I would suggest that anyone who clicked on the link do the following: Perform a virus/spyware scan [ Housecall Online Scanning ] Do not enter any passwords at all into your computer at the moment. Use another computer to regain your account and change the passwords. Remember that you need to be very careful and always check the status bar when you hover over a link just to be safe. If a link looks unsafe chances are it probably isn't safe. I hope you all get your systems cleaned soon and back to runescape and tip it :)

Why not use the green dragons in level 34 wilderness? It's near a teleport box and you can run back and forth between edgy. It is a little bit longer than the clan wars ones. But it is empty everytime i am there.

You have always needed 31 prayer, so that aspect wasn't taken from you at all. As for the trading limits you get used them. You can still trade what you need to. It just stops "Free" trading. You can borrow items through the lend system. I don't see a problem.

A big part of internet security is changing your passwords regularly. I do once a month but everyone is different. Keep note of these somewhere where no one else but you will find them. But ultimately it was a let down on your behalf. Aren't there other questions you can answer as well?

Actually i disagree with this. I think if you are after fast efficient training go to the ZMI. Z MI is always good if you are doing a large amount of essence. A friend of mine was crafting 200k of essence and he's tripled his profit. It's really only beneficial though if you have done lunar diplomacy etc. So you can use to the quick teleports back and forth from the ZMI to the Lunar Isle bank. Otherwise i'd look at crafting airs with or without gloves it's your choice. This will be the best xp and you you'll be able to assist people getting you experience points with less effort. If you are looking at making back money, then laws. Buy some laws and glories and go from draynor (or from edgeville via the Abyss) but it is up to you. Best of luck.

MY chat has always been set to friends ever since i started members. I got sick of being insulted about my levels etc. Quite frankly i'm not a very social person in the game anymore. However i do meet people in the clan chats etc, but thats it. So if i don't answer in game it's not being snobby or anything. My chat is just set to friends.

Tip.It is a firm believer in the rules Jagex have set and even implement them ourselves on our site. The helper which you are referring too is perfectly within the rules as it does not modify the game screen. Nor does it allow you to by pass the website. Hope this has cleared things up. :D

I'd say Ranarrs purely because you can get some herblore experience if you have the level, if you don't they are more likely to sell than snaps. Best of luck.

Why didn't you teleblock? That spell was brought back particularly for PVP. Would have solved your problem there.

I'd like to clear this up once and for all. Tip.It cannot control what is discussed in Runescape. Forsakenmage was kind enough to offer up her chat when Lightning ceased. Just because it is a moderators chat does not make it official. The official Tip.It chat is on our irc server #runescape. Tip.It cannot take responsibility for what goes on in those clan chats, nor can we punish someone for their behavior in game. If you have a problem with the chat itself bring it to Forsakenmage's attention and not on these forums. Regardless of how people think it is "official" it isn't and the staff here take no responsibility whatsoever for what happens. This topic is now locked.

You are well aware of the dangers involved on a player vs player world. Thus this topic is pointless and as been locked.

This is my first account as well and like many others blackmark free :D

Locked for two reason's. One it is against Jagex's rules to even attempt drop trading and can result in your account getting banned. Secondly your just going to get the same response over and over again [insults etc] . I'm sorry that this happened but this has been in place for a long time now.

And once again people actually thought it was going to go back to the old way of player killing. Numerous people have been mentioning [Myself included] there was bound to be a catch. They don't want to bring Real World Trading back. If you really don't like it, then don't play. Try one of the other online games that offer player killing. Besides as mentioned there is protect prayer. It may have been the most expensive item they were wearing, or they didn't have a skull.

Locked, please do not spam. Just be patient and it will come soon. This is a huge update that needs to be properly tested before released so there is minimal bugs.
