  1. I haven't gotten on much in a while, but here I am again. Stunning mage dummies got way too boring after about a half hour, so I decided to slaughter some metal dragons instead. It's fun so far, but no good drops. Here's hoping for a visage- I'm doing slayer next, I'm gonna need it. Oh- just got 84 mage as I was typing this. Yay ;D
  2. I'm kind of surprised no one has suggested the runecrafter's outfits yet. You get them playing great orb project, they're f2p, and I'm nearly positive that you don't need any combat stats to wear them. The only downside is that you have to train your rc up, which as f2p is kind of tough. The robes look really nice though.
  3. I just got done doing construction, and figured out that I made 53 larders per hammer. So, I would get my money for paying my butler, sc hammer, saw, 400 noted planks, and the rest of my invent unnoted planks, and it turned out to be the perfect amount of planks to use up my hammer. (That's 424 planks per hammer if you don't feel like doing the math ;D)
  4. I've had terrible luck with barrows (70+ dry streak twice...), so I just expect 1 item per 100 runs and I'm usually pleased with the results XD 1:15 might be a good ratio for some people, but I've NEVER been that lucky. I dont think I've ever gotten 2 items within 15 runs of each other.
  5. I'd quit for a long time, then eventually come back and try to earn it all back. I kind of doubt that I'd ever like runescape as much again though.
  6. The majority of rs players only do quests for the rewards for some reason.. -_- When I started playing, I never read quest dialogue. I decided to try actually reading it once and it turned out that I fell in love with the runescape storyline, so now I always read it unless I'm in a hurry or something.
  7. I haven't liked any holiday outfits/items since the scarves and hats. Things like the rotten carrot and chicken suit seem too much like joke items to me. I like to wear items that make my character look cool or cute, not like a freak. On the other hand, I love a lot of the quest and minigame outfits. Unless I'm fighting, I wear all kinds of different clothes. Putting together new outfits is one of my favorite things to do ingame, besides stealing creation of course :twss:
  8. I'd like to change mine. It's Ice Goddess1 so of course I'd love to get rid of that nasty little number at the end. I'd either find a way to keep it as Ice Goddess without a number in it, or just keep the "Ice" part and change the rest. I like my icey nicknames so that has to stay ;D
  9. I play to complete goals. Ever since I started playing, I've done the same thing - I make a goal for every skill. Then I work to get all my goals. And then I make a new list of goals in every skill again XD It's always kept me going, and since I train every skill I've always had a pretty well-rounded character. I like quests a lot as well, although I can't stand to do them without a guide. It's far too time consuming when I could be skilling instead ;D
  10. Lots of sarcasm in this thread.. My most useful item is a dueling ring. I tend to bring one with me constantly for the easy bank teleport. I used to use a glory for that, until I upgraded to a fury. I think duel ring is better than glory for that anyways though, with 2 times the amount of charges, and not needing to be recharged.
  11. I really should remember to bring pots to my tasks. I know it's worth it, but I always forget to bring them. If I remember to bring them, then I forget to use them. Oops >_<
  12. Played sc for a couple hours, got about 200 points that I may or may not use on mage. I still haven't decided yet. Also, got a firemaking level from some random yew logs I found sitting in my bank. :twss:
  13. Hah, 75 pray only took a couple hours. Gilded altars are way too easy but I'm not gonna argue. So much better than using ecto XD 85 mage is the next goal, and I'm already sick of it. I wasn't going to use sc mage hats, but I might change my mind about that.
  14. 75 construction accomplished. 75 prayer is on the way, won't take long at all at this rate. I might even get it before I go to bed. I've already gotten two levels.
  15. Found an excellent sc clan ;D I should be able to get 75 con today, hopefully.
  16. 71 construction achieved! Also, if anyone knows any non-combat stealing creation groups, please do tell me. I absolutely hate pvp combat :wall:
  17. Once I was at barrows and someone died, but I wasn't the only one there so like 5 people went for his pile of loot. I got a d scim and a few sharks I think, but he dropped a ton of other things too that the other people picked up. Best gift I ever got pre-trade limits was a fury ammy from my best rs-friend. It was when a fury was around 5m ;P
  18. Lol, one time I decided to get 10,000 warriors guild tokens, so I could kill the cyclops for lots of their level 3 clues. It kind of failed, as it turns out they don't drop clues very often. I used 6k tokens up and didn't get a single clue. Lots of defenders though XD
  19. Yeah.. That's why I'm using the clay hammers, same exp for half the cost ;D Thanks~
  20. 1 - Money 2 - Basic supplies / tools 3 - Quest / treasure trail items 4 - Clothes 5 - Armor / slayer stuff / skillcapes / achievement diary rewards 6 - Runes / teletabs & other teleports / jewelery 7 - Food / farming supplies / potions / herbs & seconds 8 - Mining / woodcutting / construction / thieving / hunter / summoning 9 - Misc. stuff / pets / things I need to sell or use Or, here's my full bank pic as of about week ago: [hide=Bank pic~][/hide]
  21. Around 1.5m when I was going for 99 cooking. I don't really consider it an achievement, cook exp is way too easy to get. I did manage to get 1m hunter exp in a day though, when I was really sick and couldn't get out of bed XD
  22. Usually if I'm idling or just standing around talking, it'll be in catherby bank or the castle wars lobby.
  23. Thanks ;] I think I can probably manage to get another summoning level for the war tortoise.. I don't have any charms right now but there's always tears of guthix & penguin hunting XD
  24. I'm in the process of getting myself a gilded altar in my house, and I've never really used one, so I have no idea how I should do it. So I have just a couple questions, any help would be appreciated~ 1. I'm supposed to light the burners with marentill, right? How long will they last before I have to re-light? 2. Should I bring a familiar? I have 66 summoning. 3. Is there anything else I ought to know? It seems pretty straightforward... Bones -> altar, Bones -> altar, etc. but you never know what kind of odd techniques people come up with ;P
