Now if women were allowed to go topless before we were born and we were used to this, it wouldn't seem like such a big deal and rape or whatever wouldn't be an issue. It's just that since it is against the law we make a bigger deal when we do see em.

It is utterly pointless for a man to wear a bra. However, it has been proven that not wearing a correctly-fitting bra can hurt a woman. Therefore, it is logical that women wear bras and men don't. However. If a woman wants to go without her bra, fine. In most places, a woman can even walk around topless legally. If she wants to, she can go ahead.
