I think Jagex would be afraid of some kind of lawsuit over "stealing thier idea", even if they voulenteered it. As for this topic, and summoning, and blood crafting, they are truly beaten to death. It's been discussed a million times, and you won't find any facts, gaurenteed. Whether they come out or not is all up to Jagex. Its really pointless to discuss these anymore, no offence to the poster of this topic.
May 20, 200719 yr it all will happen sooner or later but i find blood crafting and summoning very improbable as it will rune the game and economy 10fold halbers will come out and so will basic imp and under level 20 summoning with lunars nothing higher then that tho i hope

Rangers need a good update. so true. range just needs a good pvp item. that is realistic to use in the wilderness and cw duels and everything else, even in training range it should be reasonable, but not like red chin's

It would have to be seriously powerful if Jagex wanted something that people would abandon the dragon halberd for. And that would make it about the strongest weapon in the game....
