don't forget to right-click every drop pile, because the defenders are always UNDER the bone and you can't see them on the ground easily.

The responses so far seem good, but I must be the unluckiest half key hunter in all of runescape. I'm lvl 69 slayer, but I didnt get a single half key drop until lvl 60 or so. I've done 100+ barrow runs, and gotten 2 half key drops from it (and 4 barrow items, including a spear). I've killed thousands of fire giants and never gotten a half key from them. Gnome delivery is a good idea, I think I got one there once. And in my personal experience, magpie and ninja implings are pretty good. I got 2 loop halfs today there.

Half keys seem way too rare to me considering how cheap dragonstones. I must be training on the wrong monsters, because i never seem to get them as drops. Can anyone tell me the best place to get half keys?

great guide but it needs some updates. The two most popular training spots, rock crabs and experiments (although i never train there) aren't on this list. That's worth at least a mention I think.

obby sword with berserker necklace is by far the fastest if you train on something with low defense. The necklace costs about 4m though.

Just find someone with a gilded altar in their house (theres probably someone with one in yanille in the house party world). Make sure the 2 burners on either side of the altar are lit. If no one else lights them, you must do it yourself. To do this, bring 1 marrentil herb for each burner, and light them with a tinderbox. Then simply USE the bones on the altar, and be careful not to bury them. oh, and fyi, dragon bones cost about 2.1k each now.

tbh its one of the easiest (albiet one of the most expensive) skills in the game :P I just got 70 farming today , without really spending any money on the skill. I got all my herb,limp, and allotment seeds from monster drops (I buy a few ranarr/snap seeds when I see good deals) and I got all my tree seeds from my kingdom and from soloing the giant mole 100 times :shock: . Oh well, your way is faster. Gl reaching 99 farming!

Simple question: Why do people choose to use a d mace to unload their specs against the kalphite queen? DDS and D hally sound like better options to me. Dds because it poisons the kq, and hally because it is more accurate and hits twice per spec. Why do people choose the d mace instead 9 out of 10 times?

I wouldn't normally use d chain for training at all. For slayer, fighter torso usually provides enough defense to be worth it. If you think you need better def, use torags or full guthans to heal. Dragon armor is mostly for showing off.

([Caution: Jagex Rule Violation], not Mogarscape) I think it's illegal also, Jagex doesn't like it because of copyright infringement. Plus a lot of the sites have viruses on them and might steal your runescape password.

In fact, darts have a higher range bonus thena the knives (according to the Item DB), and thus have more accuracy and a higher max hit. :D actually, the item database is wrong in this case, knives definitely have a better range bonus than darts. Anyway, range bonus has NOTHING to do with max hit, only with accuracy, and they both have low range bonus. The only thing that can make them more accurate is good range armor.

1 feather per bow, lower range than knives, and a teensy bit less accurate, but the same max hit I think... Darts are a better value than knives and faster exp than msb on rapid as long as you train on something with very low range def.

I know your point, and true rape yes those can ruin a person's life. I said that already. :P But I don't expect anybody to read all 9 pages before posting of course. My whole point against the person that I quoted was that statutory rape isn't really rape in the way rape is...because statutory both people want it, while real rape one person is being forced and it can ruin their lives. Society has changed so 13 year olds think they can make that kind of decision. I'm actually somewhat sorry to hear you had to make it. Sex these days is portrayed as just "something to do", and I pride myself as being one of the few of my age who think of it as more. I know nothing of you or your life, so I can't say anything about you. But, statistics (I'm not even going to pretend to know specifics) show all kinds of things about sex at younger ages all pointing to negative outcomes. Society changes all the time. A few hundred years ago, and even today in some cultures, 13 year old girls and/or boys got married and started having children. I think many 13 year olds are mature enough to decide to have sex. That does not mean ALL of them are, but the law states that it is a crime no matter how mature they are. The statuary rape laws are somewhat archaic. They are left-overs from an era when any sex outside marriage (and even sometimes IN marriage) was illegal (according to NPR-public radio). The laws and public mindset simply haven't changed yet.

I just realized that the best way to make autoers stop is by having players stop them! Legitimate players have been messing with autoers for a while now (pking green drag autoers, luring yew autoers to the hobgoblins, etc). My solution is to give player mods a new power- the ability to stop suspected autoers from using skills or buying from stores. This is similar to the way that p mods can temp mute players. When they see an autoer, simply click the autoer button, then the autoer can no longer cut trees, mine ess, pick flax, or do other similar things. The suspected autoer's skills can be instantly unlocked if he convinces the mod that he/she is a real person. If they are not unlocked, jagex automatically gets an abuse report for that autoer. They can then ban the autoer before any damage is done to the economy. The only problem with this plan is that player mods can't be everywhere, and they might make a mistake. But overall this should work well.

I have a better idea. Make the rune stores restock much much slower, but make runecrafting deaths and chaos easier. Players have very little incentive to make their own runes or buy from players since it's so easy to get from stores.

I know it looks a little outrageous, but I would give my barrows collection for the chance to fight any one of those monsters :shock:. You have my support. We really need to make the high level monsters worth fighting.

I guess this is the best way to kill the kq without risking your precious verac helm. The biggest advantage is that you don't take melee damage during the second form.

It doesnt matter since you can upgrade it for free when you get 50 ranged.
