  1. JAGEX specifically asked players not to start "macro-reporting squads" and the like, with their reasoning being their detection software can pick it up pretty quickly. (supposedly)
  2. [hide] What does a d-hide body alch for? 4680. If nat prices are a steady 280 each, then this failsafe stops players for buying less than the high-alching price and making a profit off the stupidity of others. Well, how wonderful it is to have Almighty Jagex out there making sure that I don't do anything out of "stupidity". Because gee, I must be an idiot if I want to say, sell my green dhide bodies for 4380. And how nice it is of Almighty Jagex to not let me "stupidly" sell my iron knives for less than 31 each -- which means that I haven't been able to sell them on the GE for two solid weeks. And thank goodness that Almighty Jagex doesn't let me offer more than 85 gold pieces for raw chompies, because only an idiot would pay more than that much. [/hide] Jagex's major reason for the GE was to stop platers (merchanters) from taking advantage of other players. Right, wrong, or indifferent that is what they have (foolishly?) decided to do. Granted, the system is flawed, but their logic is [almost] good.
  3. with the grand exchange, you should be able to put all your cash up for either something you have in your bank or something random for a rediculous price in order to keep it there.
  4. What he said, they also drop clues and great alchables. You can also get many crystals, I personally have 30+. I think I have about 100. The trouble is getting them charged...

    Farming

Mushrooms protect something, either mages or palms (i think).

  7. gold ring is the same thing. I think some of the rune items are like that too. I think the floors may represent the high-alch price.
  8. mages SHOULD be faster for cash, though I'm not positive.
  9. Watchtower quest will give you access to a dungeon which is often less-packed and still contains blue drags.
  10. The attractor/accumulator will not work when you are wearing a certain amount of metal armor. However, you can wear some metal armor and it will still work. (Metal legs and helm, wooden bow, and d-hide body still collects)
  11. Right, wrong, or indifferent, knock of the flaming. ---------------------------- I'm looking to get 90 slayer, what would be the best thing to do with my stats (in my sig)
  12. first po.. oh wait, i'm not. Regardless, it's an interesting article, nothing unique, considering similar arguements have been said by the author all over the forums.
  13. it depends on the monster. Some monsters like mithril dragons have multiple attack styles, so sup. def. pot does help. However, for traditional melee only monsters, just use prayer.
  14. Monks are the all-around best. Trout/Salmon are faster and yield minimal profit, same thing with roe/caviar.
  15. You really can't do anything, considering it is dynamic. Your best bet is to find another site or another sig from the same website. EDIT: 3_Hit_U's sig is NOT dynamic, it is simply a screenshot of the sig uploaded to a hosting site.
  16. firemaking and cooking, both really easy
  17. Go Ron Paul!!! (though this is hardly surprising considering he's a libertarian)
  18. which are located in the abyss, which is members only. (Also in the fairy ring abyss, also members only.)
  19. I think the godsword method would be most effective, considering you cannot use verac's set effect with a black mask.
  20. I'm looking to upgrade my laptop's hard drive from an 80 gig 5400 rpm to something a little bit bigger, at least a 200, if not a 250 gb. Are there specific port types for laptop hard drives (I have a HP dv6000)? Are there any brands that you would recommend?
  21. "While I do not know with what weapons world war 3 will be fought with, world war 4 will be fought with sticks and stones" Albert Einstein. This seems like a classic example of the military-industrial complex siphoning funds away from practical ventures to frivolous wastes of money. Does anyone remember Reagan's "Star Wars" program?
  22. Considering it would most likely be restricted (if you have 1k hours/have played for 1 year you are allowed 1 name change)
