Idk, alot of people make fun of other people with the cooking/fletching skill capes just because it's the easiest to get..

strenght is the only safe skill to train if you care what pures think. however since there are so many str pures def is infact almost as good as str if u pkin/duelin and better than attack.

At my current levels I'm a bit weak in PvP, give me a few months and I'll be hitting constant 20s with a very powerful defence.

 

 

 

My goal is to get 70 in attack, defence, and strength (In that order) buy a Barrows set, then raise everything starting with attack. (Unless I buy Dharoks, then I'll train strength...Still deciding between Verac's and Dharok's)

Just call them str noob, it drives them crazy...

I will never understand why noob means someone with a high level, and yet also someone with a low one....

Honestly, you can be minding your own business and occassionally you become the victim of a random "noobing" from somebody that walks by seeing you woodcutting, fletching, mining, etc. Don't let this bother you. Just chuckle and don't even dignify that person with a response.

Hah it's great...I go to the wildy on the occasion, and I always pray. Inevitably I'm called a prayer noob...but guess what? I almost always win the fight because I fought using all of my resources. I have to put my 99 prayer to use somehow. Just ignore those other people. If it's part of the game, it's legal and you can't be called a noob if you win.

i just got called a def noob in wilderness and when i asked him to fight me in duel(he had 90 str and 1 combat lvl under me(95)) he said yes and we meet in duel arena and now i am 2mil richer... why?

 

 

 

because he couldn't hit me! he might have 90 str and 60 attack but i sure hit like (censure) after it he called me a noob again and then we did 10 "fun" fight where i won ever single one.

Hitpoints must be a stat safe from a "noobing", because you cant voluntarily not train it.

You can get called a noob for breathing, so there's really no way out.

pest control noob has some merit to it, it's kind of a lame way to train(look at me! i got my mage up to 99 by never even using it! pest control owns! thats not me) if you have the patience it can level your secondary combat stats without paying for them if you use melee. anything other than that though is just someone jealous, except pures, pures are noobs.

 

 

 

if you call someone a skill cape noob, that's just ridiculous. appearantly the obby cape is the only non noob cape to them, and i consider it the noob skill cape. you pay 300k for just about nothing, while the skill cape shows off something for only 100k. that's why i like colored capes and sold every obby cape i've ever had.

I went to the duel arena once. I saw a rune pure combat level 79 with 61 attack and like 79 strength or something like that(I did check the hiscores). Just the kind of rune pure you find everywhere, the bad attack type... I thought: "Oh well, lets stake him"

 

We set rules, and both put on 100k, I was quite surprised that he accepted with armor on.

 

3,2,1 FIGHT... I used my excalibur special and then start whiping him...

 

He unleashes his dragon dagger specials, and hits mostly zeros, then he starts using his dragon scimitar. At this moment I was thinking: "free 100k for me!"

 

Guess not, I got killed, I restake him and I lose again!

 

So I got killed twice on my staker, he had 71 attack 71 defence (used excalibur to get 79) and 42 strength. How can this get killed by 61 attack? Not really fair in my opinion. This was a little bit offtopic :-w ...

 

But ontopic: there'll always be people who call you a: "[insert anything here] noob".

if anybody says you're a mage/def/attack/range/anything, say "just cos i got better (name of skill) then you" also attack noob? LOL!! most pures copy off the idea and think it's best, but they have 65 str? you have 70 def? they're dead! if a pure said i was any kind of noob, i'd make them taste my d scimmy

Just relax and not listen to them. Everyone in RuneScape has or will be called a noob. The way you handle it is different for every person. If they call me a noob for one low skill, I'll generally raise it real high so they have no more complaints and can't brag anymore. I hate braggers. If they call me a noob for high levels I just tell the kid that the reason I have high levels is because I don't spend time mocking kids when I could be actually training. It works a lot of the time.

We all pity the poor guy who's runescape username is called noob.

I have been called a strength noob... And if you look at my skills, my strength is the lowest of my melee skills... I get called def noob all the time, but never attack noob... I would just ignore it as they only say it because you have a better level than them.
