in Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, and Mandarin. Reading 10k+ words per minute.
  18. Depends on your camera. Usually you can access your camera's files simply by hooking it up with a USB.

    Today...

Just made my weekly video for the YT channel. Realized I used a couple bad words, I hope I don't corrupt any liddle biddy innocent minds.
  22. Same here, an invite would be hugely appreciated.
