I also felt that if I moved into the version of the game that was always changing that it would in some way invalidate the work that I had already put into my account.
May 15, 200719 yr I think wearing anything besides what you usually wear in combat is pointless. It's like what the hell are you trying to accomplish. If your worries about your looks in real life were anything like the way you worry how you look in runescape, then you wouldn't care about how you look in a game because you know you're acceptable to people you really know and so it doesn't matter what some fat slob living 500 miles away thinks about your virtual character. I really hate those members that have.. purses, and berets, and freaking backpacks (that look like the average backpack from this day and age and not a traveling pack from the dark ages). I always wear what I wear when I fight. It started out with wearing rune and I thought I was so cool then I started to save up money for rune g and within two weeks I was in saradonim because it is the best free world armor I can get and so I wear it to show my superior authority over runescapes childish currency (if runescape was a game that even mattered they would change the format for currency to 100 bronze coins is equivalent to 100 silver coins, and 100 silver coins was equivalent to 100 gold coins, and 100 gold coins would be worth about how much 2 million gold coins does in runescape. I rant. May 15, 200719 yr I have several different outfits, but whatever I wear I never take off my Black Cavalier, Firemaking Cape, or Zamorak Stole. Other items I switch between are Enchanted Robes, Black Naval, Black Mystic Boots, Flippers, Black RFD Gloves, Pharoah's Sceptre, Dragon Spear, and Zamorak Crozier. Heres one of my favorite combos: The Sceptre is a gift from Sheynara, I love it Expecting a good life because you're a good person is like expecting a bull not to charge because you're a vegetarian.
May 15, 200719 yr full guthix, fighting boots, deff ammy, green cape and whatever tool I may be useing, rune scimmy, rune ax, rune pick. My other outfit is the same, except no guthix and a chefs hat. That is what I use when I am minning or need something light.

May 15, 200719 yr When just skilling or walking around i usually wear: blue gnome hat blue gnome top blue gnome skirt blue gnome boots Gloves depends on what im doing Whatever weapon but usually some staff Elemental shield (the cool blue round one) usually glory or games necklace RoL, RoW, dueling ring And my cool blue cape Team something-or-other what I like to wear sometimes now is Hard hat (from the tower of life quest) camo top zombie or green dhide legs and my rune axe Looks like a woodsmen :D
May 15, 200719 yr In combat, I wear: Full rune Fancy boots Power ammy Colored gloves Blue cape Generally, I just take the armor off and put on any necessary equipment (like a pickaxe) when I'm skilling, otherwise, I have my battle gear on (if energy is an issue, I tele). You're being watched.
