I have tested this and proven it to be 2 Dark Bow shots for every 5 Magic Short Bow shots. This means the Dark Bow shoots 4 arrows for every 5 arrows the Magic Short Bow shoots. Therefore, even with double arrows shooting, it is still slower than a Magic Short Bow. I thought someone said that it was 4 Dark bow shots for every 5 MSB shots... hmm, this is a lot slower than I thought it was.. Although with the extra range bonus those 4 arrows could hit more then 5 msb arrows.

What effect is this having on rares?

People say that DDS can hit almost this much, 4 times in a row, and is cheaper, but they forget one thing. DDS is very unaccurate on melee armour, and you'll hit quite a few 0-0 specs. I don't know how accurate the bow is, but if it is accurate enough to constantly hit 50-60+ for someone with 99 range, then it beats dds.. Although with 2 specs (it uses 55% of bar) it could be more fair, although meleers would complain.

My families car gets 50+ MPG if you drive at the right speed. I think 55 is the best to drive at, any more or less and the mileage goes down. You can still get 40+ city.

If it protects over most items, like a whip does, then people WILL PK with it. Chinchompas are quite expensive, and when you're done using them you have nothing left to sell back (You wouldn't train with dragon arrows, probably with bronze or iron. Range it with magic shortbow, rune or adamant arrows. Best to have a team of 5-10 in the ratio of 4 rangers to 1 meleer (Need 1 meleer so that the queen will stay put). Bring curry, as when you eat it you keep the bowl in your inventory, so she can't unequip your items. She will NOT unequip them onto the ground. Bring some prayer pots, and some range pots. Sorry, but I don't know the amounts of either.

WAIT A MINUTE!The kite IS stronger then the square!! :shock: But wait... that totaly contradicts what tip.it said. They said that the kite is stronger vs crush, and the square is stronger vs stab! They said that the kite shield is weak versus stab attacks, not weakER. They were referring to compare to the other stats of the KITE, not the SQUARE. Notice that they never referred to the square being better/worse then the kite in any statistic.
