  1. Yes, I'd say so. I can play CS:S on a Geforce 5200 and they are old. On topic: I have CS:S but I've been playing a lot offline because I've only had it a few weeks and I don't want to humiliate myself online so I just play against bots on hard until I can own them, then I'll start going online.
  2. I just checked, you need Biohazard done, not Plague City to use Lathas's training ground. You need to do Plague City anyway, as it is required for Biohazard.
  3. No problem, glad to help.
  4. You asked a question, you got your answer. Cut the crap, no one cares.
  5. Yes, I'm fairly sure it's Plague City.
  6. I'll go with a description. It is east of the Gnome Stronghold and north-west of Ardougne. Just get out your world map and you should see it following those directions.
  7. Yew Longs actually alch for 768gp. You lose 132gp per alch. If you get your willows free, than you lose 194gp per alch. (That's with nats at 300ea). So, you lose less with yew longs.
  8. Found this on an Australian computer site. $360 for a Q6600. http://www.digitalyes.com.au/prodView.asp?idproduct=31776
  9. Counterstrike:Source is awesome. I paid $40 (US$35) and got Counterstrike:Source, Day of Defeat: Source and Half Life 2 Deathmatch. Is CS:S much different to CS1.6 apart from CS:S is newer? I must say, I'm addicted to CS:S!
  10. To summarise. Yes, you can wear it by buying it from another player. To wear it, you need 50 defense and 50 strength. If you bought it off another player, you DO NOT have to complete Barbarian Assault to wear it.
  11. Well, Rogues Den in Burthrope has a fire that never goes out and there is a man you can bank with normally a few steps away. I'd say this is the spot they were talking about.
  12. Got to agree with Meol. At 36, Barbarian Outpost is really the best spot for you. Brimhaven will be slow because firstly you can't complete all the obstacles (need 40 agility for some) and secondly you won't get the tickets often enough because you will be missing and having to take a longer route around to get to the ticket dispensers. Just stick at it. :)
  13. I'd say keep slaying. As your slayer level ups, you will get better assignments, and most of those assignments will drop level 3 clues, so your killing two birds with one stone.
  14. Have you found the one in the Museum that lets you make them? If you have, get a gold bar, necklace mould, a ruby, a cosmic rune and 5 fire runes (I think). Put the bar in the furnace, turn it into a ruby necklace, then enchant it. If you haven't found the one in the museum, you will need to go to the section that lets you search the dirt that it bought in for artifacts. You will evantually find one there.
  15. I would check RSOF. Don't make a thread, there are normally Construction Companies that make these kind of things and sell them for a reasonable price. Some companies also trade your materials for the item you need. They are your best bet for getting what you need.
  16. Yes, ignore the other two. The FARMING option for MTK is not worth it. You get a lot of junky seeds, only a few decent seeds, stay away from the farming option.
  17. Yeah, they work outside battle. I've used them, but the bow is slow and not worth using, stick to the regular bows.
  18. That's me. Lucky I got this now, membership runs out in 2 weeks and I'm retiring.
  19. Cooking is quite easy. I got it to 99. It isn't too bad. With Cook X, just cook in Rogues Den, click to cook, surf the net or chat, come back, bank and repeat. To 94, buy raw lobsters in World 1 and sell. You can try to then resell in Edgy in F2P pk worlds but I prefer to just sell them quickly in World 1, up to you. At 94, cook sharks to 99. I cooked them, then went and sold them in members pk worlds (World 18 works well). You can make a profit/break even but you will be spending a fair bit of time selling. You can sell them quickly and thus get 99 quicker by selling them cheaper. Also, selling on pk worlds can be slow as they tend to buy 100 lobs/sharks at a time.
  20. No offence, but do you actually read replies from other people?
  21. I'm actually surprised you got a good conversation going with a bunch of people in Rogues Den in the first place. I cooked to 99 there, and there were never many mature conversations.
  22. Yes I know it is, but if you actually read what I wrote, I said some did while others didn't, not all suffered a quick painless death.
  23. Yeah it is quite low. You'd probably have better luck getting a skirt or legs off the Irons before you get a visage. But it is purely luck, some kill 50 and get one. Some kill a few hundred and get one. Some kill thousands on end and get nothing at all.
  24. .jpg may keep it under 8 kb, because I find .gif to be quite low quality, having a look at your avatar now, it is quite low quality. Try saving the file as .jpg and see how small it is then. .png may work but I think that would go over 8kb. You can also try cropping your avatar and removing unnecessary parts of it. It would help getting the original and saving that .jpg or .png as re saving a .gif as a .jpg will keep the quality low.
  25. Any combo of coal/flax/maples should return a decent amount of cash. If you want a little xp and have time, you can spin the flax and increase the profit.
