I think Jagex would be afraid of some kind of lawsuit over "stealing thier idea", even if they voulenteered it. As for this topic, and summoning, and blood crafting, they are truly beaten to death. It's been discussed a million times, and you won't find any facts, gaurenteed. Whether they come out or not is all up to Jagex. It would have to be seriously powerful if Jagex wanted something that people would abandon the dragon halberd for. And that would make it about the strongest weapon in the game....
