After doing the agility arena for about a week i decided to train some slayer. i go and get my task: 99 trolls. I tele to burthrope and withdraw my stuff and go up the mountain and lag right when the throwing trolls throw their rocks at me. Next thing you know im at fally BUT with all my stuff. My ring of life saved me. if i hadnt of brought it along i would of lost like 2.5m worth of stuff. i figured out later that after i had left the aglity arena i didnt heal and only had like 12hp.

 

 

 

So my question is, has the ring of life every saved you in a situation like this?

in barrows at dharok first time

i often play halo 3 while afking at bandits, and I just look at the screen in between games(btw, my tv is right next to my computer...so i'm not actually in a different room.

 

 

 

Anyway, some times I get so involved in halo 3, I forget about rs and sometimes I look back seeing I'm logged out..No big deal..this happens.

 

 

 

I've prolly logged in standing in lumby with all my stuff about 3-4 times. Thank you ring of life :D.

The ring of life saved my party hat from my evil house! Which is pretty pointless.

I've lost my wireless connection many times while abyss runecrafting. The ring of life has saved me many times from the monsters inside the abyss. Thankfully, out of all the times my wireless has disconnected, it has never turned off near the vicinity of abyss pkers.

it saved me when i was at kq. I teled with 1hp left and full veracs. that saved me over 2m

I was at kbd and my router died. ring saved me. also, i was pking and ring saved me. then i died from poison, but i landed on top of my pile so it was cool 8-)

The ring of life has saved me from a green dragon pker lol.

The second dharock spawned from a tunnel door my router connection went down Panicked for the next 7 minutes before connection is restored to find myself in lumbridge, then heaved a sigh of relief. Thank you ring of life

I was crafting nats when some ancients mage ice blocked me and unloaded his dd specs on me. I promptly clicked on my teletab to house and I would not have lost a thing if my ring of life would not have teled me out to fally because of poison hitting me. :shame:

 

 

 

I died in the bank before to have a chance to enter my PIN. I made it in time though to get my pouches and prayer book back but since that day I'm wearing a diamond bracelet instead of the ring of life while runecrafting and I always input my bank pin right after world hoping. :P

If you die while holding your pouches they will not drop to the floor :shame:

 

Unless they have changed this, they will just disappear like the RFD gloves do.

I dropped them right on time when I realized I would probably not make it to access my bank before the next hit from poison! ;)

Nope, never worn one. If I think I might be entering a situation where a Ring of Life might save me, then I just don't go there.

 

 

 

Last died at level 75, currently lvl 104 (except for a phonecall/chicken mishap at Dusties while lvl 99 - but I don't count that - because it was down to my own stupidity).

One time I was runecrafting and some kid specced me, I got roled to fally so I logged out and asked someone in mIRC to come give me food.

 

I lagged and traded, but they offered too many lobs and I had no room, lost my pouches too :cry:

I was in the underground pass and i walked on a trap, but i was writing a message to a friend, so i ended up standing on the trap for 3+ seconds. But that was enough to activate the rol.. im not sure why i switched to rol but im glad i did =P

it just saved me < 2 minutes i was training slayer on dagannoths, and reading forums at same time... stupid guthans weren't doing their job -.- goot think i had row or i would be short what, 10m worth of stuff?

To be honest, the ring of life is a horrible ring. Half the time I need it to count, my enemy (NPC or player) hits higher then 10 and KO's me, thus deeming the ROL worthless. Nonetheless, I still bring it to every barrow run.
