Does anyone know how much exp you get for 25, 100, and 1000 agility arena tickets with the medium gloves?

What made it even more heart-wrenching for me was when, after 3+ hours of hack, hack, hacking, I finally get one and dig it up.

 

Then, for some stupid reason while examining it, I misclicked and ended up eating it! -DOH!

 

Took another 5-6 hours to get another... and you can bet I was super careful with that one. :)

i dont know how people can not like this update, personally the new mine rocks for me, it's my new mining method towards 99 (eventually) as the quarry was nerfed, this is now my new mining spot =p

 

 

 

also, cheaper onyx items? hello? everyone's dream of cheap furies etc. who wouldn't like this update? apart from the people that lost money from them.. i personally thought furies were overpriced, i'm glad to see them at around 4m now

 

 

 

as with the brimhaven agility tix, yes it's only minimal exp, but it's actually great now, coz i'm sick of ape atoll, one time i did 1200 laps in 3 days, just going around and around. I've always found brimhaven way more fun and less stressfull, in ape atoll i feel like i have to beat my record every single lap, it's frustrating. now i can finally go to brimhaven knowing i'll get more exp, along with more fun, and less tix till 99 =]

 

 

 

btw if you spend 1k tix u'll get 352k exp instead of 320k exp (10% extra with gloves) that extra 32k exp is like another 100 tix, so realistically, you only need to get 900 tix instead of 1k now

 

 

 

conclusion - everyone complaining about this update doesn't have a brain to realise it's a unique and fun update that i personally find more fun than quests because quests are boring, the only fun part is the reward, whereas with the achievements, it's fun doing stuff that you'd never normally do, and you get to train your levels different ways, i think it's one of the best updates jagex has come out with for months, not to mention those new lunar spells coming out =] *wink wink* :D

I never got the random Goatweed Tuber (or gem rock either) unless I was hacking "Dense" forest. Probably just a slightly higher chance of getting it there.

 

My hours were also spread out over days... lots of trading sticks. :)

They shouldn't make a whole new cape; perhaps they should just add a green trim (+ 4 prayer) to the quest cape if someone does all quests and achievments.

My take on the achievment diary is like Deeds in LOTRO. I mean, they give nice little bonuses, so its nice, and some of these tasks players do daily.

 

 

 

But an achievement cape might not be the best way to go... I agree with the trim, but maybe if you finish certain areas (newer updates perhaps?), maybe you could get interchangeable trims.

on the bright side my loss of monies due to all onyx jems has motivated me to start mass produceing laws again.. when im not disturbed i can make over 1.2k an hr so..wooo..for me. of course when i get 70 or whatever the giant bag is at ill make more...kinda like a repeating process though....just for giggles thouh i looked up how many logs i would need to use baloon method on .136m laws it it was almost 2k...so if anyone is willing to donate or sell(10ea) thier reg logs id appreciate it..

In kharzi Jungle (sp?) find a leafy palm tree, shake it, pick the leaf up, drop it pick up until task completed. Kill an Oomlie Bird and take the meat and use the palm leaf on it and cook.

After spending all that time getting 100% favor with a freaking normal machette...then i remembered at about 90% that i had around 2k or a little more favor in my bank. So right after hitting 100% i went and banked got all my trading sticks and a few from the tribes people...just went and bought a red topaz machette since i thought i would be there for a while, went back to my normal dense woodcutting spot...when i noticed someone else there with me.

 

 

 

I asked him / her if they had a gout tuber (figured sincethey had a red topaz machette too they must have been here a while as well).

 

After joking around abit about about buying the gout tuber from the player, and offering a random 50k amount for it, they said yes :mrgreen:

 

 

 

So i banked and got my tuber about 5 minutes after getting 100% favor for 55k (extra 5k in there cuz i am nice)

I really enjoyed the Achievement Diary. While in all honesty I ahd already done most of the things on the list, it was still fun wasting 20k running around the island doing random things. And about the tuber, I found about 3 of them still in the ground in World 77, because apparently no one ahs a spade. Made a good sum fo cash that day.

By the way, those wanting 100% favor can kill jungle spiders right north of the calquat patch for 1% favor per kill.
