I think it's impossible. I doubt you can get all the charms without achieving a 99. Perhaps with killing Bork over and over, but it'd take incredibly long, thus not being realistic. An untrimmed hp cape is quite easy. If you frequently use mage and range, your hp xp will rise above your combat skills xp, thus getting you 99 hp before any other combat 99. If you want it, an untrimmed hp cape is easy to get.

I got 99 fletch and cook kinda on accident. Couldn't really be bothered to actually train, I just cooked the fish and fletched the logs I simply had. Also I didn't really grind for att, str, def, hp and slayer. I just like to slay so the 99's came naturally. Also, I'm nearing 99 farming without grinding it. I just simply farm in between doing skills and that's kinda getting me 99.

You aren't serious.. right? If you are serious... you can't simply just measure the IQ of all users.. and lower than 70? That means only people who are heavily [developmentally delayed]ed are kept out. Also there's no direct correlation between IQ and forum behaviour. Not wanted.

There's nothing wrong with a bit of decent grammar. Point is, some people's grammar, spelling and interpunction is godawfully [developmentally delayed]ed which makes their posts extremely annoying to read. Also it's lazy and disrespectful to your fellow forum members. I mean sure, everyone makes mistakes, but people that are too lazy to even fix typos can gtfo.

Well, naturally some of them are random. It's hard to decide for a single colour for, let's say, agility, or runecrafting. But as long as we have 24 different capes, it's fine to me.

If you can't stack runes, you can only cast a few spells before you have to bank again. That means you have to bank every 20 or so seconds. Melee does not require such heavy banking, nor does ranging. So I don't have a clue were this idea comes from, but it's sure as hell one of the most [developmentally delayed]ed things I've ever heard. Use your brains already. And check your spelling. For christs sake.
