1. Numerous people noted that all ingame items are JAGeX Owned, The only thing you own is Your player, And thats barely even 50% ownage of your own player,

 

2. The chances of him/her winning the "Case" Is like 1/999999999.37285 (Estimate)

 

3. He/She Probably isn't old enough to Sue JAGeX, Even if not, and he/she asked their parents to sue for him/her, They'd laugh. And think its a joke

 

4. HE WANTED HIS MITH BACK! Ahahahahaha.

This proves how obsessed some people are about their virtual armor and "belongings". But hey, the way he said it... the text is absolutely hilarious :lol:

Im gunna sue Runescape unless:

 

1) PKing is destroyed (keep it in the arena where u chose ur enemies and ur wagers)

 

So he thinks that everyone is going to automatically agree with him? Surely he knows that hundreds of people adore Player Killing.

 

 

 

2) Deraxownoobs and Elvan Mage3 are banned

 

He doesn't know that there is such a thing as a Report Button.

 

 

 

3) I get my full Mithril armor (Mithril Helmet, Mithril Platelegs, Mithril Platebody, and Mithril Kite Shield) and my Rune Longsword are returned to me from the people listed above

 

 

 

4) Finally I recieve my Team 49 cape back

 

You can sue someone if you lose your items in a game? Wow, news to me.

I thought you had to be far older than 4 to be eligible for suing someone. My conclusion: The n00b was walking in the Wilderness because he/she was a n00b. Deraxownoobs and Elvan Mage3 saw his full mith worth 10k or something and his rune long worth 20k. They player kill him so he loses all his gear plus a level 49 team cape. The person got so sad...
