Well it is a picture of the noted item =p This was possible when construction first came out, if u asked your butler to take a noted item(s) to the bank, they would appear noted. Jagex stopped it happening, but some people have kept there noted bank items as a souvenir :P

May 3, 200719 yr screenshot was taken like 2 years ago (before I got members) I teled to lumby and this is what I got :D Computers will never be above humans because we made them.That's what monkeys used to say about us.
May 3, 200719 yr This was after they decided to change how us ladies look for the second time :P I went ot go get a tan after they offered the make over mage to us free of charge, my head and arms got tan but not my tummy.
